Such dreams come true in this unique group house, which is quietly located above the small village of Mieders in the middle of the Stubai Valley. The house is available for you to use alone and has a lot to offer. In the beautiful, wood-paneled room with large panoramic windows you can make yourself comfortable and spend game evenings together. There is also a bar with refrigerators and a gastro coffee machine with the associated coffee grinder. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with an extra large fridge, a dishwasher and a kitchen witch, on which you can also cook. The five lovingly designed double rooms with TV flat screens are all equipped with a bathroom including shower, toilet, toiletries and hairdryer and all have their own balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the entire Stubai Valley. In the wellness area with sauna, shower room and toilet there are 3 loungers and a sofa to relax. The sauna can be used 3 times per stay free of charge. From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. On the approximately 150 m² terrace, which is located in the in-house garage, there is a grill, two large wooden tables with benches, a lounge area and sofa beds. There you will find a bakery, butcher, a farm shop and a grocery store, everything is within walking distance. In the other direction, you start right from the front door on beautiful hikes and pilgrim trails, go mountain bike tours or go on skis to the valley station of the Serlesbahnen in winter. Up to five cars can be parked well protected in the comfortable garage under the veranda. leisure Surroundings The group house Egerdach is located in a quiet and fantastic panoramic location, above the roofs of Mieders and within sight of the valley station of the Serlesbahn. The ski area, a natural toboggan run and also the summer toboggan run, which is one of the most spectacular Alpine coaster in Europe, belong to the Serlesbahn. The gondolas are bad news, you can get to the mountain station quickly and safely, including countless hiking routes from easy to challenging. It goes past various mountain huts, such as the power station "Kloster Maria Waldrast", where you can fill the coveted healing water. Many restaurants spoil you there with culinary delicacies. You can enjoy a rarely beautiful and wide view of the Alps here. The reason for this is the unique location of the Serles. The 2,717 m high mountain lies on the inner corner of Wipptal and Stubaital. Here you can walk the entire Stubai Valley back to the glacier and the Zuckerhütl, which stretches far into the Wipptal towards Italy, but also down into the Inn Valley and over the Karwendel Mountains north of the Inn Valley. To the east you can also enjoy the view over the green Tux Alps to the mountains of the Zillertal. So you have 3 mountains all around you, just magical.
