I'm sorry but I have to be honest - this hotel is overpriced by about 80%. It's very old inside, very basic, not especially comfortable and has no facilities beyond a bed and a shower. The bar area has been turned into some strange clothes shop/laundry and is completely cluttered. Manageable for one night but I really can't recommend it. Did I mention price? We stayed in some lovely hotels in France and Belgium during a week's tour and this was the most expensive and many many levels below the others. Oh, and it's difficult to find, because the outside looks NOTHING like the advertised picture (which was what drew us in to book).

I wouldnt advise using this hotel. Room was tiny and with loose wiring and 1970s decor. No parking although advised but street parking was no problem. Washing was drying in public areas and the whole place permanently smelt of stale cooking. Didnt risk the food. Room was clean but seriously overpriced for what is really a hostel. Malmedy lovely and highly recommended. Just stay somewhere else!

We liked the size of the room and where the hotel was located in the town. It was easy to access the F1 shuttle and walkable for many good cafes and restaurants. There was also a very cute dog that may have lived with the owner that was a big highlight. We did not like the condition of the hotel or room. The pictures on the website were obviously of a better time for the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the two very old pillows were almost not pillows, the bed linens and towels were very worn. The shower had great water pressure but the shower enclosure was awkward and ineffective. The bathroom floor was very slippery with so much water getting on it. NO Staff,never saw anyone at reception or elsewhere for the duration of our stay. Restaurant/bar closed. Was suppose to be half board. Room clean but v hot and odd odour. TV removed from wall. All rather unpleasant. Do NOT recomend

The rooms are not only showing their age, but a lack of general maintenance. On day of checkout, the property wanted to charge us 100 euros to store our bags until the end of the day. The restaurant around the corner was kind enough to store them for free.

It was awful, the photos online did not show this Hotel as it was. The towels in the room were dirty and smelt very musty. We did ask for more, but this never happened. Shower leaked all over the floor the blinds in the bathroom didn't close so people could see in when you are in the shower. No TV in the room ( but a wall bracket where it was) No kettle, and the hairdryer didn't work. Says there's a carpark but its on street parking so no carpark. Er hangt een vieze lucht, de kamers zijn zeer oud en in de badkamer zaten veel schimmel plekken. De douche was kapot. Na 1970 is er niks meer veranderd. Ontbijt was heel slecht.

this should be zero stars.Expedia should NOT list this dump. No housekeeping. no TV. no one at reception at any time after our arrival. spotty wi-fi. Overflowing garbage can (one, broken) and stained towels. wet towels on the floor for three days. Broken toilet seat and lid. moldy grout in shower.

Generally pretty terrible. Wildly overpriced. Musty rooms, no fridge, plug in desk fan for ventilation, only two of the outlets worked, whole place just felt sad. Seemed like a bit of a running joke to the locals I talked to.

Das Zimmer war groß und besonders, weil mit gut erhaltenen Einrichtungsgegenständen vergangener Tage bestückt. Das Frühstück wurde von der freundlich herzlichen Chefin serviert und kommentiert. Im Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit ist es herausragend zu bezeichnen, weil hier außer dem Teebeutel und der Serviette nichts weggeworfen wird. Dekoriert ist das Bistro mit Kleidung aus der Boutique der Chefin.

Literie inconfortable, on dirait des lits de casernes !!! Les linges de bain n'étaient pas propres du matin au vu de l'odeur. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de Wifi dans les chambres. Pas de télécommande pour la télé. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour avoir eu le 2ème jour des croissants de la veille. Point positif, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

The hotel was closed upon arrival and did not re-open. The manager, who various shop keepers told us, had a severe alcohol problem was seen by one of our party who told her that we had reservations and she slammed the door in his face telling him to go away. Late in the afternoon, our party of 9 had to find alternative accommodation in the town which was not easy. This appalling experience needs to be addressed and you should not be offering the hotel for accommodation on your website.

Chambre tout à fait correcte. La dame que l’ai eue au téléphone charmante et serviable. Mais nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée et horreur l’adresse annoncée n’est pas la bonne !

this should be zero stars.Expedia should NOT list this dump. No housekeeping. no TV. no one at reception at any time after our arrival. spotty wi-fi. Overflowing garbage can (one, broken) and stained towels. wet towels on the floor for three days. Broken toilet seat and lid. moldy grout in shower.

Missed check in Day one (my fault) but then on day two when we went during the times it indicated it was still shut and none of the phones numbers that were on the website or doors worked. Have been charged for rooms I was unable to even get to into the building for.

I'm sorry but I have to be honest - this hotel is overpriced by about 80%. It's very old inside, very basic, not especially comfortable and has no facilities beyond a bed and a shower. The bar area has been turned into some strange clothes shop/laundry and is completely cluttered. Manageable for one night but I really can't recommend it. Did I mention price? We stayed in some lovely hotels in France and Belgium during a week's tour and this was the most expensive and many many levels below the others. Oh, and it's difficult to find, because the outside looks NOTHING like the advertised picture (which was what drew us in to book).

I wouldnt advise using this hotel. Room was tiny and with loose wiring and 1970s decor. No parking although advised but street parking was no problem. Washing was drying in public areas and the whole place permanently smelt of stale cooking. Didnt risk the food. Room was clean but seriously overpriced for what is really a hostel. Malmedy lovely and highly recommended. Just stay somewhere else!

We liked the size of the room and where the hotel was located in the town. It was easy to access the F1 shuttle and walkable for many good cafes and restaurants. There was also a very cute dog that may have lived with the owner that was a big highlight. We did not like the condition of the hotel or room. The pictures on the website were obviously of a better time for the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the two very old pillows were almost not pillows, the bed linens and towels were very worn. The shower had great water pressure but the shower enclosure was awkward and ineffective. The bathroom floor was very slippery with so much water getting on it. Er hangt een vieze lucht, de kamers zijn zeer oud en in de badkamer zaten veel schimmel plekken. De douche was kapot. Na 1970 is er niks meer veranderd. Ontbijt was heel slecht.

Das Zimmer war groß und besonders, weil mit gut erhaltenen Einrichtungsgegenständen vergangener Tage bestückt. Das Frühstück wurde von der freundlich herzlichen Chefin serviert und kommentiert. Im Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit ist es herausragend zu bezeichnen, weil hier außer dem Teebeutel und der Serviette nichts weggeworfen wird. Dekoriert ist das Bistro mit Kleidung aus der Boutique der Chefin.

Literie inconfortable, on dirait des lits de casernes !!! Les linges de bain n'étaient pas propres du matin au vu de l'odeur. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de Wifi dans les chambres. Pas de télécommande pour la télé. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour avoir eu le 2ème jour des croissants de la veille. Point positif, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
