One of two elevators was not working due to maintenance work and guests had to carry their luggages one flight of stairs, but hotel staff were willing to help carrying guests luggages. I booked 2 nights separately and they accommodated me staying both nights in the same room. Room was small and you need to be creative with opening up your luggage and placing your stuff. Liked natural hot spring spa/public bath and sauna, free soft drinks, ice candies, nightly ramen noodles. Also you can use washing machine for free! You just need to pay for drier. Convenient location, easy access to Ginza, Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo, Roppongi etc.

The consensus very good. The breakfast offers many choices. The room is tiny. The hotel.in a quiet neighbour a short subway trip or a 20-minute walk from Tokyo Station. A very practical option.

DormyInn is my favorite hotel chain in Japan. Their onsen is top notch and their service is amazing. They had a lot of coin laundry available which was great if you have a long trip and want to do some laundry. They also offer free ramen at night. The room is very spacious for a Japanese hotel. Only down side to this specific hotel is the Hatchobori station is slightly out of the way, but you can still access many main train lines from this hotel.
