Hotel Niwa Tokyo

Room was clean and lovely and the housekeeping was pristine. Incredibly helpful staff. Highly recommend getting the breakfast every day. It was delicious and a great value and gave us a great start to our day. We also appreciated that it went until 10 or 1030 every day, since we are not early risers on vacation. A particularly great touch is a relaxation area on the third floor. Lovely area for working, reading, etc., with a beautiful porch outside, a workout room, laundry room, and three massage chairs, which were great after a long day walking around the city.

Fitness room lacked hygiene wipes and towels.

Wonderful Japanese style hotel in quiet atea.

Hotel Niwa feels like it's nestled in the countryside with multiple private indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy and explore. The property is fresh and clean in every way. If you prefer a location that is easy for accessing the usual tourist places, yet in a quiet neighborhood, Hotel Niwa will not disappoint. I selected it for walkability to the Tokyo Dome and found a direct shuttle bus between the Dome Hotel and Haneda Airport. Staff was unerringly helpful and kind. Our room was a bit on the cramped side, but all the other positives made that unimportant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location , very nice room and very quiet. Close to rail and stores.
