In the peaceful setting of a small village with shops (bakery, pharmacy), discover this semi-detached cottage adjoining a rarely occupied holiday home, located near the owners' house, which also offers bed and breakfast accommodation. Accessible by a step, the cottage offers a welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove and television, and a kitchen (without a dishwasher). Upstairs, there are two adjoining bedrooms: one with a single bed (80 cm) and an adjoining toilet, ideal for two children or one adult, and one with a double bed (160 cm) and its own shower room with toilet. You will enjoy shared outdoor spaces, including a veranda and a small garden not directly attached to the cottage, ideal for relaxing and birdwatching. All-inclusive stay: beds made upon arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity. Pets welcome (1 maximum). High chair and cot available upon request. Located at the gateway to the Crémant du Châtillonnais wine route and not far from the National Forest Park, the location is ideal for exploring the northern part of the department.
