Virkelig god placering lige ved stranden og gaden med godt liv. Stor pool med bar i midten af hotellet. Og pool nr 2 nede ved stranden. Morgenmad var også godt ikke 5 stjerner men rigtigt godt super flinkt personale. Stole på stranden med servering meget klart vand

Two pools were great offering different settings. Right on the beach, easy walk to restaurants and 10 min from airport. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast offering healthy choices with a 4 hour window to suit everyone.

We really enjoyed this resort, one of the best resort on this beach. Staffe are all very well trained with fresh uniforms (all look clean and ironed) beach and lounge chairs are always been cleaned and in shade ( under trees). Breakfast is awesome even when we checked out at 5:00am in the early morning, they’ve prepared breakfast set in a beautiful box for each of us to go. Staffs are all very polite and kinds. Pool in between two buildings is very pretty and clean and looks awesome at night with its led lights. Some people are very party modes and with no manners of noise controlling, talking so loud even at 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning that we had needed to call front desk for help. If we visit Koh Samui again we’ll definitely come back here. Strongly recommended this resort.

The hotel is located in the heart of the busy strip. The hotel is on the beach. 2 pools for use, with one having a bar in the pool. The breakfast is quite considerable with an egg station cooking fresh eggs to order. Amenities are available. Pool towels are available with a beach bag available for use. The staff are friendly with a smile.

Lage zentral, direkt am Strand. Strandabschnitt hat viele Steine, Gefahr der Verletzung beim Schwimmen, besser weiter rechts. Freundliche Personal. Super schoenes langes Pool ueber Hotelzimmer mit Poolbar.

Location wise this is the best place to stay on Chaweng Beach, right next to Ark bar and fire shows at night and walk out front door of resort and in center of all the action, can’t get a better area on beach. Overall resort well kept and nice, definitely not a 5 star but for price it’s great and I’d give it 4-4.5 out of 5. Would absolutely stay again. Can get hour massages next to pool for 300 Baht or $9 US dollar. We originally booked a shino room and dark and little dated but the hotel front desk was able to relocate us and we were much happier being by the monkey pool so kudos to the front staff for going out of their way to make our stay much better. Don’t stay to north of this hotel as during day beach washed away, at night water recedes but id stay here or anywhere to the south of this resort.

Bel hôtel, environnement vert avec des arbres. Belle piscine face à la mer. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique et aux petits soins. Toujours des transats accessibles. L’hôtel est calme niveau piscine et vers la plage et plus animé devant. Tout est accessible à pieds et vous avez les taxis et Tuc tuc devant l’hôtel pour vous déplacer. L’hôtel dispose d’un bar très raisonnable au niveau du prix avec vu sur la plage ainsi que le restaurant les pieds dans l’eau. Les clubs sont à côté de l’hôtel ainsi que beaucoup de salon de massage. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel pour toutes les commodites meme si les chambres méritent d’être rénovées. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si cette destination se représente.

Nice resort next to beach . Staff were polite . Breakfast was great . They let us check in early and check out late because of our flights time table . It was is middle of all shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the dinner next to beach and food was great . We really liked it .

Located fright the heart of the party district and right on the beach. The staff are super. Downside, Room was below expectations, Room and Facilities are outdated and breakfast doesn't have enough options. No on-site gym.

We spent 3 nights at The Chewang Garden Resort and absolutely loved it. We stayed in Garden Bunglow Room C4 by the pool. The pool bar & Barman Boss was wonderful. The staff at the resort were awesome. Great restaurant options. Beautiful beach once the tide is out. Would highly recommend staying here. Town is just out the driveway and everything you need.

Needs a revamp and stop people smoking in pools and in dining spaces. Very average for cleanliness.

nice structure but the rooms need to be refreshed because there is a smell of humidity and the bathroom is completely old and dirty

We stayed at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort for our first trip to Koh Samui. The location is perfect and you have everything you could ever wish for right at your doorstep. This includes restaurants, bars, beach, pool with poolbar, taxi service, convenience store, the list is endless. We booked the Superior Room with pool view as this was said to be the most quiet option in relation to the neigbouring night club "ARK bar". The room was indeed quiet, but unfortunately the room was not clean at our arrival and we had a huge gap between the door and the doorframe at the main entrance. The staff however was very helpful and they upgraded ut to a private bungalow as soon at this was brought to their attention. The service at this hotel was impeccable. The staff was always super friendly and the common areas were always well maintained, tidy and clean. Overall we were very happy with our vacation here and would definetly come back!

flott plassert hotel med hyggelig hage og bassenger og privat strand helt supert. rommene ikke de beste. skjønner at luftfuktigheten tærer på byggene men badene er i en elendig dårlig skikk. veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personalet. selv om rommene var litt gamle ville jeg bodd der igjen. på alle Hotel finnes det ting og sette fingeren på :-) god frokost buffe godt utvalg

設施殘舊,浴室有污漬,冷氣出風口有塵,通風不足房間有異味,如果不通知前台,會忘記執房,歡迎飲品最後都是沒有了,前台員工禮貌尚可,執房員工就比較差.

Es war extrem laut wegen der angrenzenden Partymeile. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls ein großer Minuspunkt. Wenn man ausschließlich einen Partyurlaub machen möchte, ist die Lage optimal.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Man kann vom Zimmer barfuß im Sand direkt bis zum Strand laufen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Von der Arkbar haben wir im neuen Trakt nichts gehört. Da ist der Lärmpegel, den man von der Beachroad wahrnimmt wesentlich höher. Es hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich (insbesondere die Kellner am Strand) und immer sehr bemüht Lösungen zu finden. Einzig bei dem Versuch über die Rezeption ein Auto zu mieten, sind wir gescheitert. Zum Einen war den Mitarbeitern nicht bekannt, dass es möglich war und zum anderen wurde uns dann gesagt, dass wir auf der Homepage des Verleihers selbst nachschauen sollten und uns dann auf Google verwiesen. Das einzig Negative an unserem Zimmer war der Gestank im Badezimmer, der teilweise in den Augen brannte. Trotz aller Bemühungen konnte dies nie vollständig behoben werden. Mit einer dauerhaften Duftlampe ging es dann einigermaßen, aber schön war es trotzdem nicht. Wir hatten ein weiteres Zimmer im „Alten“ Teil des Hotels. Für dieses Zimmer gab es allerdings nur einen Schlüssel. Bei drei Personen, die dieses Zimmer bewohnen und unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse hatten (Ausgeh- und Schlafroutinen) war es teilweise mit nur einem Schlüssel problematisch.

Brilliant hotel. It was clean, staff were super helpful and the breakfast was awesome (with loads of choice). They have beautiful squirrels that live in the trees around the grounds, which was lovely to watch as we ate. The hotel is also right in the heart of Chaweng with restaurants, shops, pharmacies, ATMs, etc literally right at the front door. I can't take this place highly enough.

Unbelievable thin walls. We left after we were distributing the guest in the room next to us. We should have received a refund but we were not compensated.

Vi bodde i ett Shino rum, det var tyvärr väldigt mörkt och fuktigt och gammalt. Det hade dessutom en doft i garderoberna av fuktigt trä och vi hade en hel del kackerlackor i badrummet. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Läget var superbra och även frukosten!

Staff at resort were all very friendly and happy and very polite, dining area and breakfast was very nice, swim up bar and pool was also nice, our room was a bit tired looking and could do with a bit of a revamp, definitely not enough space to put your clothes away had to leave in suitcase, and bathroom needed more shelves or somewhere to put your toiletries, we had a superior pool view room upper floor. But staff were lovely.

We had an enjoyable time the facilities, rooms and staff all great and right on the beach! Only down side is the Ark Bar beach club next door playing music till 2am. The hotel do tell you in an email once you’ve booked though. Would stay again but stay away from the Shino rooms.

The villa was spacious, tastefully decorated, and featured a large, well-appointed bathroom. It was located just steps from the beach, which was beautiful, and the air conditioning kept the space consistently comfortable. A small private deck with two chairs provided a relaxing outdoor area. For anyone considering this resort, I highly recommend booking a villa. The value is excellent, and the comfort and convenience are well worth the cost. Friends who were travelling with us stayed in a nearby villa that included a private plunge pool in an enclosed courtyard for added privacy. Although the bathroom in that unit was slightly smaller, the overall quality remained exceptional. Dining options at the resort were very good. Drink prices were nearly as low as those found at nearby street vendors, and the food was consistently enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and changed slightly each day during our eight-day stay. The fresh fruit was excellent, and while the coffee machines were automatic, they produced surprisingly good café lattes and cappuccinos. Service throughout the resort was exceptional, and the staff at the buffet and front desk were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Overall, Chaweng Garden Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. Having stayed at other properties along Chaweng Beach this was the best by far.

The location is great as you are right on the beach and there’s two nice pools. But we found our room quite dirty, and unfortunately had no sleep. Beds are rock solid and noise from arc bar was loud until early hours. And then from 8am construction work on a building within the hotel next to our room. We wouldn’t return mainly because of the beds being worst we slept on in all of Thailand!

Perfect location at the beach and in the vibrant city. Very friendly hotel, with a lovely garden and pools. A bit noise from the nightlife around, and a bit out-dated rooms. Otherwise we have nothing to complain about.

Check in was a nightmare. I had no baht because international flight and transfer and late. Front desk treated me like a criminal despite paying up front and having over 800 credit score. Demanded 1000 baht and refused to let me check in or take my cresit card. Refused to hold my luggage so i could run and get baht. Finally mgr came and agrred to hold my luggage for a little while. TERRIBLE INITIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN MOST IMPORTANT!

Lovely ground floor room by the pool. Very chilled vibe during the day and if you want a party vibe at night at Ark Bar next door on beach with fire twirlers etc. Excellent massages at the front of resort by beach. We loved our stay here. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great location.

The front desk staff and service staff on the beach were so fantastic. Front desk was so informative and even upgraded my room. The service on the beach was excellent. It’s such a beautiful space, the place is clean, the area is ideal. The beach is clean! I would stay again.

A great resort, staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this resort. Our third time here and it will not be our last.

Amazing staff at the front desk

It was our first stay at Chaweng garden. The manager was fantastic . We requested 2 rooms side by side at time of booking and received two great modern, clean pool view rooms next to each other. The pool was one of the cleanest and well maintained I’ve seen in Thailand. The staff are amazing and there’s heaps of them. Great resort and we will definitely be coming back.

Great location and access to beach

Grear location with a wonderful beach if you don't mind the occasional roar of a airplane coming in for landing.

Perfect combination - right on the beach and right in the middle of Chaweng so easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Only Inconvenience is the Airport Route OverHead Which Starts Well After You Wake Up and When the Sun Goes Down. Recommend Hotel !

Had a great time here, some previous reviews mentioned it being loud because it’s near the airport, but that really didn’t bother us much. Planes were not as frequent and were generally pretty fun to watch go over. The main negatives were the shower temperature being pretty much impossible to regulate, and the lack of access to quick snacks at the resort. The only real snack option would be to order something from the restaurant if you want to stay at the resort beach all day; and once breakfast stops being served, no coffee or complementary drinks/juices are available once it closes. Overall though, had a great experience. The staff was warm and friendly and always willing to assist with any request, the resort was in great condition, and you cannot beat the price! Everything was with inconvenient walking distance, and it was very easy to get a taxi or a grab to explore other parts of the island.

Lovely hotel on its own sandy beach with beautiful views. The rooms are clean and the staff are exceptional. The surroundings can be a little noisy but that is because it is in central Chaweng. However, that does mean that there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. I have stayed here a couple of times and would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our time at Chaweng Garden Resort. It is situated in convenient but busy area under flight path, that was no surprise as the hotel told us about it at the booking time. If you are a sound sleeper, then you should not worry about it. There are multitudes of food options, from street carts to good restaurants, right at the door step. The beach and a reasonable swimming pool are a part of the property. We were able to do all that we had planned. In Samui waft of weed smoke is for free, enjoy.

The resort is central to plenty of restaurants and bars. The resort gardens and general outside is pretty and well maintained. The accommodation is comfortable, however a little dated. The staff were lovely. The detractors were the breakfast. There was eggs available. However, they are sitting on plates uncovered and cold which are very unappealing. The rooms have both bath and pool/beach towels but i had to ask to get facewashers and hand towels, these should be standard. The staff were friendly and keen to assist. Overall for the price, i would recommend this resort.

Great place if you want to be right in Chaweng Beach. Next to Ark Bar so certain rooms (the Shino rooms) can be very loud depending on where your room. The breakfast has a pretty good selection.

One of the best hotels I have ever been! I didn’t have high expectations maybe because pictures cannot really show how beautiful and peaceful this place is. The food was very good, we chose to have dinner here every night as everything was tasty and fresh. I would absolutely reccomend!
