The suite was very nice. But this was the first time that 24 hour coffee/tea wasnt offered. When we asked for coffee at noon we were informed that there was coffee in our room. The pool was out of order which we were not aware of before we reserved, we would have reserved somewhere else.

Well Check in was super easy, room was clean and staff was friendly. The one and biggest issue was our 26 ft Uhaul with a trailer on back was stolen from Parking lot. We asked if they had video of parking lot and they have cameras but not video and they have no one watch cameras at night. Our whole lives were in that truck and trailer

Well, it was clean and had a very nice breakfast, but when we got there, the Jacuzzi had just broke down and when we left that you've just got fixed. I'm tired of payingty's prices when it says the Jacuzzi or swimming pool and then you get there. And both are one is not working and this seems to be the case quite often. They're advertising that a Jacuzzi. And then you get there and then you're cuz. These either and your bedroom is all chipped. And now it's a messed up or it's not working plus they had a swimming pool, but it was small and a lot of people in it and a lot of grease and oils on the water, it was kind of disgusting. That enough d*** they had a nice equipment room that plays was beautiful and very clean and accommodating very comfortable.

Can't remember if my search settings were 3+ stars and 8+ experience but would rate at 3 stars and a 7 as the room wasn't too bad but not amazing. Bathroom tub has some wear and tear and section where the carpet meets the tile is frayed and ripped. Good price for a night's stay but not to impress you.

The front desk lady was absolutely terrible! She was rude and told me she wasn’t dealing with me as well as she threw my key cards down on the table. Then I called to complain and was told the GM would handle it and sat in the room for an hour asking to be relocated to another hotel and never even got a call back or anything! The lady then followed my 11 year old children to the pool cussing and talking about us. We did not even feel safe there. Highly disappointed would be an understatement. I would not recommend ever staying at that hotel!

Terrible Stay! The room keys rarely worked. I had to get them replaced 7 times! After 7 days on property, we never got our sheets changed or room cleaned, even after I requested maid service! I had to put my own trash out, and go and get my own sheets and make my own bed ( which the mattress cover were stained and filthy), and replace my own towels! Other customers had to do the same thing because their trash cans and sheets were on the floor in the hallway also! When I complained, the supervisor blamed me instead of her staff! The Restaurant was rarely open, and then only offered 2or 3 food options. The Bar was closed more than open. Other customers complained to me too. I will never stay there again!

First off, the tv remote was missing, no big deal, easily replace. When i asked for a replacement bulb for one of the lamps, i was told maintenance would handle it. They didn't. When i asked if they had a bulb they could give me so I could replace it, they agin told me maintenance would replace. Again they didn't. They only have the liquid soap in containers that are permanently fixed to the wall on the shower, presumably to keep people from stealing it? But I think the big thing was when i discovered one of the beds smelled like pee( guess how i found out), and told them about it. Nothing was done to remedy the situation other than housekeeping making the bed. Obviously I slept in the other bed.

The property did its job for our trip. We visited our family from Friday to Monday. The staff is great. The check in process was super fast, the fastest and most efficient I’ve ever experienced. Check out process was super easy, just drop the keys off in a box and call it a day. The location is very convenient, right by 190 with many restaurants, a mall (one exit down), a walmart, a target, and 2 gas stations close by. The hotel lobby feels humid. Each area has its own “scent”, the lobby, the elevator, the hallway, and the actual room. Definitely has an older scent to the whole place. The hotel is definitely on the slightly older side, so it was an overall average stay and we knew that. We didn’t get a straight sleep any of the nights throughout the stay because of the fluctuating room temperature. We’re both hot sleepers, so when the AC turns off it warms up pretty quickly. When the AC turns back on it gets pretty loud, the machine itself is loud and the bed is right next to the AC. We were woken up either from the temperature or the loud AC. Again, we did not have any high expectations. It would definitely made the stay a lot better if the temperature was more consistent. The hotel did its job.

No cream for coffee in the room. Only 3 coffee pods for 2 people. Not enough towels for 2 people to begin with even though the reservation was for 2 people. Housekeeping never entered the room and I had to request and pick up fresh towels upon arriving back to the room in the evening. Most importantly: no self serve coffee bar in the lobby! Who doesn’t have that? All the other Holiday Inns I have stayed at in Texas and Louisiana keep a self serve coffee bar at the ready 24/7. I will be returning to Garland once a month for the foreseeable future but will not stay there again for this reason alone.

it was quite but it advertised a bar and grill I arrived just after 10pm and the bar was closed and grill only surved breakfast they wanted $9 for a egg,bacon and toast plate and $4 for a glass of orange juice just got juice because when I was waiting for eggs there was nats flying arround my table. The room was clean but I had to go downstairs twice because the remote for tv had dead batteries other than that it was ok
