Mi valoración tiene en cuenta que nos alojamos en septiembre y que conseguimos una muy buena oferta. Seguro que que en julio y agosto los precios son más altos, como pasa en todas partes, así que tal vez mi opinión de la relación calidad precio sería peor. El aparta hotel está a unos 15 minutos caminando del centro de Caen. Tiene microondas, nevera y una pequeñas cocina, así como alguna cazuela, platos y cubiertos. Durante los 3 días en los que estuvimos allí no nos limpiaron la habitación, pero en nuestro caso no supuso ningún problema. El desayuno es sencillo, básicamente dulce, no salado, pero insisto en que para el precio que pagamos me parece genial. El aparcamiento dentro de las instalaciones es de pago, pero a un precio correcto en mi opinión. Sí volviera a Caen, repetiría.

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits, le temps d’installer notre fille dans son studio à la résidence étudiante . Les 2 résidences (apparthotel et résidence étudiante) se jouxtent et partagent la même entrée et comptoir d’accueil. C’était donc hyper pratique dans notre cas. Parking gratuit, proximité centre-ville et campus, tout est facile. Les chambres sont confortables et l’accueil très sympathique. On y retournera, c’est certain !

Relación calidad precio genial. Aparcamiento en las instalaciones del hotel. Desayuno básico pero muy bueno, y con la oferta que tuvimos nosotros, muy barato. La habitación tiene una pequeña cocina. No hay limpieza diaria de habitaciones, pero para nosotros no es ningún problema. Por sacarle un pero: el paseo de vuelta desde el centro se hacía un poquito largo.

Clean Quiet comfortable. All around are student housing. Restaurant's near by but 10-20 minuet walk actually 10-20 minuet walk to just about every sight you likely want to see. Your able to do some cooking in the room and several grocery stores are 10 minuets walk away. Room is nice but a little small, and no AC, opening the window/door and it cooled down in the evening very well.

I regret to report an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel’s reservation policies and customer service. Due to a medically certified condition, I was unable to travel as planned and offered to provide the hotel with proper documentation to support my cancellation request. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any refund, cancellation, or even a credit toward a future stay. While I understand that hotels have policies in place, reputable establishments typically demonstrate a degree of flexibility and understanding in genuine medical emergencies. The unwillingness to make any accommodation in this situation reflects poorly on the hotel’s commitment to guest care and basic compassion. Policies should exist to guide operations, not to penalize customers facing circumstances outside of their control. The property never sent me check in information, online and on their website it mentioned check in from 3pm but no end date. It was self check in so we needed them to send the right information but instead they sent nothing and no times so once we arrived off the ferry quite late the reception was closed and not accepting calls and there was no way of contacting anyone to get help on how to access parking or our room. We had a long journey all the way there to discover no coma from the property so we had to see last minute accommodation elsewhere at 11pm!!

One clerk came outside to yell at us for idling the car in the cold in the handicap space we needed. Ad says Pet friendly, but staff agitated dog, we left. Manager was respectful and responsive, but staff needs training and customer service. Could be a nice place with different staff.

Mi valoración tiene en cuenta que nos alojamos en septiembre y que conseguimos una muy buena oferta. Seguro que que en julio y agosto los precios son más altos, como pasa en todas partes, así que tal vez mi opinión de la relación calidad precio sería peor. El aparta hotel está a unos 15 minutos caminando del centro de Caen. Tiene microondas, nevera y una pequeñas cocina, así como alguna cazuela, platos y cubiertos. Relación calidad precio genial. Aparcamiento en las instalaciones del hotel. Desayuno básico pero muy bueno, y con la oferta que tuvimos nosotros, muy barato. La habitación tiene una pequeña cocina. No hay limpieza diaria de habitaciones, pero para nosotros no es ningún problema. Por sacarle un pero: el paseo de vuelta desde el centro se hacía un poquito largo.

Relación calidad precio genial. Aparcamiento en las instalaciones del hotel. Desayuno básico pero muy bueno, y con la oferta que tuvimos nosotros, muy barato. La habitación tiene una pequeña cocina. The property never sent me check in information, online and on their website it mentioned check in from 3pm but no end date. It was self check in so we needed them to send the right information but instead they sent nothing and no times so once we arrived off the ferry quite late the reception was closed and not accepting calls and there was no way of contacting anyone to get help on how to access parking or our room. We had a long journey all the way there to discover no coma from the property so we had to see last minute accommodation elsewhere at 11pm!!
