Very good hotel- well located and very clean

The hotel is located a little outside of Gravelines near the water sports park in a nice area to walk and explore, and restaurants are still nearby (we did not try the hotel's). It offers brand new accommodations. Rooms are spacious, new, very clean and very comfortable. The bed was good, sheets were great, windows have blinds that can be completely closed and airco (although our room was still very hot). Bathroom was clean, and shower had hot water. While sound proofing seemed fine at first, in our room on the first floor we could hear the chairs moving on the terrace, which was a bit of a shame to be honest. You can tell the hotel is entirely new and some elements still need to be optimalized: for instance, the breakfast area needs some improvement. They offer a rich and varied choice of items, but all the items were cramped onto one table in a corner, causing delays which is unnecessary because there is so much space in breakfast room itself to add a few more tables. The (one person) staff was also washing plates by hand (?) and had difficulties catching up, so plates were not available at one point for the buffet, and tables were not cleaned. I am sure all of this will improve; it was no problem either because there were only a few guests. In all, we will probably return: considering price - quality - location, this is a good place to stay.

Très bel établissement, tout neuf, très moderne avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Belle chambre avec une immense douche à l'italienne. Personnel charmant et serviable. Dîner excellent. Prix très corrects. Je recommande vivement.
