We were there 4 nights. Reception staff were helpful when asked direct questions. And there is a gym for guest use which was great. The rationing for the housekeeping did surprise us though. Toilet paper was either replaced with half rolls or forgotten altogether. There were three of us in the room, but only 2 tea bags, 2 milk, 2 coffee and 2 decaf. No water except on last day) We understand the need to reduce waste, but were surprised at the skimping especially for a Holiday Inn. All in all, the stay was still good. There is free parking available, a shopping centre just a 10 minute walk away, and the lobby stays lit enough for work until midnight.

Très bel hôtel, j’y séjourne régulièrement depuis son ouverture. L’hôtel est beau, les chambre également, le personnel est serviable. La recharge électrique est incluse dans le prix du parking couvert ce qui est un atout. Les points négatifs sont le parking extérieur avec des places très petites adapté uniquement à des citadines. L’autre point négatif est le bar qui calque ses horaires d’ouverture sur celles du restaurant. Le bar arrête donc de servir à 22h ce qui est très tôt pour ce type d’établissement sachant qu’il n’y a pas de mini bar dans les chambres. Même si les employés sont présents ils refusent de servir ou plutôt se réservent le droit ou non de servir en fonction du client. Minuit serait un minimum pour un 4 étoiles. Le tarif des chambres ne cesse également d’augmenter progressivement, sûrement dû à son succès.

Very nice staff. I do not speak any Spanish besides Hola and they still understand me. They are very respectful. The restaurant is good and the staff is great. They will charge everything to your room and you can buy snacks etc. They have a nice area where you can sit outside and smoke and relax. They also have a rooftop area with tables where you can also smoke and eat if you like. The sunset from the rooftop is beautiful. It is called a solarium which you take the elevator that says solarium to go to. It is a short walk to get to the mall and restaurants. There is a busstop there, but. They do offer Dove bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. You use your keycard and put in a space on the inside by the door to keep the electricity in the room working. This is a genius idea to save wasted electricity. If you want to be directly in Barcelona this is not the best place to stay if you don't have a car. If you get a taxi from the airport (which is super simple to get, you go to the taxi area and stand in line. Then make sure they are aware which Holiday Inn and that they undstand the address.

This property was great. Any time I see a Holiday Inn, I know it’s a safe and clean place. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The property was not close to Barcelona, but taxis were available. The front desk was great with setting up taxi transportation.

The hotel is 1 hour 45 minutes by public transport from the airport and 20 minutes by cab for 60 euros. There's absolutely nothing to see near the hotel, which is an industrial zone just off the freeway. From the hotel to Barcelona it's 40 minutes by public transport. The room was very nice and clean, but there's no mini-fridge. The cleaning service was not very good. They didn't empty the garbage cans, didn't make the beds properly and didn't change the cups already used or the tea and coffee service. The hotel had to turn off the hot water due to a technical problem, but they didn't bother to contact guests, so we were stuck in the hotel waiting for the water to come back on so we could finally visit Barcelona. The breakfast was good, but not worth the price: 15 euros per person per day. Barcelona was a good experience, but the hotel made it less so.

Hotel is clean, staff speaks English, They are very well mannered and polite. A couple of opportunities though, I stayed 8 days and no bedding sheets were exchanged, no coffee replenished nor glasses replaced.

This hotel was very nice, but I noticed that the air-conditioning was controlled by the staff, every time I set the air conditioning on a certain temperature. It would always be turned up and that meant to me that it was being controlled by the staff or the front desk. The property was also extremely far from the airport like you literally had to cross tools to get to it.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was spacious and had an actual tub in it, which was appreciated. The hotel is kind of far away from everything so it took awhile (20-30 minutes) to get Ubers to it. For the price of the hotel, the breakfast buffet should've been included. But it had A LOT of options. Something for everyone.

While checking in at the lobby, our carry on suitcase was stolen. It was visible on their security camera. They did absolutely nothing! Breakfast needs to be set at 6:30 AM, not 7:00 AM. Many of us were taking tours and needed breakfast at 6:30 AM.

This was a great stay. The hotel is in a neighborhood called Sant Cugat, north of Barcelona. It was a decent stay . Great staff, especially the servers downstairs at the breakfast. However the chef is not the nicest person he refused to warm my food. Quick FYI if you going to have take away to hotel from outside restaurants . He will refuse to warm your foods. 10 min walk from the closest bus and metro station.

Very well run, clean and modern Holiday Inn hotel. Reception staff went the extra mile to help, after we were redirected to Barcelona after Valencia flooding, and were exceptionally helpful. Location is not great ... well outside the city center, in an industrial region. So if you need to commute to see the sights of Barcelona, expect a lot of taxi bills! (Around E50 a pop). Apart from that, very nice place to stay ... recommended.

El resto muy bien, pero para todos los clientes (muchos) que tuvimos que esperar tantísimo tiempo para hacer el proceso de checkin y recoger la llave, imposible empezar peor.

We stayed here as a family for 3 days and did not like it at all.The property is ok if you are here for business travel but lacks basic things such as restaurants that remain closed over the weekend. Breakfast options are severely limited, and is cold. Transport options are extremely limited - even the taxis don't accept trips. We have had to wait at train stations for 45 mins to get taxi accept to take us to the hotel.

This hotel has real pros and cons. It is a beautiful new hotel which is immaculately clean and offers an excellent breakfast. It is also very reasonably priced. The con is that it has some challenges when travelling on public transit from Barcelona. The ride on the metro is not difficult it just takes about 25 mins from the center of town. Note: the hotel is not in Zone 1 and your Zone 1 passes will not cover the metro costs to San Cugat. You need to purchase a separate ticket to get to San Cugat (l'hopital stop). If you decide to stay at this hotel you need to know that there is a 20 minute walk to/from the metro station if you do not summon a taxi. It is not a difficult walk mostly paved and gravel path, just know in advance that it adds time and effort to your commute. For us the savings at the hotel were worth the extra effort in our commute into and out of Barcelona.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. Despite being far from Barcelona center, the shopping center was walking distance from the hotel and with lots of dining options around. Highly recommend for the price. There is also a train station close by, but we opted to take the taxi to get in the city.

Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist leider eine Katastrophe. Blutige Burger, Beilagen fehlen, Tiefkühlpizza... Auch das Frühstück fur 4 Sterne mittelmäßig und der Raum für die Anzahl an Gästen viel zu klein

This is a lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. It is located about 30 minutes from Barcelona airport. However, it is in the middle of nowhere and the closest access to public transport is between 20 to 30 minutes walk. The hotel restaurant has a very limited choice for dinner but breakfast buffet has a wide range of food to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful and were able to assist in any way they could. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend.
