Booked a “studio suite” and when we checked in found that there was tarp over all the windows because they were refacing the building. When we said this was unacceptable they put us in a smaller room but would not do anything to compensate us because we booked through Expedia. Hotels should make it clear to patrons if you can’t look through the windows, or if any other amenity it is reasonable to expect in a hotel room is lacking. I would absolutely never have booked this room when planning my vacation if I’d known about the window situation.

Very clean, very nice location. Staffs are very friendly. Only downside, one of the pillows was half the size of their normal pillows. They should replace that. Also big downside, coffeemaker and coffee supplies are kept in the bathroom. Big no no. Put it on the desk in the room but not in the bathroom.

Room was spacious and staff were great! The bed was great but TV placement was awkward and limited in adjustability. The in-room jetted tub was a big attraction but filling it took way too long and jet operation was weak. AC worked great but would shut off throughout the night and not kick back on, perhaps it's their way of saving energy.

The room was excellent, definitely five stars. The only reason for not giving five stars overall was the setup of the internet. Free wifi is advertised but when connecting I was asked to provide all sorts of personal information to become a member of their "club" which I didn't want to do. The front desk gave me a special code which worked on the iPhone (though I had to do this more than once during my stay). Wifi didn't work on my MacBook; for some reason the popup window for giving the login information didn't appear. I've had this problem at just one other hotel in about five years. Wifi access should be simpler than this and at most hotels it is. Otherwise this was a great stay.

This hotel is still in excellent condition. I did not have breakfast but they do have a breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean. Basics in place. Did not take in the pool or gym resources. The downside was it is a bit noisy in the morning because the hotel is close to the highway.

I reserved what I thought was a two room suite. Turned out to be large two queen room for $350/night. Nothing special for the price, housekeeping every two days, and then could listen to next door loud conversations starting at 5:30 am. Will not choose Hampton again.

hotel was fine, typicall hampton inn. we had room 222 which is awful the window looks out at the back of the Hampton inn sign ( about 3’ from the window) so basically we were in a room with no window. Hotel was full they wouldn’t move us.

The WiFi was pretty weak. $5 charge for ‘premium’ but could never find out where to purchase it after declining the first time. I rely on good internet to work. Keep in mind not great cell service (VZW). Other than that slept like a baby, everything was clean, and had no issues at all! Would stay again.

We had a glicth at check in time and was unable to reach Hotel.Com either by phone or e-mail. We were give a handicap room, which we did not need. Howerver front deck Clerk Nate did an awsome job by contacting his off site Manager and accomidated us into a rugular room at not extra charge. We are thankfull for Nate & and the Manager.

The young guy didn’t get his name was very rude and a liar went to check in told me the room wasn’t ready and would call me when it was available. I waited with my family until 5 pm didn’t receive a call back from him finally went to check if the room was available and still he kept being rude but overall we will never be coming back here again.

Nate at check in was outstanding. The rest of the staff was well below average. Non-communicative and dismissive. The young front desk dude when we checked out never acknowledge me, never spoke a word to me, just played with his phone while getting me the towel I had requested.

The hotel and staff were great but our truck was broken in to and $500 worth of items stolen. Luckily, they didn't break our window like they did to the truck next to us. We were parked in the back thinking it would be safer. We were wrong. Make sure not to leave anything in your vehicle!

Everything about this place was just fine: reasonably easy check-in, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms with modern interior. AND THEN WE TRIED TO HAVE A NICE BREAKFAST. The woman running the breakfast buffet does a TERRIBLE job. First there was no milk. Then they were out of yogurt AND THEN they ran out of water. The orange juice needed to be replaced too, and I overheard another guest asking for napkins. All the while, the woman running the buffet was hiding out in the back room drinking her water and using her cellphone. Note to hotel owners: This employee either needs serious retraining or, better yet, she needs to be terminated so that the proper message is sent to her about having such a poor attitude toward her work responsibilities.
