Mercure Yokosuka is a decent hotel. They try to push the restaurant they have by not allowing Uber eats deliveries but really this just makes for an inconvenience and does not make me want to try the restaurant. Other than that, there is a smoking room, the rooms are clean and fairly well laid out. Fridge, microwave, electric kettle, all included which was very nice. Shampoos, conditioners, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc all included as well. Overall well worth the money spent and I would definitely stay again.

最初エレベーターでカードの使い方がわからなかったが、他のお客さんを見てわかりました。他のお客さんがたまたま乗ってくれて助かりました。セキュリティの問題なので仕方ないとは思いますが少しわかりづらかったです。部屋は落ち着いた感じでとても過ごしやすかったです。加湿器付きの空気清浄機があり、有り難かったです。中でも一番嬉しかったのは部屋に電子レンジがあったことです。朝御飯のバイキングもおいしかったですし、19階の眺めも良かったです。駐車場もチェックアウトした後も停めておけて助かりました。泊まれて良かったです。ありがとうございました。(次の質問がビジネスかレジャーなのでここに書きます。)今回は子供の大学受験の為に宿泊させて頂きました

Loved the easy access via train, plus the mall across the street and the views of the military base. You could actually see submarines and their war boats. pretty cool! Staff was also very friendly and having laundry on site, was a big plus in my books.

The room was a great location and well specified. The view was nice. The construction at Coaska can be loud. The room was not clean and contrary to most Japanese hotels. The carpet tiles were dirty and there were marks on the walls. I suspect its the foreign visitors that have a limited understanding of removing shoes. The restaurants within the hotel were absurdly expensive and difficult to understand. The hotel stands as a legacy of the the past and needs reinvention.

浴槽のお湯を抜いた時、排水口から黒い汚れが溢れ出してきて鳥肌が。タバコの葉っぱが水で溶けだした様な見た目でしたがカビだと思います。洗面所に広がるのを防ぐため一気にお湯を抜けず、少しずつ排水させました。立地的には汐入駅前でとても良いです。

I did not pick this hotel, it was chosen for me. However, it was very convenient. You can get there on the Tokyo metro (about 1 hour and 15 minutes from downtown). My room seemed a little dated in decor, but I have no complaints about cleanliness. I had a small room but it had a great view of the harbour. While it gets a bit busy around the metro station, it was quiet in the hotel. There is a Family Mart around the corner, which is convenient if you don't want a large meal. The shopping centre across the street also has some really great options for food and some great grocery stores. (The craft store has some nice Japanese cotton I purchased for my Mom to sew with.) Breakfast came with the room and was really big. Caters to both western and Asian tastes. I think this is probably one of the better places to stay in Yokosuka. And it is close to the Battleship Mikasa, which was a really interesting museum. Finally, the staff was extremely nice and pleasant.

The check in process was easy with friendly staff. The location is close to the station, which is convenient when traveling. The interior of the hotel is a bit outdated. I can hear some noises from the next room. Overall, I’m very satisfied staying with this hotel.

Rooms are tiny! But, if you’re staying for a day or two it’s perfect. There is a Lawson store close by and you’re 2 minutes away from shioiri station that’ll take you to tokyo in about an hour. Right across the street from a super mall and located at the end of the honch.

Hotel room is showing some age but it is overall very clean. The rooms are very spacious for a Japan hotel. However, if you get a single stay room, they are very very small. Pay the extra money and the room for two people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located to the large mall and Shioji station. Only a 3 min walk to the hotel from the station.

I did not pick this hotel, it was chosen for me. However, it was very convenient. You can get there on the Tokyo metro (about 1 hour and 15 minutes from downtown).
