En el anuncio pone qué hay parking y no lo hay , tienes que ir a un parking de pago que está a cinco min andando , y obviamente pagar por todas las horas que estés en el hotel , cuando llegas al hotel no pone ni el nombre ni nada , preguntas al portero de la residencia en el caso en el que esté y te dice que no hay personal físico en dicho hotel que te mandan al móvil unas instrucciones y tú mismo tienes que registrarte , no hay baño propio , es compartido , a mi no me gusto nada , la ropa de cama muy bonita eso si .

I never received check in instructions before arrival. Luckily there was a man at the desk to help but he was not happy about it and need to make a call to help. He was reluctant at first, kept gesturing as if he wanted me to stop asking for help! Room was okay, internet in and out as was the hot water. Stairway not lit well, walked up and down in darkness.

The room was a very good size, plenty of space even with a double and a single in it. Bathroom was a little small, but worked. Staff was very helpful with the check in. Parking very difficult, but found a place about km away, but it is in the center so it is to be expected. Would definitely recommend.

For approx 250 EURO i definitely expect more and much much better comfort. Small room, no wc in the room, noisy corridor, no breakfast, no nothing. The gentleman who checked me on was nice and the location of the hotel was super.

Room was spacious and clean - bed was comfortable . Room was noisy as there was no double glazing or sound proofing from the street below. . Check in was horrendous. The auto check in machine didn’t recognise a uk passport- so info had to be manually input . Machine then spits out a key - working out how to access your room should have been part of the krypton factor ! It’s not really a hotel though as it has no facilities, no reception ,no bar , no restaurant, no luggage room .... nothing.

Great stay, basic but had what was needed, great for the price. The person who helped me for the check-in was very kind and helpful. The building was a bit old, the shared bathrooms had some mold (one more than the other), but it was clean. The walls are very thin; some nights were fine, but I also had some noisy neighbors in the middle of the night and could hear them even through my earplugs, unpleasant as I was there for an audition, not only for tourism. A small fridge or a kettle would be a great add-on, but I was overall happy with my stay. The location was very nice.

The lady on duty the day we checked in was very friendly and helpful, the property is in a good location for sightseeing, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were a bit disappointed, though, in the condition of the bedroom and bathroom (e.g. peeling paint on the walls, and a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom), and were disturbed by a loud and harsh buzzing noise emitted by the air conditioner at intervals ranging from 2 to 30 minutes. The noise was caused by a pump removing condensation from the air con so was less frequent at night when the outdoor temperature was lower.

Cold water in the shower with slippery floor..A shower and restroom for 8 rooms...a thing is to share the faciliities and a different thing is to share them with a whole community They do not provide soap or champu. Limited hours of reception. You can not leave your luggage when checking out after 2:45 pm which means you have to look for a place with lockers and pay extra 14 euros per day. Limited light in the bedroom. no clean towels all week. Every bed almost falls apart. The shared bathroom does not fit anyone bigger than 1,70m. The elevator looks like it falls apart and can only hold 2/3 people. The doors sometimes don't even close.

Bra beliggenhet, men svært mye bråk. Vannrør i vegger som bråker hele natten og air condition i andres rom får rommet til å riste. Pluss for fungerende air condition. Grei innsjekk, god personlig service. Men : sliter du med å sove pga lydnivå, er det feil hotell.

The room was big but organized bad. It seems like they thought like a couple will be dinning together in a Romantic atmosphere. For me the table was far from any electricity. And all the electrical outlet was busy because the light. No electricity at all near the bad. So i needed to charge my phone on the floor. Totally uncomfortable

Good value for the money at $60/night, Good Location. However, the wifi did not work (one bar), the shared bathroom was VERY small. Myself and 3 other guests who arrived at the same time had a difficult time getting in...no reception and the emails sent from the hotel are a bit confusing. But, we were able to figure it out. Room was VERY sparse - bed, small desk, small closet, nothing else. But, it was clean.

Might as well add a desk and a chair so there is directly a real reception, saves times for everyone. Room is big for nothing, heating is pointless since the walls are made of paper and windows as well. In terms of discretion, a bit complicated, I could hear the neighbours taking their shower.

At first glance, it’s a beautiful property. However, the room has peeling paint, a lack of soundproofing, and inconsistent hot water with a lack of water pressure. Nonetheless, the price and location can’t be beat!

Check in is horrendous! Do not book unless you will arrive whilst someone is there. My room was lovely: very sweet and characterful. The shared bathroom was clean but rarely had toilet roll which is ridiculous!!! It’s more of a room to let , not a hostel: no kitchen etc , met nobody in the whole 3 nights I was there. If you are a solo traveller and want to meet people then book a proper hostel. If you want your own space/room then book an actual hotel

Everything was as advertised. Made our stay in Valencia very enjoyable. Simone was particularly helpful with checkin, restaurant suggestions, and helping us store our bags prior to checking in and after checking out.

Room was spacious and clean - bed was comfortable . Room was noisy as there was no double glazing or sound proofing from the street below. . Check in was horrendous. The auto check in machine didn’t recognise a uk passport- so info had to be manually input . Machine then spits out a key - working out how to access your room should have been part of the krypton factor ! It’s not really a hotel though as it has no facilities, no reception ,no bar , no restaurant, no luggage room .... nothing.

Muy céntrico,perfectamente situado. Limpio,era para pasar una noche y nos ha venido muy bien. El baño está en frente de la habitación,tienes que salir pero es privado,por habitación. Un poquito de ruido al abrir y cerrar las puertas del baño principalmente pero nada que no se pueda aguantar

O Hostal é honesto no que oferece, fomos recebidos por duas funcionárias que nos disseram que ficam de 9h às 15 horas, o prédio é histórico, o elevador é pequeno ,mas funcional, quanto à localização, fica proximo ao centro, ao lado do parque Turia e também auns 300 metros da estação de Metro na Calle de Colon, eu voltaria a me hospedar

The room was a very good size, plenty of space even with a double and a single in it. Bathroom was a little small, but worked. Staff was very helpful with the check in. Parking very difficult, but found a place about km away, but it is in the center so it is to be expected. Would definitely recommend.

Check in process wasnt the smoothest. A little difficult to figure out on your own. Otherwise it was really great. Clean room, comfortable bed. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Non si tratta né di un hotel né di un B&B (la colazione si paga a parte...) ma di un affittacamere di bassissimo livello. La camera che ci è stata assegnata non aveva nulla a che vedere con quelle delle foto. Molto piccola e il condizionatore non funzionava bene, per cui potete immaginare il comfort a Valencia ad agosto... Né la camera né il bagno sono mai stati puliti in quattro giorni di permanenza. Non ci è mai stato possibile parlare con qualcuno dell'organizzazione, non si è mai visto nessuno. L'ultimo giorno sono stati fatti lavori per ore nella stanza accanto senza che nessuno ci avvisasse. Il tutto ad un prezzo decisamente alto per il servizio offerto. Mai più, cercate altro.

For approx 250 EURO i definitely expect more and much much better comfort. Small room, no wc in the room, noisy corridor, no breakfast, no nothing. The gentleman who checked me on was nice and the location of the hotel was super.

We had a lovely room. We had someone there to help us check in. He was very helpful and listed a few of his favorite restaurants for us. The air conditioner was not working at full capacity - the room was not uncomfortable but it was not cool. There was no maid service for any of our 3 days. The facility was very clean, but it would have been great to get fresh towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. A great location near some exceptional restaurants!

Overall good for short stay. Only one aircon placed in the living room which did not reach people in the bedroom. Bathroom doors could use more safety, came loose very easily . We had issues late at night with our lock to the apartment which meant we were locked out and it was fixed right away after calling the emergency nr. Parking not included so we parked at a public one.
