Everything was good. Included breakfast was ok The spot numeration in the parking lot was pretty confusing though. You can find several spots with same level numbers, letters and numbers. Should not be hard to address this.

Room and amenities were clean. It was great to have parking until 4pm which gave us additional time to explore the city. Very close to the river and only a few blocks from mag mile. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, however room its self was very small and poorly laid out. Great breakfast and convenient parking attached.

The city views from this hotel are great. Valet parking is the way to go. We were able to leave our luggage while we went to a tour after checking out. Very helpful for them to have that service as parking in Chicago can be challenging. Soooo many bar and restaurant options in walking distance.

They have parking. I think it 40 a night but can't remember. But parking deck attached to hotel. Nice rooms very clean. Okay breakfast but the Einstein bagels downstair is where we usually go. Harry carry across the road is awesome. Shopping clise by. Wife and daughter love it.

Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star overall rating was because I got stuck in one of the elevators for 10 minutes. I assume they have fixed or will fix the problem. But apart from that, it was a great stay.

The only thing that was annoying staying here were the elevators. Long waits to get to your floor especially when one of them was out of service. Otherwise great stay and staff were great!

Hotel was clean, no bugs. Flooring needs updating, carpets are dirty and that cannot be fixed unless they're just pulled up. Bathroom exhaust fan and handheld shower head in our room didn't work, but everything else was fine.

We did not have housekeeping the entire 4 day stay even though we request just one. I even went to lobby to request it again after 3rd day because we really needed towels. They sent up towels only which we were thankful for-but they smelled terrible like mold. THe room smelled like stale smoke and the shower dripped on the metal plate all night. Parking is convenient attached to the building but one elevator was out of order so took forever to get to your car.

Nice hotel with free breakfast. Could walk to everything. Bed very comfortable. Carpet was wet & it caused the room to have a musty odor. Room was available early but we could only check in early if we paid an extra fee.

We were given a nice corner room with a great view and in a great location. Everything was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing area for improvement was the water pressure in the shower, which was on the low side. Also sirens and loud motorcycles can be a bit loud in the downtown area in general at night. Otherwise had a great stay!

I like that it has a separate area for sleeping with a door. We are traveling with our daughter and a friend and it is hard to find a suite for 4 people that has a separate sleeping area. I wish the bathroom was in the middle of the area instead of in the sleeping area for easier access to those sleeping on the pull out. Nice property overall in good location.

It was a good stay, great location with a city view. A 5.min walk to the riverwalk and plenty of things to do around it. Bars and restaurants. They have their own parking garage which is great (of course you have to pay for parking, which they took off from our down-payment at the end). The room was a little different than what i imagined it would be. We got a king bed with a sofa couch. Walking in is the small kitchen and then the couch, once i turned was the king bed literally. I thought we would have some kind of space between those. It was a little weird to the design but not bad. What was definitely weird designed was the restroom it was a walk in restroom like literally once you use the toilet you can walk to shower 😅, but the only bad thing i didn't like was how the water flows, it will flow all down out the restroom to the sink. My opinion is they should make a barrier even a small one to stop the flow out.

The staff was great! But I stayed on the 25th floor. About 6am I kept hearing this thumping sound. I called the front desk 3x. When maintenance came the guy said that I was hearing the elevator go up and down. Unfortunately all the rooms near hear the same. I couldn’t sleep past 630 because of it

Rooms need update. Heating/air conditioning vent blows directly onto the bed and fluctuates the entire night from cold to heat, blowing directly onto sleepers with no ability to redirect the flow of air. Thermostat not easy to manage. Closet door was off the track - fixed immediately by staff.

Property itself was pretty decent and standard. Nothing great but nothing bad. It was the location that made it a great choice. Anything and everything you could ever want to see, eat, or do was within a 20 minute walk max. Lower floors got very loud because of city traffic, and breakfast was nice to have as an option but nothing great.

I will definitely be back to stay again. This hotel was in a great location, only 1 block from the house of blues and tons of restaurants and shopping. The staff was great and had a wonderful complementary breakfast with iced coffee, which I’ve never seen, but appreciate so much! We were even able to leave our bags and walk around after check out.

We had a great stay. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They held our baggage for us before and after check in which was very convenient as we had early flight in and late flight out well passed check in time. The room was nice and clean. Appreciated that the kitchen in our room had supplies. Bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were amazing; truly, and without exception. You often don't encounter the level of politeness, attentiveness, and genuine interest in helping guests have a good experience during their stay as we experienced with everyone from the front desk folks, the security staff, the kitchen staff, and literally everyone we interacted with. I don't usually write such a glowing endorsement, but when you experience this level of high caliber, friendly service, it deserves to be recognized publicly.

Overall this hotel is decent for the price/location. However, we checked in late at night only to find that the pull out bed was broken and there were gross stains on the blanket in the bedding pack. We had already unpacked everything, so we had to pack it all back up and switch rooms in the middle of the night. They did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience.

Location was great , hotel was outdated and the front desk young lady was very unprofessional when we first time arrived. As Expedia VIP member I should at least get free earlier check in and we arrived 2 hours early and she told me that she can only give me room if I pay $25. I told her that I am not planning to do that as I am Expedia VIP member, then she told me you get only free Wi-Fi if you are VIP member. I left very disappointed but when I came back to check in at 4 pm lady at check in was manager and she apologise for the behaviour of her employee and she told me that she will take care about us . Her name was Nicole and she was very nice and professional. Room wasn’t the best . Was outdated and … carpet is old and dirty.

This is the perfect location and it will be out "go-to" for future visits. The hotel sits just a block from the River Walk, great dining options, and entertainment. The dine-in movie theater, shopping, and public transportation is within walking distance. It was safe and convenient!

Great location which is convenient to tour attractions, dining options, public transportations. Good breakfast which has a lot of nice choices. Good luggage handling service. One hope is that check-in line could be moving faster.

Hotel was situated in an ideal location, with great access to the CTA and within a few minutes walk from some of the City’s best tourist attractions. The free breakfast was excellent too!

Front desk staff were pleasant and attentive throughout stay. Arrived at breakfast at 8:30 and there was almost no hot food options, pastry container empty, apple juice was empty, no napkins available, and set up was not conducive to this number of guests to get through efficiently.

Great location and easy to get to restaurants and other city activities. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Employees were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was just okay if there was anything to improve. Not bad but nothing exciting either.

We were 3 staying in one king and sofa bed room. Sofa bed was was not comfortable and needed multiple blankets to be laied on it to make it ok to sleep on..breakfast was VERY limiting in options. Weekend breakfast is a joke with even fewer options. Coffe startion is a one person at a time space making endless lineups.
