The location is perfect. The service is very good, even though the hotel is always busy. The breakfast and the cream-filled croissant are my favorites. The bar has a nice ambiance. I wouldn't choose anywhere else. Thank you.

The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired.

The hotel’s location is excellent, central to everything in the heart of the city by the Duomo. The interiors are very calming and very little city noice can be heard inside. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was grand in size and luxury.
