No hot water…. At max it was only warm. Let it run that evening for a while, nope. Next morning tried again…. Nope. Fitness center looked nice but equipment was poorly maintained. Free breakfast ended at 8am… wish we had know when we came down to eat at 8:05.

The walls were pretty grundgy beds were pretty stiff. Staff were really nice. Parking is not that great. Not bad for a cheap place to stay a night i think wife would say other wise.

Property is in renovations and we did not get the room type requested, said it was because we booked 3rd party. Due to renovations, business center was not available, could not work as had to vacate the room and lobby was not conducive to work. Property is well behind in the Credit Card security and swiped my card and noted my CCV number.

Community room during the day is close, breakfast to bad, restaurant has limited of time open during the day, room key need to be adjust every day, beverages machine is empty no working, no ice machine in the building, no kettles in the building for tea. Operación of the service is really slow.

Stayed here twice and both times I have had to ask for a different room. Rooms are advertised as non smoking which I booked. Both times the room I got wreaked of cigarette smoke and I had to request another room.

I was surprised at how run down this property was considering it looked like they had renovated. The beds in the room were clean and comfortable which was nice. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and had a hole in the wall near the bottom of the tub. The hair dryer looked like it had overheated previously as it was melted on the underside when I removed it from the holder to use. Shower had super poor water pressure as the shower head did not work properly. The staff was the biggest highlight at this location. All of them were very friendly and personable. I wish that the accommodations were as lovely as they were. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and great. The hotel itself was dirty. Rooms were gross and had to get cleaning supplies and clean it myself. The breakfast was terrible. Wouldn’t go back.

This hotel is very dirty overall. Room did not have sheets changed or been even basic cleaned. Very run down appearance overall. Dirty hallways, tiles falling off the wall, very uncomfortable mattress. Staff tried to make up, but did not help much. I will never stay here again and can not recommend to anyone.

This hotel has seen much better days. The staff were friendly though. The cleaning of the floors and sheets left much to be desired. There was blood on one of the sheets and the inside of one of the lamp shades. Hope you aren’t expecting to use the wifi for anything important as it often couldn’t download an email.

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. The carpet needs to be replaced. It is falling apart. I had a shower at 0700 and the water did not get past lukewarm. The hotel was not very full. It was not due to many people using the water. The facility itself was dirty. Very disappointed.

Such a weird stay here. Upon checkin, I asked for a room facing the front if possible. Was assured after I confirmed that it did indeed face the front. I go up to the room and immediately realize as I step off the elevators this isn’t the case. My key doesn’t work to that room anyways. Have to go back down to the desk. Get switched rooms to a different room, still doesn’t face the front. It’s on the top floor which made me even more surprised when I walked in and it was absolutely freezing. 13 degrees in the room, and no heat turned on. I don’t have time to sit and wait for a room to warm up, I need to leave here in 6 hours. I go to sleep with all of my clothes on and the heat on max, it didn’t heat up the room over the next 6 hours. I wake up and it’s 17.5. Sure, not as cold, but the heat has been on max for 6 hours! I didn’t ask to be switched rooms a second time because I didn’t have the energy to walk back down there when clearly the clerk doesn’t even know which way their hotel faces, much less if a room is already warm. Thought booking a Radisson property would be in my favour, I was wrong.

The location was great but the amenities were not advertised. Room was pretty bad with no phone or iron. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and the hair dryer was off the wall. The place needs better up keeping.

The shower in room 302 needs maintenance. There is very little pressure and the water never warmed up to a good temperature. It took me 3 times longer than usual to wash my hair last night 😣

The door to my room with barely open. I had to put all my weight into it to open and close it. The air conditioner didn’t work. The fan didn’t work when I checked out and I told him about it I got a very insincere or so terribly sorry have a nice day and that was it. There was no compassion. There was no empathy. Nothing I would not stay there again even if it was free.

We arrived late in the evening, waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Checked in and proceeded to enter our room, which was occupied, we likely terrified the person sleeping in the room. Eventually they got us a new room. Front desk person accompanied us and shared that they get a lot of complaints about the new room so wanted to make sure we were ok with it. Wow.

The manager here is a bit ridiculous. Multiple occasions I witnessed him arguing or being straight up rude to customers. Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm, showed up at 6pm and the room still wasn't ready so was told to come back around 8pm. Completely unacceptable. Also couldn't get the TV to work cause the wrong remote was in the room so I called the front desk, manager said he'd be up in about ten minutes to resolve the issue. After about an hour of waiting, I went down to the lobby to find the manager sitting on the couch on his cell phone. I feel bad for the other friendly staff that have to put up with this dude. He's absolutely ridiculous.

This is my first poor review. I came to check in to find out the guest in my kitchenette had extended their stay so my room wasn’t available anymore but for the same price they could downgrade me to a regular room.. they proceeded to find a kitchenette room that didn’t have a working lock so the front desk had to let me into my room EVERY time. Management originally told me the lock may not be there yet but he’d have it installed in the morning - at the end of each day I was there he said he’d have it installed. The overall room was very run down, dim lighting, discoloured shower, stove etc. I will not be back. To the credit of the girls at the front desk, they were very polite and tried to be helpful.

When we checked in and went to our room we found that we had booked a king and we were given a 2 queen room. I went back down to reception and asked if we could get the room that we had reserved and paid for. I was told they had none and I explained that I had paid extra for the king room and that wanted to know if a refund for the difference could be made. I was told in not so many words "try and get a room in this town tonight for under $200... I explained politely that I had made the reservation weeks ago and at that time the 2 queen room was $40 cheaper than the king room and that we opted for the king.. they said they would upgrade our room... so they still put us in a queen just on a higher floor... room was not the cleanest.. hotel is run down tiles falling off in the main area and elevator.. have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and will not be staying again.

I stay in hotels for work around 12 days per month and have for over 3 years. This is the first hotel that charged me 50.00 for dirty towels …. They charged my card at 1 am probably thinking I wouldn’t notice but I did. Was told Manager would call me after weekend and have heard nothing . Unacceptable

The hotel is an affordable place to stay and is close to everything. You can easily walk to anything you need. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were late for the free breakfast and without hesitation or being asked they quickly found us some breakfast. Anything we asked for during our stay they were happy to help. The only suggestion I have is to restock things like coffee shampoo soap and towels in the room at least every second day not the third day. Other than that everything was great. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m Fort Saint John

Reasonably priced hotel in a good location in Fort St John. Short walking to the mall and Centennial park is right across the street. We were here on July 1st and the Canada Day celebrations were 5 minutes away. Rooms are a little tired but the bed is very comfortable and everything is clean.

The room was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The extra space in the room made it helpful for packing my bags for the flight afterwards. The hotel itself was dark in various corridors with walls and trimmings peeling. Various parts looked to be under renovation as well. Breakfast options were tasty but limited as breakfast was only 6-8am. I arrived at 7:15. I took 2 sausages leaving 1-2 thinking it would be refilled. A family came in at 7:30 and left as there was barely any warm food left.

The room is ok for the price. The hotel is a bit dated. The breakfast is really minimal. There were a few sausages left at 6:30. No bacon was served. Very tiny pancakes. Only overcooked hardboiled eggs. No fruit, no yogurt, no muffins or baked goods. Most guests were working men, pretty skimpy breakfast for them to start off their day.

Housekeeping services never came to clean my room after I was out for an entire day (8-5). Front desk apologized as they were short staff but offered no concession. Also, the breakfast was poor quality and non-existent. Had to ask the staff for eggs which would take 20 mins apparently. And the interior walls were all stucco.. very weird. Don’t let the online photos of the front desk mislead you..
