I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was quiet in my room, which is typically my complaint for any hotel. The sound proofing seemed to be better than most. The room was spacious and updated, and it came with robes, which was actually a very nice feature. It was thoughtfully designed with convenient features like the charging stations at the night stand. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The only downside is that there is no pool or hot tub which can be a deal breaker for those with kids. I would trade the lol for the quiet rooms and the amazingly soft sheets. I will stay here again next time in Regina.

Good solid hotel: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to the highway and there are lots of parking stalls on the property. Breakfast was complimentary with lots of food options.

The room was very clean and spacious. Parking was easy and plentiful. The morning breakfast was excellent with plenty of quality options. We also used the onsite laundry facilities to catch up on our laundry, which we were very grateful for. As well, a special shoutout to Cydney, our housekeeper, who was very helpful in suggesting things for us to do in Regina and good dining options in the hotel area.

Very roomy with a full fridge, dishes and microwave. The beds and pillows were comfy. The rooms and area were quiet. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. Check in was fast and easy. I would come back. I wish there was a pool though.

The breakfast was good, enjoyed the waffles. Close to Subway. Good enough gym with 2 cardio stations, free weights. No pool or hot tub. Staff are kind. Rooms are sufficient. Would stay here again. Kids enjoyed Netflix option on TV.

I've stayed at numerous hotels in this area and in Regina, this hotel may be the best of them. Very clean, well maintained, staff were very friendly and did little extra things to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was great and varied day to day. The fitness center was marginally equipped but clean and useful. Ample parking. Quiet. Good pricing. When leaving the hotel and turning onto Victoria Ave going west, there is a HUGE pothole that could easily damage a vehicle. Not the hotel's fault of course.

Liked the above. Did not like the Guest Laundry room situation - door locked and had to chase down night manager for access. They could make it a guest key entry instead of what they have. Elevator could have been cleaner.

Cleanliness very poor. Bathroom sink plugged with hair. Found clothing from the previous guest beside dresser and sticky beverage was spilled all over the ceiling and part of the wall. It was left there as no one really cared to wipe it. I really hope this is not their usual standards. Staff was friendly but it's not enough to make it up for the dirty room.

Nice, newish hotel. Conveniently located just off Victoria Ave in the east end that has many amenities in close distance for shopping and dining. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I do feel that some public areas could have been cleaner like the elevator floor and high touch areas. Room was clean minus one big black hair on one of the white pillows and a big white stain on one of the bed skirts (I left a note for them to change it because...ew). Carpet in room in disrepair in a couple of spots that I would at least cut the loose strings from. Continental breakfast was meh with few selections and minimal quantities of what was there with your typical gross red delicious wrinkled apples. Overall though, this is a pretty good hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Half drank blue Gatorade in the bathtub of our room, dirty in the corners of the bathroom looks like have not been wiped in a year . Otherwise stay was fine .

Our room was not clean, one bed had dirty bedding,something red spilled Dow the side of the bed gross, and the coffee maker didnt work.Towels did not feel clean ,they were stiff, we won’t be back

Checking in Staff was great. Location of the room was very nice and I was happy with the room size. My only concern The bathroom was not the cleanest. Many dirty corners. I understand our homes can sometimes Present that way, a dusty corner here or there, but in a hotel, I find that disturbing.

The staff at check-in and check out were awesome!! Our room was a king suite with kitchenette and it was awesome!!! We have stayed at this hotel about 10-15 times in the last 3 years and we love! The space is great and the location on the East End is perfect. They serve a great breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!! We love it!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the 4th floor. Kitchen is very modern with plenty of prep space if you are cooking. Bedroom and bathrooms are also. Very generously sized with a separate toilet area. This would be an excellent place to be for a long stay.

Huge rooms complete with full kitchen. Everything you need to settle in for a while. Breakfast was also really good with lots of options. The one thing I would update is the TV. No one wants to watch Regina cable....get smart TVs with app ability.

This place is great as a dog friendly option in a safe area. Only complaints is our coffee machine didn’t work in the room and they desperately need a smart option for watching streaming as the regular cable is just not suitable for entertainment in this day and age. Overall, would stay again in these little apartments.

We had only one complimentary bottle of water in the room. So we asked if we would have one more, since we received a message to raise any requests during the stay. He said you could buy it from the vending machine. As a guest, why so mean to us!

Overall I’d recommend staying here as long as the person that checked me in isn’t checking you in. Was very rude towards us and had a terrible attitude. But, you can’t hold it against the hotel itself. Room was nice and tidy. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Pancake machine was a pleasant surprise. Parking was tight out front around 9 pm but there are plenty of spaces out back.

The staff at check-in and check out were awesome!! Our room was a king suite with kitchenette and it was awesome!!! We have stayed at this hotel about 10-15 times in the last 3 years and we love! Bath tub not draining, informed the staff n he said he cant ocme n see. He cant keave fritn desk. After few calls, he offered anothr room key for takign shower but in anothet floor, very inconvenient stay.

It was very good …staff at front desk were great at check in. The bamboo cutlery for breakfast was terrible. Thought after breakfast I wish we would have taken our cutlery from our room to use at the breakfast. That was the only negative of the stay. Excellent shower.
