Only downside was the wifi and signal are terrible. But other than that its an absolutely lovely place. Awesome staff,even got my daughter balloons & chocolate for our arrival fpr her birthday. Will be back soon the pool and sauna were stunning and great! Breakfast lovely.

The location was central and on the beach. Plenty of facilities in the hotel to keep children amused and good it is dog friendly. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make sure our family celebration (17 of us) made it a great experience for everybody.

Fantastic staff ..plentiful breakfast..swimming pool to myself was the highlight and a snooker table for my partner..we had a room ground floor next to all amenites really good stay with good singers for entertainment

Had a great stay yesterday, the sun was shining live entertainment on all day and night. Outside bar and dj love music was so good. Will 100% be staying again. Breakfast self service was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality produce. Full breakfast was lovely. Thanks guys.

Location good , got a pool if you want to use but desperately needs a make over . Not good when your room as stains on the roof. Breakfast is a buffet ,some items where luke warm ,was edible .

Love this Hotel, winter or summer, the service is great. Pool, Gym, Food, Rooms and staff are perfect. And the location facing the sea is a bonus.

Lovely from start to finish. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodated all requests including a bottle of bubbly and balloons in the room on arrival for hubby’s birthday. Lovely sea view, great room, lovely breakfast. Great facilities finding surprising in the never ending corridors. A snooker room, pool And gym and a great ball room. A lovely chilled out overnight stay. Definitely recommend.

Family break, a great time had by all. Rooms are clean, spacious and beds very comfy. Breakfast is lovely (but avoid the fruit bowl!). Decor needs a lick of paint in corridors and especially the pool area (ceiling in particular) but did not affect our fun in any way! Perfect position across from the beach, prom, arcades, cinema etc and town centre round the corner. No live music on one night out of 2 which was disappointing. No safety deposit box in room (as stated there would be). Still, a great hotel and perfect position. We loved the snooker room and gym too.

Generally good experience. Breakfast had good traditional choice but one criticism was coffee quality which was very poor. Best part of stay was wonderful session with Linda at the spa services. Highly recommend her and her choice of treatments.

We stayed in a deluxe family room which was supposedly meant to be quite nice in the new bit. The room was spacious but very run down, the carpet was like old underlay, the beds not great quality. There was only one small window in the room that opened, all night we were so hot. No fan in the room. The window literally overlooked another brick wall building. It was not worth the £200 that we paid. No fridge or even complimentary biscuit in the room. The room smelt too, very mouldy. The key to open the door was tough to use. The parking was stressful, no space in the car park which was difficult with kids. I ended up parking in the overflow car park which I struggled to initially find, this was so small too. I didn’t like the walk from the overflow card park to the hotel with children, it was quite isolated. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Just overall not worth it for what we paid.

The room we were given (floor 1 room 152) looks nothing like advertised. The bed sheets were clean but the everything else was filthy, the walls need to be vacuumed there was that must dust. The bathroom floor was sticky and the whole room stunk of drains.

staff were amazing. my mum 92, had a fall at the property and the staff were very attentive and really looked after her. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There was eight of us comprising 4 generations and we all had a nice stay. Location was great just across the road from the beach and many happy memories made. My only disappointment was our room which was very compact and dark, one double bed and 2 singles. The bathroom was very dated and floor was dirty in corners. There was no hooks or convenient rails to hang clothes.

Stayed for 1 night in a standard double. Main areas around reception are nice however the bedroom was very dated. Lots of creaking floorboards upstairs. Bathroom was in need of an upgrade and smelt of bad drains. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was poor. Its a shame as its in a fantastic spot. Played a couple of games of snooker in the snooker room. Really didnt like the amount of dogs that were in the hotel. We were celebrating our silver wedding and was left balloons and a bottle of fizz in the room which was nice. Probably wouldnt stay again.

No air-conditioning anywhere in the hotel some windows are sealed shut and room window only opens about 4 inches the hotel is in need of a refurbishment as there is a lot of maintenance required. We didn't stay the night because it was too hot for my little dogs and they were struggling with the heat

The front of the hotel and reception area is quite impressive, the rooms are very dated with old style furniture in them, there was a musty smell on the corridor where we stayed on the 2nd floor and there was signs of an old leak on the ceiling in our bathroom, the room was relatively clean and gave us what we needed, I must compliment the bar staff who were great all night especially the Moroccan guy who's name I didn't get, he was very friendly and very efficient, breakfast was a typical buffet breakfast, the staff in the restaurant worked hard together, we would probably return at some point as it was OK for a night.

The hotel itself was very nice especially from the front, but sadly are room was last room at the end of the hotel and it wasnt very nice was like being in a dungeon, it took us a good few minutes to get to our room and it was like a maze. Sad thing is the hotel from the front was really nice but looks like the room we had was just a add-on to the hotel and didnt really feel like we was part of the hotel.Its like the have concentrated on the front of the hotel and just took the back to it. Overall lovely place but room wasnt the best

Had a lovely stay with a beautiful view from our room. It was clean and cosy and a fantastic location very close to St Anne’s pier and the town too. Lovely, friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable but once some people entered the room above all we could hear was them walking backwards and forwards on creaky floorboards. The hot water was luke warm so we didn’t enjoy the bath at all. There was a big function on so the disco carried on till around 2am and we could hear the music in our bedroom at the back of the hotel. On the plus side a nice guitarist in the reception area and a good breakfast. Recommend before booking ask for a room on the top floor at the front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful though

We were allocated a room in the old building. The corridors leading to our room were dirty and so narrow, we had to walk in single file. The room was old and tired and in need of refurbishment but the worse feature was that the whole floor was above the function room in the basement. Around 9pm, the music started in the function room and the walls in our room started to vibrate from the booming sound. We were informed that the music would continue until 1am and after a strong complaint were offered another room in the main building. We had to change rooms at 11.45pm. The new room also required some work but at least was quiet. The toilet flush leaked all night and continually topped up and there were missing tiles in the bathroom. The staff were friendly but could only work with what they had. Avoid.

Was like a market, 6 dogs running about, kids screaming & running everywhere in the foyer, nearly tripped over dog lead, not for over 60s , to cap it all Shower broke & nobody on duty as it’s Sunday!! Eventually at 8am found a man to sort it & he told me it is broken&does not work. This is a 3/4 Star Hotel on the front at Lytham St Anne’s. Was told no plumber on duty sat/sun. After working in Hotel Management before I retired & running various Restaurants was appalled at this Hotels Standards. Don’t waste your money going here.

Only downside was the wifi and signal are terrible. But other than that its an absolutely lovely place. Awesome staff,even got my daughter balloons & chocolate for our arrival fpr her birthday. Will be back soon the pool and sauna were stunning and great! Breakfast lovely.

We booked in on Saturday and had a lovely stay till we booked out on the Sunday. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly from the checking in, to breakfast and checking out. Everything is made easy and smooth. We will definitely stay again.

My wife and I (65/66) had a great weekend. Found the hotel comfortable and friendly. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Food was excellent as were the evening singers. Beach with pier was opposite and town centre with shops,pubs,bars and restaurants were a four minute walk away.

The location was central and on the beach. Plenty of facilities in the hotel to keep children amused and good it is dog friendly. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make sure our family celebration (17 of us) made it a great experience for everybody.

Perfect beach hotel, right by the promenade, easy arking on site or on street, and staff service was 5*. Will definitely be back in the area, prefer it to Blackpool

Had a lovely stay with a beautiful view from our room. It was clean and cosy and a fantastic location very close to St Anne’s pier and the town too. Lovely, friendly staff.

Very well situated hotel close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Room spacious and clean - bathroom could do with updating. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Third year staying at Inn on the prom. Lovely atmosphere, breakfast is good, rooms r well equipped. Only problem is the rooms r very warm, not a problem for most people probably. Great selection of breakfast items, cooked, fruit, cereal, toast. Clean rooms with plenty of towels and bedding. Snooker room, pool ( didn’t use pool). Will defo go back.

Had a great stay yesterday, the sun was shining live entertainment on all day and night. Outside bar and dj love music was so good. Will 100% be staying again. Breakfast self service was excellent with plenty of choice and good quality produce. Full breakfast was lovely. Thanks guys.

Booked last minute for a nights stay while in St Anne's Paid £109 , the building is old and it shows in certain places , cleaning round the hotel wasn't the best , out room was ok , bathroom very dated Breakfast unfortunately was not the best , bland , tasteless however had lots of choice, Was OK but wouldn't rush to go back ( sorry )

Location good , got a pool if you want to use but desperately needs a make over . Not good when your room as stains on the roof. Breakfast is a buffet ,some items where luke warm ,was edible .

Generally good experience. Breakfast had good traditional choice but one criticism was coffee quality which was very poor. Best part of stay was wonderful session with Linda at the spa services. Highly recommend her and her choice of treatments.

If you struggle with mobility there are a number of steps to tackle,there is a lift which is always useful.The staff where really good ,even got the porter to take our bags to the room for us which was a bonus,breakfast was perfect

Exactly as we’d hoped, great location, lovely room and staff were very friendly. We were just missing a fan/air con so take your own if it’s hot. And we only had 2 sockets in the room. The bathroom was modern with a good shower. Good for the money and a decent buffet breakfast with plenty of cooked options and then fruit salad, yoghurt and cereals etc. There was a singer/band on doing classics outside on the front terrace and a nice family friendly atmosphere. No noisy guests or late night disruption. A respectful clientele. We managed to get on the car park once then had to park on the street overnight but that was fine. Plenty of space. The view out to sea from our room was great. I would stay again.

Aging hotel with unwelcoming reception staff. Cleaning is random, especially in public areas. Stains on wall under hand gel dispenser. Gents toilet near reception not obviously cleaned between arrival and leaving (3days). To describe room as boutique by simply adding a fancy washbasin is totally inaccurate. One wonders how poor the standard rooms are! Clearly crude attempt to add additional cost without additional luxury.
