Staff is amazing. However the property is not secure. Security doors electronic boxes either don't work, or the door can just be opened by pulling on it. The walls are also thin, and geusts were slamming doors all night. I would stay again however, as the value is worth it for me. It Is also right off the main highway and a main thoroughfare in West Alice and accessibility to go anywhere is easy.

This hotel was a dump. All of the outer door locks were broken hence no security. The air in our original room was broken and we had to move. No hangers. No kleenex. The entire building was old and crumbling. Crumbling tile in the bathroom. Spray foam oozing out of seams in the walls. Gaps under the door to let bugs in. It was disgusting. We will research more thoroughly next time.

Driving up to The motel, out front it was all dried grass and cracked cement. The building doors did not lock and there were a few questionable looking people wandering around. The room was OK for just one night. But I would never stay there again.

The hotel is an old building inside a shell building. Room layout was very confusing, stairway only in one location. Carpet in hallway stairs disgusting, free breakfast was B.S. only coffee and granola. Multiple doors not useable! Very disappointed for it to be affiliated with Wyndham!

I can’t believe this hotel has the Wyndham name attached to it! This clearly was a motel that later had the catwalks enclosed. The hallways are just painted concrete, the front desk was plywood surrounded by walls that were half painted and deteriorated, bathroom and room furnishings were all from the 60’s - too much to list - but this hotel looked more like an overgrown crack house than a Wyndham property. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The pictures on the website were not representative of the hotel. Nor were the pictures of the rooms that were shown. The parking lot was cracked asphalt. The check-in was sketchy. The hallways were littered with cigarette butts and filthy. There were dirty clothes in the hallways. Upon opening the room, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of mildew and who knows what else it was.

I didn't feel entirely safe as the outside doors did not appear to actually lock and our room door's deadbolt did not work. Any voices from the hall would echo in the room. The floor in the room (and in the rest of the property) was very dirty.

The parking lot was hard to get in and out of. The security doors didn't work. The bathroom needed updating, there was no fan in it which helped develop the mold on the ceiling, it needed to be painted, and it needed to be cleaned better. The bed sheet on one of the beds had a cigarette hole in it. The whole place just looked rundown and dirty.

The lady at the check in desk was very unfriendly. The room was not how it looked in the pictures on the website. The tub had black mold all over the caulking. The heater/air conditioner had black mold on it. The hallway getting to the room was all cement with windows and a large puddle of water outside our hotel room door. We ended up leaving and driving home.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. There were stains on the sheets, drawers won’t close, the tv and remote didn’t work properly, and we had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. Worst of all, we found a condom leftover in one of the drawers. This might be the worst hotel I’ve ever been at

This hotel didn’t live up to its pictures! There was a bunch of hair in the shower and sheets! There was food and food containers under the bed. The facility had a lot of cosmetic issues too. Just all around dirty and unkept.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We checked out 4 hours after check in. There was no way we were gonna sleep there. It being dirty was bad enough, but the mold and bed bugs were enough to make a person sick.

It was not a relaxing stay. We checked in late after a long day. There was literally poop on the bathroom walls. The toilet was filled. The fridge/freezer was frozen over. There was dust and dirt EVERYWHERE. It looked like the room had not been cleaned EVER.

The room we had was run down and dirty. It smelled so bad that we had to leave immediately. We almost threw up because the smell coming from the bathroom was unbearable. Will not be staying at this location again. Major repair is needed. Furniture and room very dirty as well.

It was very hot in the room. The thermostat on the wall was very old. There was only a silver knob with no numbers on it. I turn knob both directions, but temp stayed the same HOT. AC unit by window had no controls either.

Has the been the worse hotel experience I've had in decades. Very Dark room. A/C vacillates between hot and cold. No Hairdryer. Tub dirty and undesirable. Television not working. Absoltuely horrific on all dimensions. Especially for room size which was good.

It was really old and worn. You can’t adjust the temperature of the room, the tile in the shower was painted and is peeling off, gross looking carpet in the room, tv remote barely worked and the tv reception was terrible. I’ve definitely stayed at nicer Days Inns.

Room looked like a motel room from the 50s. No microwave. Could adjust the heat/cool because the unit was so old. Guy next to me kept going in and out of his room all night talking loudly and slamming the door. Cigarettes all over the parking lot by the back door. And looked like someone dropped a breakfast sandwich by the door and it stayed there the entire time I was there. Bed was very comfy and shower had good water pressure. When you walk into the lobby there is a sign that says breakfast to the left of the desk. Breakfast was coffee and packages of oatmeal with bowls and hot water nearby. I'd stay again just because of the price and the fact the bed was comfy.

Our lamp didn’t work, so our room only had one light. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The receptionist was rude when i asked her to explain why i got 2 bills and 2 charges on my card. I really hope i get a refund for the $231.55 because my i also have a charge for the actual 1 night room harge of $81.55. I wasn't experiencing a total of $313.10 to come off my card. I did expect the room change of $81.55 and a temporary $150 hold, but hopefully i get a refund.

The worst expeience I've ever had. The door key wouldn't work, they replaced it twice but it still didn't open the door. The manager yelled at me about it. There was water dripping from the ceiling, no closet, it was small and dingey. In a bad neighborhood. I checked out after the first night

The place was centraly located to our planned activities which was nice. It did concern me that an additional deposit was charged for any damages that might occur. The deposit is suppose to be refunded but 1, nothing was mentioned about it when i booked it and 2, I was then concerned what kind of neighborhood I was staying in if a deposit like that is needed. The place is an older property but was at a resonable price for what it is.

The property was hard to locate because it was hidden behind a restaurant. The room had a retro cabin feel, but was run down, especially the bathroom. Speaking of which, the drain stopper on the tub wouldn't seal, and all the water immediately drained as I tried to fill the tub. The continental breakfast was only oatmeal without any milk, or granola bars, which isn't acceptable.

We did not stay, we forfeited the money to go elsewhere. As nice as west ALLIS is, for some reason this nasty place was dropped in the middle. The clientele and look was not a safe environment. Waste of $250 to go somewhere to feel safe

The picture shown of this Hotel, is miss leading, The Hotel is behind that building. We looked at the Pictures on the website and thought since it was a Days Inn By Wyndham it would be ok, didn't read reviews 1st, big mistake. Pictures shown on web site are totally miss leading. I'm surprised the Wyndham would allow this to be part of their name brand. Tub caulking was full of mold, rooms needed major updating. whole hotel needs major updating. There was a new toilet but could smells gases. Refrigerator hadn't been defrosted in months. Room was musty smelling, the sheets were clean, but I checked for bed bugs, b4 I put anything on it. couldn't control air conditioning at all, so we were cold all night. I don't normally write reviews, but you shold remove this one from your list, it's really bad

I picked this Days Inn for the low price. Of all the Days Inns I've stayed at, this was the worst. It's run-down and very dated. The included breakfast was a bad cup of coffee and a nut bar.

Lighting in room poor. Lamps flickered. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Environmental controls difficult to use. No comfortable seating. Coffee was lousy. Rooms and landscaping haven't been updated in ages. "Breakfast" was granola bars and instant oatmeal.

Pictures on site were extremely deceving. Keys would not work half the time Cleaning was next to non existence. Saying they had breakfast was ridiculous. Coffee, granola bars and oatmeal don't qualify as a breakfast.

Air conditioner, TV, and refrigerator didn't work. Entry closest to our room did not work with key card. It was so hard to sleep in the stifling heat! "Continental breakfast" was instant oatmeal packets and cereal bars with nothing to drink.
