I was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean and offered the necessities that I needed. The staff included a fresh El Sant Cugat bottle of water, fresh glasses each day. There was a coffee maker, and stocked refrigerator. Soaps and lotions were in the bathroom. They daily breakfast offered a wide selection. The Friday and Saturday night live entertainment was a treat.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast plentiful. Prior to our stay, staff were very communicative and helpful through WhatsApp. We found the in person reception to be a bit less warm but not problematic. Sant Cugat is a charming town and we really enjoyed the opportunity to explore it from the convenient location of the hotel.

Our room had a kettle with a few herbal tea bags supplied (no coffee) but there is a supermarket directly opposite that we got a few essential supplies. The mini bar had a variety of drinks and seemed at a reasonable price. Reception was very helpful arranging a taxi to Monserrate. It is well located getting into Barcelona by train - about 30 mins and a 10 minute walk to the station. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sant Cugat.

Les employés sont très sympas et à l’écoute. On avait pris 2 chambres dont l’une était occupée par nos enfants. Les employés ont été à l’écoute pour la disposition des chambres (et pour nous donner des cartes supplémentaires gratuitement, même lorsqu’on en a perdu une). L’hôtel est calme (de manière générale la ville de Sant Cugat est assez calme). Les chambres et les salles de bains étaient vraiment propres. Les serviettes étaient changées un peu trop souvent. Ils pourraient économiser quelques lavages inutiles à mon avis. Petit déjeuner très bien. La terrasse légèrement ombragée à été agréable en août.

We had a good stay at Hotel Sant Cugat, thanks to the ideal situation close to the city center. The room had a great view of the monastery, was clean and comfortable. Our children’s room however had some issue with the thermostat which could not be set properly. Also, an area of improvement would be the breakfast, which lacks of choice and variety. Overall a good address and we would go back if we stay in this city.

Es war sehr nah am Auditorium und in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Es gab einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Negativ war der Ausblick auf die Einfahrt des Parkhauses, gegenüber war ein Bürogebäude und die Leute konnten ins Zimmer schauen, wenn man gelüftet hat. Es war sehr laut, da wir ein Zimmer am Fahrstuhl hatten und alle Geräusche aus dem Speisesaal zu hören waren.
