It was a very nice hotel quiet and had a basket ball court grill nice outside area and amazing breakfast they do charge $100 deposit though which it doesn't say online

Overall, room was great and it was a pleasant stay. The couch in the room had a cover that didn't quite fit anymore and there was no in-room coffee, but it was easy enough to go downstairs for the coffee there. Gym was nice and well maintained. Did not have a chance to use the pool, but it looked like it was very well maintained. Would make this my preferred site for any return trips.

It was pretty good. Juice machine was broken, basketball hoop backboard missing, and unable to use mini golf advertised on website. Overall pretty good.

We stayed overnight on a longer trip back across the country. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, so many choices and very plentiful. The pool was a bit disappointing, it was not really heated and the room it was in was very cold. The fitness center was nice to have, had some machines and a weight rack.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Also free laundry service

While it was a nice hotel, the room was smaller than expected and we had to go down to the front desk for extra sheets for the pullout couch. We picked this hotel to stay with extended family and traveled 3 hours to be able to swim. It wasn’t until we got to the hotel that we were let known the pool was closed. I wish it would have been noted on the website when we booked that the pool wasn’t available as this was a main point to our stay.

Loved how spacious the room was. The pool was nice but it was not easy getting in and out. I had to swipe my card multiple times and the doors to get outside were not working. You had to place a rock in the doorway to enter back in. The staff was very nice and there was quite a variety for breakfast. Other than the pool issues, it was very nice!

The room was super clean and perfect for a family with a full kitchen. Kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was a bit cold, but it was 0 outside. The breakfast filled us up and small dinner snack was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel

Second time at this hotel in a month, both times heard that the pool would be open in a couple days. Otherwise, the stay was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

First rooms the gave us were still dirty. Gentleman at the front desk at nights was rude and stated he didn’t even know he if he had rooms for us since we booked through Hotels.com. The rooms they moved us to were ok but not clean. No plug for the bathtub, had to use a washcloth, splatter up the bathroom wall and the air would not cool the room lower than 75. And the stove top was broken and dangerous.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying there again.

My wife and I were passing through. Our stay went well the only complaint was there were a few molded areas around the soap dishes. Otherwise our stay was not bad.

Property was not well maintained. Pool area was terribly dirty, as were the walls and some of the dishes in the room. Smelled of cigarette smoke and we were assigned to the wrong room. They did move us to the correct room type with no issues though. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was included and tasted great. Nice clean newer facility seemed well taken care of. Would stay there again if I was back in the area. Excellent value for the money!

From the first interaction with the front desk staff, it was all downhill. When we arrived, they charged us an additional night on top of what we paid through Hotels.com. The front desk staff initially requested a credit card for a security deposit which is customary. Then, she informed us that she may have charged us for the room as well and we should go online to check our CC in case we need to request a refund. Then, she sent us to a room with 4 dirty mattresses propped up against the wall, several empty and partially empty water bottles littering the floor, and the stench of cat urine permeating the space. It was so alarming that we weren't even able to take a picture of the unbelievable scene. We went back to the front desk to notify her and get keys for the room we selected through Hotels.com. She did not look surprised at all about the scene in the room we described, and instead just stated she didn't know what was going on there. We took our keys and went to the new room. Only 1 of the 3 keys functioned. We opened the door and saw there was only 1 bed for 4 of us. We returned to the front desk. She gave us the keys to a third room and again, only 1 of the 3 keys was able to unlock the door. The TV in the room did not connect to the cable, so it only turned on and showed a message of, "No Signal". There were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for a 2 bedroom suite. There was red gunk crusted onto the shower corners and significant stains on the bath mat hanging over the ledge.

We appreciated the amazing staff for being so nice, helpful and attentive. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms and facilities were nice, clean and well kept and/or maintained. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is large and there are various amenities which we appreciated! The hotel is dated and it seems like they are trying to save money by being stingy with items. For instance, we only had two towels for our room that could accommodate four people, we had one spoon and one fork. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa until we asked and then we had to go and wait for the front desk to find some for us. A portion of molding just dropped off the bottom of the counter during our stay and there was a weird stain or growth in the bathtub that was gross. There was also no sponge to wash our one dish with although there was dishwashing liquid. Other than the weird spot in the tub the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was very nice with exceptional space for moving around. The kitchenette was nice when we brought our dinner back to eat in.

I am SUPER disappointed and believe this hotel is not worth the cost. This hotel was not as up to the standards they described and it was so bad, I will also be writing to Staybridge Suites Corporate to report this owner. This Staybridge Hotel had so many issues. #1-The king bedroom main room and bathroom light switches didn’t work. #2-The thermometer could not be changed and stayed at 67 degrees our entire stay (which was only two days as we left due to the poor condition of the room). #3-There were very ‘out of place’ hangers in the wall that looked like they could have had cameras in them. We placed towels over those hangers. I have pictures and sent to management of the hotel and they never responded to my concerns. I never even got a sorry for any of the issues. #4-The roof had a leak and had not been repaired. The painting on the walls was coming off. I have pictures. #5-We expected a happy hour setup with light snacks as we usually have seen at other Staybridge Hotels we have stayed at and this Staybridge said they only do that on Monday night -Wednesdays. Very disappointed. #6-The rooms were loud. We heard the air conditioner pop all night on and off (probably something to do with the thermometer not working if I had to guess) and we heard cars outside all night as well. #7-No privacy between room as they removed the insulation to save money. Horrible! Overall, I horrible hotel and I will never, ever stay or recommend to anyone to stay here again!

Great room. Only issue was AC blew directly on bed was uncomfortable. Telephone didn’t work.

The room was excellent!! I loved the separate bedroom and living room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I slept so well and have no complaints. I’m definitely staying here again!

Very nice hotel! Rooms could use some updates - floors were cracked, televisions are small with limited channels, shower very slippery and beds are not the most comfortable! The room size was great and very clean. Breakfast selection was decent. Overall good place to stay!

The property was clean, very good price and rooms had a kitchen and living room. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast.

We arrived to check in after driving 13 hours to find out OUR ROOM WS NOT READY??? It’s almost 10PM!!! We had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be cleaned. The rooms are noisy and you hear everything thing around you. The refrigerator did not work so my cooler pack was warm when we got ready to leave and pack up. This is a 1 star motel.

Property was great. Staff was especially helpful since expedia booked us a room that didn't match the pictures on the site. Expedia was hard to get customer support. The staff, especially Aaron, upgraded us and he and the other staff were very attentive to our plight and our needs. I will consider Staybridge on more of my trips, but I will never use expedia again.

I was disappointed with the staff. While in the room appointed us, a stranger attempted to enter the room (#228). The reason the desk manager gave was not satisfactory. The key that were given to my husband and myself worked in order for us to enter the room. However, the stranger was given a key to the same room in which we were housed. I feel that a refund is deserved for this inconvenience. Our privacy and wellbeing was definitely invaded.

I love staying at this hotel but so far every time ive stayed the deposit goes up!!!!! This time i was told the deposit was 250.00!!!!! The time before that it was only 10.00 and the other time it was 100.00!!!! Thats the only problem i have with this hotel! 250.00 for a deposit is RIDICULOUS! I TOLD HER I ONLY HAD A 150.00 SO SHE TOOK THAT BUT THATS CRAZY

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet,comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

All staff exceptionally friendly. At the one happy hour we attended, they served a homemade soup that was delicious. Breakfast was good, the omelettes better than the scrambled eggs with potatoes. Plenty of other choices. Very clean.

We spent a substantial nightly rate for 2 nights, and were very disappointed by the lack of service and responsiveness. They refused to give us extra towels when requested. They committed a rollaway bed but then told us it was not available. The room had a musty smell. Further, the gentleman at the front desk was rude to my wife. Just not a pleasant environment, especially considering the huge premium we paid for game weekend.

Our stay at Staybridge was great. The front desk member had our key card ready for us as we were arriving at 2AM.

Stayed here with my mom and sister just for the night but we wished it could be longer! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, room and facilities were clean and location was super convenient! What more can you ask for?!

Did not have room that we reserved available . Shortage of towels each day . These are family suites and they would put 2 towels in each room. You had to constantly ask for towels. No hand towel rack to hang a towel to hang a towel to dry your hands . Breakfast was not good. Always low stock on food items . No bedding the room for pull out sofa . Nobody was ever at front desk in the morning or early afternoon.

Every staff member I encountered during our stay was extremely friendly and willing to serve. The breakfast was spectacular with so many options and the suites were roomy, well stocked, and very clean. The only thing that could be improved was the temperature of the pool-- it was very cold. Overall FANTASTIC experience and we will visit again.

I was in town for the night and stayed at this hotel. Clean facility and rooms, stocked kitchen and sofa inside. Upon my arrival they were having “dinner” and was serving free chicken wings, fries and beer and wine. This was a nice surprise. Good hotel, will stay again when I’m in the area.
