Nice clean hotel. Even though the hotel was busy and had young teenagers running around. It wasn't noisy after hours. The service was great and the staff accommodating. My 1 problem was it only had 1 elevator. During holidays and busy times that could prove to be inconvenient.

Room and common areas were very clean. Beds were nice for firm beds. I prefer a soft mattress. But not gonna knock points off for preference. I liked that oatmilk was an option at the cereal bar.

So nice to have friendly staff...all staff friendly to all customers. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. I wish Inwas staying more than one night. Will stay there again.

What the hotel lacked in amenities it made up for in service. From the time WCE walked in to the time we checked out the staff were friendly and welcoming. They made sure check in and check out ran smoothly and double checked our room was ready before we went up. Hotel was clean, I questioned the bathroom floors but otherwise seemed clean. We had the amenities needed which wasn’t much for a one night stay. Pillows were comfortable and the blankets are lightweight down comforters which was lovely. Breakfast was simple but well stocked and there was coffee cups, coffee and quality tea always available in the lobby. I always need extra coffee cups. Very pleasant stay!
