Amazing hotel, I took my two boys away for a boys trip and we each had our own bed, a massive bathroom and the breakfasts each morning were divine. The family pool and restaurant hit the mark each lunchtime and we were able to walk around to explore the area from the hotel as well

This is a lovely place to stay, but I would avoid when it is out of season as there is no outside pool and if you bring children it’s adults only. Not a golfer, so also not the ideal choice, but the hotel is fabulous. Food is delicious, but overpriced

We absolutely loved our stay here, they have such good sporting facilties.- racquets club nearby, football acadamy for the children, golf for all ages. The spa was a lively treat and we loved that children can alao experience the spa between 2.30 - 4.30. The staff were ALL so friendly and attentive. We would definitely revommend to all family and friends. There isnt too much to do in surrounding areas but the resort itself is amazing with a selection of restaurants.

Fabulous resort 👌 stayed in a club suite which was very nice and gave us access to the lounge which is a nice treat for breakfast or afternoon drinks and snacks. Golf courses are in top condition and a great choice of restaurants. Highly recommended be back soon!

absolutely stunning hotel. We played the South golf course and used the spa with treatments! Hatsune had delicious sushi and Luigi perfect pasta! 10/10 But definitely recommend renting a car for ease

A fantastic 5 star hotel. Superb food, and great views as surrounded by golf courses. Good activities for children too. Staff all very friendly. Not ideal for the beach, as have to have a car or transport. It is expensive though. The only criticism I have though is that there is only one fairly large family pool. They have a separate adult only pool, and a spa pool for adults only. As a hotel that markets itself as a a family friendly hotel I think they should add a second family pool as opposed to also trying to market to the adult only traveller at the same time

un peu déçu vu le prix de la chambre. A notre arrivée la clé de la chambre ne fonctionne pas il a fallu attendre plus de 2 heures pour que le problème soit règlé ils nous ont mème pas proposé une autre chambre alors que l'hotel n'était pas complet. pas de geste commercial c'est limite pour un 5 étoiles.propreté de la salle de bain pourrrait être mieux.

We arrived late at the hotel so no-one to help us with bags or valet the car. Check in was quick and easy. Room was in a central location and was spacious enough for the three of us. The room smelled of smoke and the toilet seat was broken - these were reported in the morning but nothing was done for our three day stay. I wouldn't have mentioned it in the review if they had sprayed the room and fixed the toilet when reported. The bed wasn't that comfortable - they could do with some thick new mattress toppers. Bars and restaurants were very good and the refurbishment does look good compared to what the hotel looked like previously. The Grand Club is great for afternoon drinks (4.30pm to 6.30pm) but there is very little in the way of food/snacks. Once the food is gone they don't put more out. We only bothered to go once during our stay. We would stay again because of the location but disappointing that they didn't action issues when they were raised.

This hotel is the best hotel I ever visited and I have visited many other 5 star hotels. The service was amazing, the rooms where great. We visited the SPA as well and had a treatment which also was excellent. The location and the view from the hotel is great.

Site magnifique, accueil excellent avec coupe de champagne et entremet. chambre spacieuse avec vue sur golf, piscine et même vue mer. Petit déjeuner plus que ce que l'on peut souhaiter et repas du soir de grande qualité. Service exceptionnel. Piscine à bonne température et ou l'on peut véritablement nager. Salle de fitness et spa du grand art. Bref que du bonheur.

5 Star resort - 2 week stay - v few negatives. Service was excellent - staff helpful - never had an issue problem with any member of staff. Nice range of restaurants choices in particular Amapola la Cala and the Italian both in terms of menu and service v v good. Problems were down to technical software not staff or mgmt. Not a lover of OCR - rather have in room brochure and use of TV as a guide. Definitely great if you into Golf Tennis and now football. West Course best most challenging - South while famous ?! a typical USA style course. Golf be worst experience by a long way - from pro shop through to behaviour of players on S Course. Tennis great. Surrounding area not much to do - Cartegena well worth a visit tho. Ideally this a great place to stay if you into an active sports break or short term spa break. Service was exceptional and that alone should merit its 5 stars

The hotel is very nice but expensive. 90euros for the Sunday buffet. We have used the hotel for many years and I do think that they should look at their pricing it is a holiday resort not a business hotel in the city. It was not busy.
