Very clean, friendly staff, family friendly activities, great for kids. Hot water in shower went hot/cold every 20 secs or so. Internet included but slow and no steaming on tv but absolutely not needed, plenty to do. Pool with great slide, pedal cars, jumping pillow, games room, short walk to beautiful swimming at creek.

We loved our short but sweet stay at South West Rocks. The lady that greeted us when we arrived & left was so lovely. It’s close to town. The grounds and cabin were clean and well kept. They have amazing amenities. We are already planning our trip back for when our 6 month old is a bit older and can play in the water😍 Thank you!

The park is on a river which is nice. It has a boat ramp and fish cleaning facilities which is handy. It was also very clean. My biggest gripe is the room sizes. I was in a two bedroomed cabin but we had to walk sideways at the bottom of the bed as there was so little room. There was also insufficient room in the bedroom for a suitcase which had to be left in the lounge.

The cabin was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed. The park facilities were extensive and all immaculate. The river behind with pelicans and a boat ramp and fishing were a plus. As was being able to walk to town.

The staff were very friendly and offered plenty of advice on things to see in South West Rocks. Our standard room was a little aged and needs some freshening up but functional and comfortable. The park is lovely and the facilities are excellent

We had issues with German cockroaches in our cabin. There was dead bugs along the paneling of the walls, urine on and under the toilet seat. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work well as it was clogged with dust and the smoke alarm had a malfunction and went off at random times (we didn’t do any cooking). A very steep price for very poorly cleaned and maintained cabin.

We booked a spa cabin for 8 days the location was central to everything you needed. The cabin was was clean and comfortable just with the second bedroom was a bit small for my 16 yr old daughter. It would have been good with two single beds. You have to buy washing up detergent as what they gave us was not worth much didn’t clean the dishes well. The cabin was over looking the water but half way though our stay caravans came and blocked our view. But it was a great fishing spot. We will be back in your future. Thank you ☺️

Bed was so comfortable. Cabin was clean, neat and well appointed. Gate on verandah so pets cant wander off. (We had a cabin allowing our dog.) Staff helpful and courteous. Will definately stay again!!

Tidy compact cabin that was great for what I needed it for. The park feels safe and secure and all obeyed speed limits. Bed was comfy and the interior felt well insulated, cabin was clean but with normal wear and tear and an oldish tiny bathroom thats possibly soon due for a reno but does the job. I found mobile reception patchy (optus) and wifi slow, just for anyone else needing to work while there.

The cabin was nice and clean. Very comfy bed with warm doona. It’s useful to have a full sized fridge and stove. Access to the free wifi was a bit hit and miss, but that could be standard for the area. I received an email after business hours on the evening prior to our booking, stating I hadn’t paid for the cabin. I discussed this with the staff upon arrival. Apparently any money paid to Wotif prior to the arrival date isn’t credited to Ingenia until the first day of the booking. This is stressful and confusing. Surely there is a better way for the transfer of payment to take place.

The accomodation inside the property was fantastic. On the outside the was a fire place not functioning, the BBQ didn’t work(we did get maintenance to have a look and they managed to get a section of the BBQ working) and no outside lights were working. We did mention this to the office on the way out and they were defensive and not very polite when these were raised. The disappointing thing about it all was is that they knew about the issues. They contacted us during the week about our checkin details and could have explained these things. Even when we checked in they still did not mention the issues. There was nothing on the details when we booked through hotels.com either to allow us to make a decision either. The park it’s self is great, the accommodation was fantastic it was just disappointing that we paid good money and were let down by these few things that could have easily been communicated by many people with plenty of opportunities. I notified hotel of late arrival through Hotels.com website, I was supposed to get an email but never received. When we arrived there was no key in th lock box for us. But there was one for another person. We tried contacting the hotel directly but was unsuccessful. I was told I would not get a refund even though I had no way of accessing the property. The hotel stated I should have contacted them with late arrival which I did. I spent an hour on the phone with Hotels.com trying to sort this out (@ .25 per minute and ultimately had to drive to our final desitnation, Sydney, and finally arrived at 5 am. I am very disappointed with both hotel and hotels.com.
