Nice good location. Lots of shopping and food around the hotel. For smokers , they have smoking rooms on 9th floor. Basement parking included in price. Only one drawback , another hotel close by has loud music till 4am. I had trouble sleeping coz I have very lite sleep. Otherwise if you don’t care then it’s a best place to stay. Their other location across from city center is even nicer is quieter

チェックインの時間にはだいぶ早く（２時間ほど）到着したのですが快くチェックインさせてくれました。（追加費用なしで） 部屋も清潔でした。電気ケトルが故障していたのですが、直ぐにルームサービスが交換してくれました。ストレスなしの滞在ができました。

Smell is unbearable in 7th floor as lack of ventilation by opened window. Property 5years ago was much better.

The washroom has mould. The room smells, and the carpet has white spots. The whole way to floor six has a bad smell. The bed is comfortable, but the bed skirt wasn't clean.

stay was good, but there was smell in the rooms due to carpet in all rooms, i requested to change the room, but other room was having the same problem. breakfast was average.

Stayed there for three nights stopover on my way back from southeastern Asia. Being the last weekend before Ramadan, I paid one third over the regular rate for the season. Reception staff insisted to cash in the municipality/tourist tax immediately at check-in. Asked them to let me go to the room first and pay later as I carried some local currency in my baggage. They insisted to be paid on the spot. Gave them the credit card details and got the key. Very unpleasant welcome. On the other hand staff was pretty accommodating. They paid attention to my requests concerning the room. Weird pungent room odour, though at first glance it smelled of cleaning products. The floor carpet was old and stained, and probably a source of unpleasant odour. Bathroom was cramped, however clean and the installations worked splendidly. On the whole I didn’t feel confortable due to the smelly room and old carpeted floor. Notwithstanding that I hadn’t any breakfast there, I walked around their breakfast buffet and food looked fresh and smelled enticing. The hotel is located in the middle of Deira, that is old town, close to the Al-Riqqa Metro Station.

Great price for a hotel in Dubai! The room is small but manageable for a solo traveler or a few friends. The staff was very helpful and kind and assisted with check in very quickly! The breakfast was a buffet and very good value for what you pay. The room was comfortable, but the AC was a bit slow. The water temperature was great though, warm and hot water available. The area around the hotel is extremely walkable and felt very safe for two female travelers. Overall great experience and I would return.

空港および駅からも近く、便利なホテル。トランジットで使うには十分。 しかし、改装している部屋があったのか、ちょうど時差ボケで寝たい時間がずっとうるさかった。そういった工事を行うのであれば、事前にホームページ等で告知しておいてほしかった。

Nice area to stay. Wifi is super fast. Staff are friendly. But facilities are a bit old but acceptable. Recommended

It’s a nice place. The only problem I have is that the windows of my room there is some noise all the night. I think it’s due to the AC or something else…

Decent property in a good location. I have stayed in 3 different rooms and some were in a bad section of the building with noise or no views. But if you manage to get one on the better section of the building its really good.

My husband could not connect to the hotel’s wifi, so he was upset about it no one couldn’t help him fix it. The breakfast buffet could be improve, there is not alot of options to choose from. Overall, it was a good stay.

My room was small as complaining with what been selected and very small windows. Breakfast was healthy I liked.

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel itself is a decent choice for the area, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, which made my experience particularly enjoyable.

Gave me smoking room that smells digusting. Next day reception claimed no other rooms available. Once i raised the tone suddenly in 1 min a non smoking room was immediately available. This shows how they perceive customer service…

Ibis Al Rigga hotel is conveniently located close to the Metro (about 5 min walk depending on your pace), has lots of restaurants nearby, a few small grocery stores, a couple bigger ones, and small stores where you can buy a late snack or dinner all within a stones throw. Due to the location in Al Rigga, there are lots of people outside of the hotel and in the surrounding area that is not as clean compared to other areas in Dubai like JBR, the mall or in Dubai mall or marina. Food is definitely cheaper too but if you prefer fancier restaurant, then you cant compare the two areas. Now the downside, Ibis doesnt provide hand or face towels so I always asked for an extra bath towel. This is the only budget hotel I have stayed that didnt provide hand or face towels. They also didnt provide shampoo. The bed matress is old but they placed a new topper which made it comfortable to sleep on. You get a discount on the breakast buffet (40 AED instead of 50) if you pay at the counter. Service is great though checking in at the front counter can take a while depending on the issues of the person in front of you because there are only 2 people. Would I stay again here, YES if I am on a budget because of the rate of the hotel and the proximity to restaurants and metro red line, NO if I am willing to spend twice as much or more and want to live in an upper scale neighborhood like JBR, Dubai Marina, or the financial district. However be prepared to spend more for food too.

2nd time in ibis al riqqa. everything is good, staff are polite and accomodating, location is no.1 being along riqqa street. glass bottled water is provided for eco friendly reasons. great service starts with the doorman helping with luggages out of the taxi, then easy check in and out, then the same doorman gets a taxi for airport transfers. will book again. thanks ibis al riqqa.

The location of the hotel is very, very special. It is surrounded by markets and restaurants, Al Ittihad Bus Station, Al Ghurair Mall, and easy use of the metro

Overall great experience! They let me check in super early at 10am (Monday) and check out late at 2pm! (Wednesday). Great service. Al Rigga is a really cool area and there are tons of locals at all hours of the day, but especially at night. A bunch of places are open 24hrs. There’s also a night market like 5 mins away by foot. Easy access to metro.

Nice location next to metro with all the shops and dining around.

Property is at a fantastic location, transport, shopping and dining areas are in a walking distance, atmosphere is very lively

3rd time to Dubai and if you prefer the Deira area then the Ibis al Rigga is the place. I suffered everywhere else. Good vibe in the area, center of what I like and 3 minutes from the subway.

Staying in Al Rigga since years when a stop over is due. Easy acces by Metro to hotel. Great breakfast busset for approx 10 USD. Helpful team there. Will stay again.

Comfortable stay, very close to metro, walkable to everything, breakfast food was good, alot of options hopefully they will offer gluten free options. Chef Nicanor was very accomodating to our needs.

Really good hotel to stay in only recommendation will be the breakfast wasn’t a big fan of the food needs improvement other than that everything else was a great experience would recommend

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel Dubai Al Rigga. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Chef Bishnu for the delightful treat and to Kannan for the exceptional service. Highly recommend!
