Comfort Suites Medical Center near Six Flags

Yes the rooms were clean and booked at a great value price. The hotel has indoor pool and hot tub so that was a plus that my kids were able to swim in December. I stayed for 2 consecutive night and the breakfast was the same options both days. The main hot breakfast they had was scrambled eggs and sausage links and waffles & toast. Maybe add roasted potatoes or hash browns as a breakfast option. Breakfast also include cereal and milk, yogurt, orange & apple juice. Maybe alternate days between options of food choice.

Pros: good breakfast; great staff; good location; enjoyed pool and hot tub. Cons: Very dated hotel, could use some renovations; beds were uncomfortable; limited parking and lots of equipment trucks and trailers.

The girl that checked us in(Cinthia) spelling might be wrong. Was great every time i walked in the door coming or going. Called me by name. Room was ok. HOT tub, was not hot, she said they are working on it. Breakfast was ok. Nice area.

Stayed there for one night. Very friendly staff. Just beware they only have one washer and one dryer available I was traveling across country with child and I needed to do a Load to continue my trip their dryer was horrible. Overall my stay was nice besides that.

The water from the pool was hot! The jacuzzi water was colder than the pool itself.

Property was clean , small hotel, choice were basic for breakfast, staff not the friendliest, no towels in pool area, dirty pool, great surroundings for restaurants, 10im drive to six flags, aquarium, and Magic Time Machine just to name a few oh and Cascade caverns 15 mins to downtown quiet area

Hotel is pretty good service is great breakfast great lobby is great elevator a little bit scary looks old and a little dirty with a bad smell the outside property needs serious cleaning due to thrash outside

Everything was great except that the elevator was not working going down, strange enough it worked going up. Other than that everything was good.

The property was nice and clean as were the rooms, the only problems were that the elevator was not working, and the pool was over chlorinated. The property manager offered a free cancellation due to the elevator being out of order but that was not an option since they notified me of the outage at the last minute and it was too late to make other reservations elsewhere and the pool was so over chlorinated that it was irritating the pool patrons' eyes and making it hard to breathe, basically making the pool unusable but management never closed the pool. Other than that, it was a good stay but could have been better if it weren't for those two inconveniences.

Booked 2 rooms and one room there were 3 cockroaches in the bath room (alive) and the tile floor was so broken it could cut ur feet and the bathroom door was hard to close because of the floor. The second room when we entered the pull out side was already pulled out room never been cleaned. And the sofa cushions didn’t have any thing to cover them so it was unusable.

Room was dirt, bed had hairs on it, back of bed between mattress full of hair. Bathroom floor full of hairs, had musky smell in room

Room had a very unpleasant odor. There were also gnats and a roach in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory especially the bathroom. Booked for two nights and switched hotels after my first night

The bed was not clean. It had hairs and you can see how sheets were not washed. That was nasty.

Overall this location was dirty. I had to change rooms because our restroom would not flush and it was dirty. The second room was a bit better on the cleanliness but when inspected the bed sheets had hairs. I will never stay at that location again.

Check in was easy. We had two rooms on this reservation. We got to our first room and I had to use the bathroom. I immediately saw several roaches on the floor and in the tub. They were the little roaches so likely indicating infestation. I walked right out and said let’s get out of here! I went back to the desk and the lady apologized and said they’ve had no issues with roaches. She offered us two new rooms. We didn’t have a whole lot of other options and we were running late to pick up family from the airport so I agreed. We got the new rooms and checked them very very very well. We went through everything and even looked under the mattress and around the headboard and bedside table just in case there might be more bugs. We didn’t see anything or any signs of bugs in either room. We went ahead and kept our reservation but I would absolutely never ever stay at that hotel again. Our second room had a mildew smell, but thankfully no bugs so I guess I’ll take a mildew smell over insect infestation. Once again, don’t waste your money. The lobby, breakfast area, elevator, and ice machine area were all just dingy. Like no one cleans anything well. Just enough to say they have “cleaned”. We didn’t even bother visiting the pool. Too bad because I was looking forward to the indoor pool.

The grounds could be better maintained. The breakfast is included and that’s a plus. Location is close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, dining and stores so that’s a plus.

As soon as I walked in there was a trash musty smell. I wanted to cancel but it was too late. Then an employee walked across me with a trash bag that was leaking dirty fluids I told him it was leaking and he ignored me so now there was a trail of trash fluid from the entry all the way down the hall. Second the elevators smelled like weed. So we get to our room and it was uhh ok. Dirty we didn’t walk in the carpet with out shoes the tub was dirty the toilet didn’t flush well, towels has make up stains on it. But we figured it was just one night. So the next morning at check out the trash stain were still on the floors smh:.. The floors were filthy as if no one mopped in weeks. btw.. Breakfast was from 6:30-8:30 who in the world wouldn’t get up that early anyhow we didn’t eat there I’m sure it was nasty. Well never again.. for a few more bucks could have stayed at better hotel. The lobby had ripped pillows nothing like on google pictures.

Overall, it was a good experience, however, the hotel was booked out for the night and the only room they had, which is the one they gave us, had a non-working TV in the room. There were no maintenance people there to fix it, and the girl at the front desk had only been working there a few weeks and did not know how to fix it herself. To be fair, she tried but she didn't know for what she was doing.They could not.move us to another room, as there were none available.

Had a first floor room and noise from room above me made sleeping extremely difficult…any walking in room above was very noticeable..I would not stay here again

Generally comfortable room. But, there wasn't dresser to unpack clothes and put in. There was a closest to hang items. Parking was an issue that they need to address. Awful, awful styrofoam and all disposable items for the breakfast. Buffet is made up of waffles (you make), bagels, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage type meat, small yogurt containers, fruit loop type cereal -- bottom line: carbs, carbs, carbs, processed items.

Customer service is great very nice. When I got to the room it was dirty like if someone took a poop right before we walked in. The AC wasn’t working properly and it had gotten very stuffy. The plug of the AC was very loose….

We enjoyed our stay 😊 it was just what we were looking for, the only thing is that the water in the pool was a little too hot for me. Our room was clean and spacious

We had a handicap room and the bed was way to hard. Thats the main issue we had.

This property is tucked away in a nice, quiet area. The staff was very accommodating and very pleasantly. I booked a suite but was given a handicapped room. However, I couldn't complain because I definitely had more than enough space.

My Expedia account has my single last name and my drivers license and credit cards have my married last name so they gave me hell because of that. I was tired and to be trying to explain to them was just ridiculous.

The front desk guy was super sweet and helpful. He was overwhelmed with eight million guests asking eight million different questions, but he kept his cool and answered all the questions.

Pleasantly surprised, room and facility itself was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very bad experience they broke into our vehicle and 3 others in just 1 night..police dont do anything and the dam hotel dont even discount for the unsafeness ...worst part of it ...it was right infront of a camera and front reception...sad to say very bad experience...to fox the glass itself was 325 dlrs...

This place is always a great choice, whether with family or alone. Close to everything of interest yet safe quiet location.

The hotel itself was nice. Room, staff, and location compared to everything. But the area around hotel is terrible. Someone hit our car in the parking lot the first night while we were asleep. Now havin to deal with the hit and run smh. Also busted glass on the ground around the parking lot from a string of car breakins from the past few weeks. Advise caution in staying here.

When we were leaving the hotel, a few hotel customer were cleaning their cars and picking up broken glass. At least three pick up trucks had their windows broken. Their trucks had gotten vandalized in the hotel parking lot overnight. And at least two other vehicles had their side mirrors broken overnight as well.

Everything was good except security, someone broke into my truck broke a window, and four (4) more truck were broken into. This Saturday night, police officer told me that on Friday night they broke into 4 trucks, so be careful and don't leave anything on your vehicles. A total of 9 vehicles were damaged in this 2 nights.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. This place is your typical average hotel with clean areas and a nice bed. It’s a great price for what you get. The parking lot is well lit & the beds are super comfy. Breakfast is basic but at least it’s offered!

The breakfast was borderline terrible. The eggs were burnt and i assume they were powdered eggs as they were dry and crumbly. Bagels were old, stale, and had a smell.

It was a comfortable stay. The breakfast area needed upkeep and to be restocked in a timely manner during the breakfast hours. Staff needs to be trained on proper customer service and cleaning protocols. A guest spilled a drink and the worker made a face. The worker went to get cleaning supplies and left spill on the floor. The workers came back with a mop and cleaned the area; however, left the floor wet. Another passing guest unaware of wet floor slipped and fell. A family member of the guest that fell grabbed the closest wet floor sign and placed it.

I often pick hotels based off amenities, whether it is my husband and I Or our three children. It was My‘s birthday and we were really looking forward to being able to get in the Jacuzzi and out in the morning as we normally do. None of those were possible because they were unavailable. The breakfast was terrible. We came 30 minutes after it started absolutely no juice available and no one to help Refried beans, carting, eggs, and uncooked sausage links very disappointing Elevator was very dirty and shaky we found two roaches and requested a new and was told fully booked. Staff was nice, but not helpful at all for it to be my husband’s birthday and our getaway was not a very comfortable stay

Clean and liked the breakfast. Had eggs sausage and waffles for hot breakfast then had your typical cereal, toast and yogurt.

Would have given an excellent but breakfast service was disaster with empty dispensers and covered buffet items. Only 1 attendant. Coffee machine broken on final day of stay. Loved beds, A/C, and will stay again.
