Excellent hotel. We had a suite room and it was great. Only two negatives: although the view from our room was wonderful, the windows were so dirty on the outside that it was hard to see the view. Also, they need more wait staff in the roof-top bar, especially on Saturday or when it has recently rained (to dry off tables).

The owner needs to change the keycard access system in rooms as ALL the guests were waiting at reception almost on a daily basis because the card would not work. Hence a lower rating. The staff tell me this has been going on for years and is not being corrected. The staff are amazing, competent in multiple language, helpful as much as they can be with a faulty access system. Breakfast was adequate, but I would book without breakfast and go out to have a meal/breakfast as none of the items tasted authentic. Close to Glories metro station and tram stop literally at the doorstep. easy access to ALL main stops within a 10-30 min metro ride. Quiet and peaceful at night. Safe area, felt comfortable even with late night walks. Cannot say the same about Rambla or Gothic quarters. Room was clean and so was toilet.

En voyage pour le réveillon du 31, ce fût un séjour très agréable mais l’accueil n’était pas digne de cet établissement. Des gens perdus incapables de répondre à nos questions ( mon épouse parle parfaitement l’espagnol ), de plus nous avons réservé le spa, mais le hamam n’était pas prêt et le personnel ne savait même pas la procédure pour l’accès au spa… dommage si peu de professionnalisme

Great staff. Beautiful rooftop bar and pool. Only gripe was I got stuck in the stairwell with no phone or card to let me out. If I had got in lift I would have been able to get to rooftop without issue but once in stairwell I need card to let me out - oversight in my opinion. Eventually after 20 minutes of banging on doors someone heard and let me out 😂 need to allow people out to rooftop without need for card. I would definitely use this hotel and facilities again despite my slight gripe.

Stayed in the suite which was a nice, clean and well maintained room with all the amenities you need. Staff is professional. Pool and poolside bar are nice, though often crowded since they serve a big number of hotel rooms. Breakfast is with a good variety of choices though with room for improvement when it comes to the fruit juices, bread and warm products like scrambled eggs.

They first gave me a dirty room after 2 hours wait before check in .. and then changed my room with complementary card of 3 free drinks at the bar which is end of not working at the time I was trying to use it .. I was charged a 100 euros for a roof top dinner at check out after I was told no bill need to be paid that night !! The place is a scam .. I was promised to get the charge issues resolved and still nothing yet

The chap who checked us in believe his name was Oscar was very very rude. Gave us the key to the room and that was it didn’t even tell us the room number just pointed at the pack with it written on. The key system in the hotel is straight from the early 90’s we were there for two nights and had to get it reprogrammed 6 times, something shared by everyone else in the hotel hence with the big queue at the lifts. The room was okay but bedding smelt stale like it had been left sitting in the washing machine. The girls on reception over the night shift were great though. Very apologetic and helpful.

Comoda per muoversi in città (metro, tram e autobus vicinissimi). Colazione ottima. Struttura moderna. Pulizia non ottimale (capelli sui letti all'arrivo, insetti morti sul pavimento), cuscini terribili. Non c'è la navetta da e per aeroporto, tuttavia con la metropolitana è facilmente raggiungibile (circa 1 ora la percorrenza dal T1)

The hotel has great views of the city. The pool on the roof is convenient. The bar and DJ on Fridays was nice. However, the property needs to be remodeled: the shower leaked each ti;me, so we needed to put extra towels on the floor. The shampoo and bodywash dispensers fell off the wall. The water in the shower didn't drain, so we were standing in our own filth. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, so we just placed the mattress on the floor (not ideal). The breakfast buffet was good, with many options.

This hotel was in a great location and it was really clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast they offer is really great. The facilities are just really dated. The first room we checked into had broken air conditioning. The front desk staff knew about it and were willing to move us but it was more work for us with little kids. The beds are also older and it really just felt dated.

Air conditioning did not work in our first room. Despite multiple calls to the front desk and then saying they would send someone up to check it, no one ever showed up. Eventually, as it was time to go to sleep, we called again and they told us that no one was available to come check it and that we would have to switch rooms. so, at 11 PM we switch to a room with air conditioning five floors below where we were initially staying and had to move all of our luggage ourselves. The overall condition of the hotel rooms showed lack of maintenance and upkeep.

Beautiful hotel with great location. Definitely recommend. The first picture on the website is confusing as it’s not the hotel itself but rather nearby tower with an observation deck. The hotel is across the street. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Front desk staff seem to be linked to Barcelona’s anti tourism group. Just generally unfriendly. We were 3 Adult family & were given only one key. We asked more but refused! Really unbelievable. Luggage guys cut from the same cloth. Efficient & friendly guy in rooftop bar.

It was our first stay in Barcelona with my family, the room size and service wasn’t good at all. The shower had issue we call the service desk but no one cared and didn’t get fixed. Room didn’t get cleaned during the day, we have to check out early we were lucky to find some other hotel but since was last minute had to pay much more. We never come back there

the staff was no really welcoming, even the manager which I believe was a lady, she was quite distrustful, stress out. I have been traveling to Sevilla and Madrid in this trip but I have no experience this kind of poor service. Need to talk to the personal to be more welcoming.

Hotel is hectic, lots of people busting and bustling at all times. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, but coffee makers were often not working and hot food was under cooked or raw - staff just could not keep up with the volume of demand. Location is in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and shopping. Front desk gave us a suggestion for an authentic Spanish dinner and it was EXCELLENT. It’s close to the Sagrada and a short cab to the beach, but not very central for other attractions.

Great hotel in a great location. Very close to several train and tram lines, directly across the street from the Glories mall with great food options, and walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. Room was very clean and nice and roomy. Very nice staff. Rooftop pool was very nice and had great views as well. Would stay here again without question.

L'établissement est propre à moins de 5 minutes a pied du métro. La plage se trouve à 20 minutes a pied aux alentours se trouve pas mal de restaurants. Le restaurant de l'hotel on mange tres bien et le personnel est tres aimable. Vous avez également un centre commercial en face pratique pour faire des courses surtout qd on a des enfants en bas age. La piscine est petite mais suffisante pour les enfants, si vous voyagez en couple c'est pas l'ideal pour se retrouevr au calme. Rooftop sympa le soir avec une belle vue sur Barcelone.

Great clean and safe location to explore Barcelona! Glories Shopping Centre is across the street with great shops and places to eat (also take away!). Metro station (3 days unlimited travel 25 euro) is 5 min walk from hotel: Ramblas 10 min ride, Camp Nou 15 min ride. Bogatell Beach with nice clean water at walking distance (20min) from hotel (tip: walk via Ramblas de Poblenou: nice!). Parking under the hotel which we found kind of hard to find: Coming from Av. Diagonal, you pass the hotel via Ciutat de Granada. At the intersection, turn left. Great hotel, staff, location and city.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from a shopping mall, tram, and the metro. The breakfast was amazing and value for money. We found the staff very friendly . We stayed for six nights and also ate in the restaurant for two evenings . There was a good choice to eat from. The location is half an hour in a taxi from the airport which is very handy. When we went out and about to visit the tourists sites the metro was and tram took us everywhere . We purchased a 5 day Hola Barcelona pass online which is great value for money . The pool is excellent after a day visiting tourist spots . Great stay and would stay here again.

Nun, das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, was sowohl die Nähe zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn, Tram und Bus angeht. Was wirklich nervt, ist morgens am Frühstücksbüffet das teilweise Chaos, der Lärm durch die Familien mit Kindern. Es ist an manchen Tagen wie in einem Ameisennest, nur mit dem Unterschied, das es keinerlei System hat….sehr schade. Das Personal kann einem morgens echt leid tun!
