Cet hôtel a été une grosse erreur de choix de ma part car je n’apprécie pas du tout l’ambiance colonie de vacances. De plus la musique le soir dans les jardins jusqu’à minuit est simplement insupportable et nous casse les oreilles. Les ascenseurs sont inefficaces aux heures de pointe (repas, Check out…)

El hotel está bastante bien, pero para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene muchas cosas que mejorar aun, las colas en el buffet y en la barra de la piscina se hacían bastantes pesadas en horas puntas, y no porque los camarer@s no trabajen porque hacen muy bien su labor si no porque creo que en los meses de temporada alta necesitan mas personal. La limpieza es buena, y el trato con el cliente también. La piscina es demasiado pequeña y apenas te podías mover cuando había mucha gente además de que era imposible encontrar hamaca libre.

El equipo de animación es genial! La hemos pasado muy bien gracias a todas las actividades que han hecho. Es genial que tengan un mini club para que los niños puedan conocer a otros niños y hacer también actividades.Los shows de las noches muy divertidos!! El hotel es muy grande y bonito. Lo malo es que la piscina es muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas que alberga el hotel. y con pocas tumbonas,que es un milagro conseguir alguna El tema de los ascensores también es algo que no nos gustó. Mucha espera y paseo por todas las plantas! Pero el resto en general muy bien!! El buffet variado,algunas cosas nos gustaban más que otras es normal,pero bastante bien. El personal amable. Y nosotros si repetiríamos!!

kitchen staff kept removing plates when unfinished, left my table on one occasion to top up my coffee, I was gone no more than a minute, I returned to find the toast that I had just had to queue up for had gone, the table cleared and the cigarettes I'd left to indicate I hadn't left were in the hand of the cleaner who was walking away. I was stuck in an lift with 6 others and no air-con for twenty minutes. The fairly poor room air-con was continually leaking onto the room floor, I could hear everything from the room next door. House maids were exceptional and very pleasant. Overall, hotel a bit tired.

En general el hotel no está mal, estuve 5 días y sólo 1 de ellos nos limpiaron la habitación por qué las chicas no daban a basto, la piscina bastante pequeña para toda la gente que hay en el hotel. El check in era a las 14h y hasta las 16h no nos dieron la habitación pero el día del check out tienes que dejar la habitación a las 12h. La comida es poco variada, si eres un poco delicado para comer lo tendrás difícil. Mejoraría la comida añadiendo mucha más variedad. El trato con los trabajadores es magnífico, educados y dispuestos a ayudarte. Los animadores son el alma del hotel currandose todos los días actividades para los más pequeños hasta los mayores.

Todo incluido muy escaso. Ya q entran un par de cócteles y bebida solo de la más barata. Fuera de bufet no puedes picar nada sin previo pago. Otra pega es la piscina que la veo muy pequeña para tantas habitaciones. Estába muy masificada e imposible pillar tumbona. Muchos detalles con falta de arreglo.

Hay q guardar turno en comedor y barras de tantísimos huéspedes como hay y no tienen abierto nada mas q el chiringuito de la piscina. Los colchones malísimos y los sumieres chirrían en cuanto mueves un pie. Además el penúltimo día de nuestra estancia nos encontramos en la habitación 3 cucarachas bien hermosas

Hôtel correct malheureusement les chambres ne sont pas insonorisée, conclusion demandez une chambre à l'arrière si vous ne voulez pas avoir l'impression de dormir sur le trottoir du route très fréquentée...vous entendrez quand même vos voisins discuter ou plus...1200 clients donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans les couloirs, claquements de portes jusqu'à 3h du mat....

kitchen staff kept removing plates when unfinished, left my table on one occasion to top up my coffee, I was gone no more than a minute, I returned to find the toast that I had just had to queue up for had gone, the table cleared and the cigarettes I'd left to indicate I hadn't left were in the hand of the cleaner who was walking away. I was stuck in an lift with 6 others and no air-con for twenty minutes. The fairly poor room air-con was continually leaking onto the room floor, I could hear everything from the room next door. House maids were exceptional and very pleasant. Overall, hotel a bit tired.

En general el hotel no está mal, estuve 5 días y sólo 1 de ellos nos limpiaron la habitación por qué las chicas no daban a basto, la piscina bastante pequeña para toda la gente que hay en el hotel. El check in era a las 14h y hasta las 16h no nos dieron la habitación pero el día del check out tienes que dejar la habitación a las 12h. La comida es poco variada, si eres un poco delicado para comer lo tendrás difícil. Mejoraría la comida añadiendo mucha más variedad. El trato con los trabajadores es magnífico, educados y dispuestos a ayudarte. Los animadores son el alma del hotel currandose todos los días actividades para los más pequeños hasta los mayores.

The staff were great, they offered a paid upgrade that was an amazing deal. The view of the room was spectacular. It’s an old hotel, but good for its age. The drinks were very good. The food was good, could vary more, but was ok for four nights.

Lovely and peaceful place with a nice view, and a huge beach nearby. Todo el personal ha estado excelente, así da gusto estar. Enhorabuena. All the staff were excellent, it's a joy like this. Congratullations!

Buena estancia la semana que estuvimos de vacaciones pero lo peor fueron los ascensores que son pocos y hay muchas plantas y la espera a veces se hace larga. El hotel está muy bien situado al lado de la playa, tienes un parking gratuito en frente y hay mucha variedad de comida en el buffet. Sin duda repetiría

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Calidad/precio bien. Añadiría que hay pocas tumbonas para tanta gente y el control sobre esto no es correcto. Lo recomiendo.

El equipo de animación es genial! La hemos pasado muy bien gracias a todas las actividades que han hecho. Es genial que tengan un mini club para que los niños puedan conocer a otros niños y hacer también actividades.Los shows de las noches muy divertidos!! El hotel es muy grande y bonito. Lo malo es que la piscina es muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas que alberga el hotel. y con pocas tumbonas,que es un milagro conseguir alguna El tema de los ascensores también es algo que no nos gustó. Todo incluido muy escaso. Ya q entran un par de cócteles y bebida solo de la más barata. Fuera de bufet no puedes picar nada sin previo pago. Otra pega es la piscina que la veo muy pequeña para tantas habitaciones. Estába muy masificada e imposible pillar tumbona. Muchos detalles con falta de arreglo.

Hotel seemed very short staff not enough staff in bars long queues for drinks pool bar only open once when we were there. We left a day early as we had had two bad nights with loud tv noise from room next door at 2am in morning. My husband did go to reception to complain and they did send security to room next to us but our sleep had been disturbed and my husband was very stressed out after. We put up with people on their mobiles in the early hours but good luck if you get a good nights sleep at this hotel! It turned out to be one of the worse holidays ever !! It just seemed over crowded the buffet was a nightmare and food very geared up for the Spanish. La manga seemed very run down lots of building work going on no other bars or restaurants within walking distance. The only plus was there was plenty of sunbeds as they were NOT allowed to be reserved and plenty of nice places to lay in sun and see the Mar Menor.
