最初チェックインまでの駅からの道順が分からずナビを使いましたが、結果的には大変近くて便利な立地で良かったです。。チェックインが完全に機械で行えるのは今までではじめてでした。チェックアウトも部屋のモニターで出来ればもっと便利なのに。

Lovely room on the premium floors had a massage chair and a view of Fujisan! So beautiful at night. Free drip coffee bags in the lobby, connects on to 7-11 on ground floor. Full Japanese breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money hotel overall. Will need 100 yen change for the laundromat as there were no change machines and the vending machines are frequently out of change.

連日でイベント、LIVEがあったので駅からも近いこちらのホテルを使わせて頂きました。フロントはとてもキレイでアメニティや飲み物は自由に必要分だけ持って行けて気楽に使うことができました。お部屋もとてもキレイで良かったです。

駅から近くて一階にはコンビニも入っているので、とても便利で良かったです！ただ、エレベーターやチェックイン機がちょっと面倒で､､､。チェックイン機は入力ミスしてもすぐスタッフさんが来てくれるので助かりましたが、あれだと結局スタッフさんの手間が省けないのではないかなと思いました。また、エレベーターですが『セキュリティを外してからお乗りください』というようなことだけ言われ、つい『はい』と言ってしまったもののやり方はさっぱり分からず､､､同じやり方のホテルに泊まったことがあったのでエレベーターに乗ってあたふたしてからやっと気づいて使えるようになりました。使い方のわからない方が他にもいらっしゃったので手助けしましたが、せめてセキュリティ解除のやり方を最初に教えてもらえていたらなぁと思いました。

So one thing I didn’t like was that they make you wait to check in no one helps you they make you check in yourself in a computer and only 3 available. There was 17 people in front of me and you have to wait - the room also spelled like cigarettes even if you turned on the ac other than that it was really close to the train station

部屋は清潔でスペースも十分に確保できる広さがあり、使い勝手が良かった。線路側の部屋だったので窓から電車も見えて子供は楽しかったようです。朝食会場もとても綺麗で落ち着く感じでした。どのメニューもたいへん美味しく、レベルが高かったです。少し残念だったのは自動チェックイン機が手間取り時間がかかったのと、スタッフの挨拶があまり聞こえてこなかったことです。

チェックイン、並ぶので時間かかります。部屋は前の人のであろう綿棒の袋が床に落ちていました。見えるところにも埃で清潔さはうーんという感じ。バスルームは換気扇が埃だらけ。一度拭くだけで取れそうなのにそれもされていなかったです。シャワーヘッドの溝はカビなのか、手につき気持ち悪かった... シャワーを浴びているとシャワーカーテンが臭く、快適なバスタイムにはなりませんでした。朝食は1階のレストランで。早朝だからか気怠そうな店員さんたちで、なら早朝の仕事しなければいいのになぁなんて思いながら食事をしました。温め直しますと書かれたパンも頼む気にもなれませんでした。駅近なのがメリットでしたが、リピートは？と聞かれたらこの値段でと考えたら他のホテルがいいかなと思いました。フロントの女性の方は親切でした。

The bed spring is abit old as could hear the springy sound once sitting on the bed. The room services need to be improved as they didnt help to clean up the table in the room. The bedsheet was not properly tidied up too. Overall, the location of the hotel is very convenient and staff was polite.

Malheureusement 2 gros points noirs : - La condamnation de la fenêtre, ça c'est juste intolérable de ne pas pouvoir aérer la chambre, de devoir user de la climatisation dont on a aucune notice explicative pour la régler au mieux - La connexion internet très moyenne, indigne d'un pays comme le Japon et d'un hôtel de cette catégorie.

他のホテル以上に曜日、日程など客室稼働率を反映した料金の変動が大きい。大井町駅すぐなのに、こんなに安いのは何か理由があるに違いないと覚悟して泊まった。確かに部屋は狭いし、ホテルの基本性能の目安である給湯能力は貧弱だが、それ以外に特段の不具合は見受けられなかった。東京のホテル代金高騰の昨今、一人１万円を切るようなら、きわめてコスパが高い。

ベッドのスプリングが悪くて、体重44キロの私でも動くたびにギシギシ音が休まらない休まらない。コンセントが窓際1カ所しかなく洗面所での身支度が不便。フロント前から持って行くアメニティが少なくが少なくシャワーキャップや綿棒も無し、女性向けではない。

We were very happy at this hotel overall. The only thing I think they could have done (while the staff were very polite) was take our bags up to our room, after a long day and having to check in late, we did tell them all of this but they just watched us take all the bags up our selves, and there were so many of them just standing around. We stayed at a two star hotel that managed to do that without us even mentioning it.

部屋は綺麗でとっても快適でした！大井町の駅からも近く、利便性も抜群です。海外のホテルを予約することもあるので、国内外問わず基本的に名前をローマ字表記で予約しているのですが、ホテルのフロントで名前を伝えた時にすぐに予約を見つけて頂けませんでした。直前で取ったからかなと思ったのですが、恐らくフロントの方がローマ字の予約を見逃していたようです。ロビーで待つ羽目になったので、もう少し謝罪の言葉あればなぁと思いました。（自身がが接客業をしているので、つい気になってしまいました。）それ以外は、ホテルの方も対応が良く、満足でした。

A nice hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. Although a little far from the main areas of Tokyo, it is just a few minutes walk from Oimachi station. It also helps that the rates are very affordable. There is even a 7-11 at the ground level of the hotel.

Very affordable and and excellent customer service. If you are a tall person, the bed might be too small for you and the mattress is quite hard. Good location. There are a lot of restaurants and seven eleven downstairs . I actually like the area. If you have a big suitcase, might be a bit hassle to get to the hotel because you have to take local line (one stop though ) from shinagawa station. Overall It was good. If I don’t have a big luggage next time, I will definitely come back. Thank you

Helpful and friendly staff. The standard rooms are small, the bed was adequate as a double. Breakfast good, but cafe bar where it is served could do with a deep clean. The hand sanitizing and plastic glove wearing for self service seems a bit excessive (still standard in many hotels). Hopefully that will end soon! General cleanliness very good.

역과 가까워서 좋아요. 하네다에서 온다면 아주 좋은 거리라 생각이 되요. 치솔 샴프 트리트먼트 바디 등 다 갖추고 있고 어린이용품도 주네요. 근처 인프라도 아주 좋습니다. 특히 조식 너무 마음에 듭니다.

駅から近く便利。ホテルから駅に行くまでの阪急のビルにカフェやマクドナルド、モスバーガーがなど朝食を取れる店も複数あります。朝7時から8時くらいには開いていました。アメニティや設備は必要な物は最低限揃えてありました。使い捨てスリッパあり。早く予約したので、リーズナブルに泊まれて満足です。
