Für 106$ habe ich es immerhin sauber erwartet. Es war das schlimmste Hotel Erlebnis auf meiner 3 monatigen Reise! Das Bettlaken war absolut befleckt, an der Zimmerdecke waren schwarze Flecken und morgens krabbelte eine Schabe durch unser Bad. Die anderen Gäste haben die ganze Nacht furchtbaren Lärm gemacht und beim Check Out war nicht einmal die Rezeption besetzt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schlecht, selbst um etwas zu essen zu holen muss man sehr weit laufen. Nie wieder!

I made an error in my booking and booked for the night after I was going to stay. I tried to call them and tell them that I just wanted to switch days but no manager was on site and the person I talked to didn’t have the authority to move my stay. That seemed a little harsh. So I lost money because they don’t empower their employees to make those kinds of customer, friendly decisions.

Rooms have mold. Hotel does not recognize the issue. Even though the rooms smell moldy and humid. They won't refund you for a reason related to health concerns/mold.

The hotel was recently purchased and you can see that there’s an offset of quality and value within that change. For example there was a fire alarm that summoned HFD due to someone smoking marijuana in their room (you could smell it in the hallway) nothing was done by the hotel staff other than alerting the FD that there was no fire. Meanwhile I ran down stairs to lobby thinking it’s an emergency situation with little to no concern or questions addressed by staff. Other than that the property needs work and TLC, the room was decent for the price but would definitely have house keeping do a better job with rooms as old stains in bedding pillow cases and restroom showers had hair and other debris left behind.
