Modern lifestyle in an historic building: Cozy one-bedroom apartment in the historic house "Hintermeister" in the top location of the popular winter and summer sports center in the Sauerland.The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a living room with double sofa bed, a cozy bedroom with boxspringbed, a large closet and safe for your valuables and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, microwave. The large bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub has a corner with washing machine and dryer. In the living area You will find a flatscreen TV with DVD, a modern Hifi system with multimedia receiver (also Bluetooth!)and a Magnat 3.1 Audio system. The living space is 50 square meters.The apartment includes a parking space for cars or 2 motorcycles, from 2023 an E car charging station 22KW Type 2 socket (!), bicycles have their own charging station and can be safely parked in the garage.The location of the house is hard to beat: in the middle of town and yet traffic-free at the spa park, the city square and the shopping center from the front door on foot in 3 minutes. The restaurant "Kurparkstuben" and the minigolf and playground can be reached in less than a minute, the swimming pool and the wellness facilities of the "Oversum" in 4 minutes. Even the famous ski circus and the bike park can be reached on foot (distance 1.2 km)! In the park itself we have miniature golf courses, table tennis, Kneipp swimming pool, fitness facilities and an open - air stage.Please note: As some guests wish to bring their own linen, our linen package is not included in the room rate. In addition, the city of Winterberg charges private guests a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per night and person over 16 years of age, but issues a tourist card for this, which gives you access to a wide range of free offers.In winter this is the "Sauerland card" with significant discounts on ski passes and numerous other attractions, and public transport is free during your stay.From the 1st of April to the 1st of November we will give you the "Sauerland Summer Card": We are taking over the additional 2 euros per person per night, which will allow you free admission to a large number of offers in and around Winterberg. Activities such as the summer toboggan run, the Panorama Adventure Bridge, miniature golf, swimming pools, including 4 hour Aqua Mundo at Center Parc Medebach, bowling, karting, pitch & putt, mini-spa, museums and more. A family of four saves up to € 1,000 in entry fees!
