This property has a very short walking distance from the train station. It also has one cafe with two restaurants and a beauty salon inside the building. It also has a vending machine with a microwave in the fourth floor and a Odín laundry in the second floor. They have a some staff that speak English. The property is clean and quiet. The food is delicious and inviting. The staff are friendly and hardworking.

The laundry was right outside our room whi h was awesome. The only issue i had the whole yime i was there was how weak the dryer was. Staff was Great, Room was Clean, it has a cafe and a restaurant connected really cant go wrong with that combo.

We stayed here for 1 night before flying home from our trip to Japan. Check in and check out we’re both very easy, staff were very helpful. The local area has a station right outside for convenient access to the city Center, and restaurants close by as well. The room was clean and comfortable with a large table and TV. Amenities were available at reception, as well as being able to borrow things like phone chargers - whilst we didn’t take advantage of this I’m sure it would be brilliant if you’d forgotten yours. The choice of extremely thick duvets in the summer was a little odd, combined with the AC not being quite as powerful as we would’ve liked. Overall Cannot really fault the hotel, would recommend to anyone coming to Tokyo!

Hotel is nearly on top of exit 5 of the Toyocho Metro station,so within easy reach of the city centre. But its far enough to en in a quiet spot too. Hotel has a coin laundy,so if you come when its warm and humid its easy to keep washing your stuff. The machine does everything,including adding the washing powder and drys as well. Dont overload! Takes 2 hours and its 500yen. Make sure when you book and you take the breakfast option. There is a Pronto attached to the hotel. Breafast options are very Japanese but really good! Coffee is good too. Enjoyed my 12 day stay there. Would def go back. Good value for money!

東西線駅の出口をでてすぐの位置にあり、周りにはラーメン屋や食事処がたくさんあって立地がとてもいいです。同じ金額でグレードアップしていただいていたことを自動チェックインの画面で知りました。とてもうれしく、快適に過ごすことができて有り難いです。部屋も清潔で、自販機などの設備もよかったです。コインランドリーが2台しかない点は少し不便でした。それでも総合的にみても観光やビジネスでもまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

Stayed on level 3 and the hallway smelled of cigarettes. The room itself was clean and quiet, but the air-conditioning unit really needs a clean and the air filter blew smoke-smelled air when turned on. It's not an ideal stay for non-smokers. The location is very close to public transport though.

Was average, room is small but you get what you paid for I suppose. However, I expect the room to be cleaned to standard and it wasn't. The corners of all the beds were dusty and on top of air-conditioning. You can tell the room has not been thoroughly cleaned. Bathroom also not well cleaned. This is the first hotel in japan where we were disappointed with cleanliness.

I had a comfortable stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Toyocho. The room was spotless, quiet, and well maintained. The location is excellent just steps from Toyocho Station making travel very convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.

Nice clean tidy hotel with great staff. Very handy to public transport and supermarkets - family mart and 7 eleven. seft service laundry. Quiet room although in a busy area. The only thing we found is the rooms are quite small and there is no luggage storage - your bags just sit in the room in the way of everything so it's a bit difficult with a family of 4 in a room. However we found it great for a few days stay when we were out most of the day.

It is very convenient, right next to train station. Easy commute. If you have luggage still doable to use the train because there is elevator service so you are not dragging your luggage’s on the stairs. The room is very small, just enough to sleep in, but it is very clean. It is easy, self check in and out through the kiosk online.

All good and the team really tried to help... BUT, what you really need to think about, as well as gluten free options, is lactose free options. A lot of the breakfast was convenient because it was super refined. Please just add fresh fruit to the menu, see the UK's Premier Inns for how this can be done. But, overall, a fab efficient friendly supportive experience. Shame the windows don't open.

The hotel was next to a rail station which was great. There’s a family mart and 7-11. There’s a few places to eat around the property as well. The hotel feels a bit outdated and the beds were a little hard. The staff was great. They helped with check-in and check out.

Hotel was amazing. Staff was extremely nice & helpful. After check out they were accommodating to hold our luggage so we can explore Tokyo before we had to leave to our next hotel destination. 10/10 I would come again & highly recommend booking here. The staff here are the best. Very friendly and very nice. Excellent customer service. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Tokyo. The train station is very close if you use exit 1 and it is pretty quiet when you sleep at night.

It was listed as Expedia VIP access hotel, as a Gold member I booked this because of the perks but they did not honor it. despite expedia contacted them they still denied me the perks. Worse is they gave me a room that leaks on toilet floor, I spend the 1st night wiping up the floor with dirty water coming from leak, because of the tour the ff day I complained the room the ff night, I haven't finish talking yet, the front desk said "use the curtain" which I found rude but I ready the recorded a video proving the leak is coming out underneath the tub and not from over the tub. they transfer me to a room but in a condition that i will be transfer again the next morning. Yes I did unpacking and packing 3x.

The hotel itself is super convenient, right next to a Metro station. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is well kept. But what stands out for me from this trip is the service. We had sent luggage ahead with Yamato shipping because we'd heard nothing but good things about them. Somehow our luggage went missing which apparently is unheard of. The staff here went above and beyond to help us locate it. The missing luggage changed our plans for our last day in Tokyo, but they gave us a new room to keep for the day until we had to head to the airport. Based on this service that I have received here, I could not recommend this hotel enough.

Glad to stay here since the hotel having rooms cater for a 4 family members. A metro station just next to it, which easier for us to access around in Tokyo, also to Disney-Sea without hassle. Moreover, hotel help us store the luggage temporary after check out. Definitely will consider again for future Tokyo trip.

Location is a little far from a lot of tourist attractions, around 30 mins way for most of them but it's right at a train station so it's still convenient. Hotel is super clean and the amenities are amazing. They even have stuff like bath salts and face masks which is pretty great.

最寄りの東西線、東陽町駅から近くで場所がわかりやすかったです。ホテルの地下にはサイゼリヤがあるので利用しました。23時まで食事できるのでよかうたです。朝食は一階のプロントで軽食と美味しいコーヒーで満足でした。近くにコンビニもバス停もあります。機会があればまた利用したいなと思います。

Made a blunder. Should have selected Fresa inn Kinshicho. Very far from limo bus stop to/from Haneda Airport carrying heavy a ski bag and 2 suitcases. Dining and shopping are very limited around the hotel. A young blonde girl plumped down breakfast plate. What did I do to deserve that? Sink across the counter was covered with black mould. Pancake was lukewarm. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful though.
