The property was clean, but the pool was not heated and the spa was not working. They were doing construction in the breakfast area and because of this the breakfast wasn’t as good as previously. Very limited selection. I love that they have cookies in the evening. I just wish it was consistent. The front staff in the evening is wonderful. This is at the waterfront which is a nice view but the safety at the park late afternoon, early evening is questionable. The downtown is lacking a lot.

The hot tub is not working. Coincidentally the reason is the same as the neighboring hotel, which I overheard is under the same ownership. Another guest complained the pool was also not operating. I appreciate the breakfast and the evening desk person is fantastic ( the other that was there on Tuesday night). The property was clean, even with ongoing construction.

I really enjoy my stays here at this Hampton. I've stayed here twice now, and have been happy both times. I love the property, the area is nice and safe in my opinion. Very clean atmosphere in the hotel lobby and in the rooms. Great pool and spa! If I'm in the area I'll stay here again.

Great location with easy parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed with multiple other families for a baseball tournament and we’d stay again. We used the gym and the pool. Towels were provided by the front desk. Breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold options. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles with yogurts, breads/pastries. Rooms were clean. Only thing was ice machine wasn’t working on our floor and the laundry facilities were out of order. Luckily we didn’t need it this trip.

Toilet dripped loudly the 4 days we were there. Told them the day we checked in, said someone would come fix it. Did’t happen. Homeless camping outside by the pool. 3 of the 4 pool loungers were ripped down the side ~ pool was dirty. Not the greatest area.

I liked the location. The small town of Suisun City is nice although not a lot to do there. I did not like how run down the hotel was. Ants in the bathroom, and no ant bait available (I asked). All the metal in the bathroom was rusted. Wall paper everywhere in the room is peeling. Fridge also freezes EVERYTHING. TheAC works great. The coffee during breakfast was good, not weak.

Homeless people outside my room. Loud music not nice area room was weird desk tv in the middle of the room. I paid $50 extra for water view and did not get a.wznt my $50 back!! Not enough towels. Need to make sure homeless people are not coming in for breakfast. Ghetto. Not wjat i expected dirty balcony table looks like some one used for target practice it had bullet holes

The gentleman doing breakfast was fast, friendly and efficient. The carpets where dirty. The tables in the dining area where sub-par at best. Not enough tables thst actually weren't falling apart and more chairs Big piece of tile in bathroom off And a crazy women 2 nights in a row screaming at 2 to 3 am I stay at Hamptons all the time and this was by far the dirtiest.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a stay. Originally we had a waterfront front room when we arrived in our room we check everything and our toilet has stains on the toilet seat and on the shower tub and in the sink. We ask to be changed to a different room and Eduardo at the front desk was able to get us in a different room but not a waterfront view. This room was better but still very dirty there was stains in the tissue box and the tub was not clean, we did not even feel comfortable enough to shower there. On top of that on our last day we where getting ready and we found a Tick on the wall in our room, we spoke to the front desk and brought the Tick to show them in a zip lock bad but there was no manager for us to speak to, we left a note for them to call us when they back in. We are so unhappy with this hotel and the cleanliness of it you would think it’s a clean place since it’s Hampton. Even there breakfast room was dirty there was milk on the chairs and the entrance next to the elevator smelled so bad there was a spill on the floor that took them days to clean up. I will never stay at this location ever again.

Ive stayed here mutiple time and this was by far the worst. There was ants in the bathroom and on the bedside table, white stains on both the room and desk chair and it smelled. Thank god I bring my own lysol. People lingering around the property at all hours of the night and people fighting outside your window at 5am and I was on the 3rd floor and this went on for 2 nights. Very ghetto feel and worst stay I ever had here for sure. Highly do not recommend this place anymore.

I noticed in our room that a panel under the night stand between the beds was on the floor . I saw a lot of wires under there. We left some food out to eat the following morning. As I proceeded to prepare the food for consumption, I found that ants were in the tray of food. Other than that it was a good hotel.

The beds were EXTREMELY HARD & UNCOMFORTABLE. The pillows were too small and flat. I didn’t sleep well and my back still hurts. There were stains in the carpet, wholes in the walls of the bathroom, and the lighting was EXTREMELY POOR! I won’t be back nor recommend.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The one thing that you should know when booking this hotel is, it is located near a train station and you can hear the train. We were woken up at 2:00am.

The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable. The only down side is that the WiFi is the worst. I had trouble connecting to the internet the entire stay and when it did finally connect it was too slow. It’s sad I had to use my phones hotspot to even get any work done on my computer. Paying $500 for my stay wasn’t worth that.

We were greeted with an "upgrade" even though it was already the room reserved. Upon walking in found the AC down to a chilling 60°F which was bittersweet. The view was phenomenal and overall a great stay but not sure what was meant by "Soundproofed" when neighbors could be heard partying and the door was in need of adjustments being tough to open and close while also allowing hallway light to shine through. Property was clean and conveniently located. Rooms were nice and new. However, the wifi wouldn't work. Anyone who needed to work couldn't at this property and that's a problem. The breakfast was nice. One of the better complementary that I have seen. The staff was very nice including house keeping.

I was ignored during check out Because they couldn’t get their computers to work correctly, There was no remote control in the room for the TV, The door would not close properly, there was no hotel information in the room, There were homeless people sitting outside the exit doors Night and day. There were only potato chips available for a snack and no place else to go

Clean rooms. Convenient location for me and my mother traveling. Only frustrating thing is they lock the front automatic doors from about 7:30pm until about 8am and not even your room key gets you in. I had to bang on the front door two separate occasions and the second time another guest had to get them to let me in. I’ve been in MUCH worse areas, all over the country and I assure you that it was not necessary to have the doors locked for so many hours.

The room wasn’t ready until 5PM, we arrived at check in at 3PM and had to wait two hours to check in. The parking lot requires a parking pass and was inconvenient. The intercom phone outside the lobby was broken, so it was difficult to get in and out of the lobby - wasn’t always someone available to open the door.

The beds were super comfortable and the woman behind the desk (Julie?) provided excellent customer service. She’s a hard worker with a patient and kind disposition and went out of her way to to make sure the guests were provided for, even going out to get fresh baked cookies for the guests. She treated her job as of it were her hotel, which is rare to find these days. She should definitely be promoted or given a raise. You don’t find many employees with her work ethic.

Great location with restaurants around and a brewery down the road. We had a king room with waterfront view. The room was clean, pillows and blankets are comfortable. The so called waterfront view also came with a view of the swimming pool and hot tub view in front of us. During the day it could get loud due to the people in the pool. At night it was quiet. I wouldn’t pay extra for the waterfront view. The waterfront is a somewhat covered my tree lines. If you don’t mind this than stay in the waterfront view rooms or just pay for a regular View room. I’d come back again. Also if you purchase snacks from the store there. Make sure you have them check the price listing cause we were charged $5 for a monster the night we got there and the next morning we bought another one. The receptionist checked the price list and it was $4. Or go to the convenient store, it will be cheaper.

The hotel was very nice, in a nice waterfront area. It allowed for easy walking around the marina. The beds were very comfortable and the views of the marina were wonderful. The hotel breakfast was good, with a good variety of offerings. Of note, on our stay, there was visible signs of many homeless around the area. They were wandering around the parking area at night and visible during the days. In addition, the cleaning solution the hotel used left a sticky film on all the tile floors, so it is best to have some slippers handy.

We stayed here for a weekend to visit the Napa Valley and the location was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious. We loved everything about it. Breakfast was a plus however it got busy and items were running out faster than they could be replaced. But only a slight bump in the overall excellent experience.

Warm welcome for our anniversary weekend trip to visit family - never knew this place existed! Because of the location, there is a nice breeze cooling off the otherwise very warm area. The only thing is that the water view is of what is known as the Suisun Slough, which is brackish water - so it's not clear & beautiful to look at, like many other waterviews. But I'd stay there again - it's also located near the Jelly Belly Factory and "old" Suisun/train depot, so that it's very quiet, away from the hustle & bustle

We really like this hotel. The staff is very pleasant, the breakfast was very good. Excellent selection. We popped ours in the microwave for a minute or so and it was delicious.
