My husband and I love staying at this property. The staff is always very nice and friendly. It’s a very quiet and safe place. I love that they have an indoor pool and fitness center. They have complimentary breakfast and the rooms are pretty decent. We love that there’s lots of food places around you that you could walk to if you wanted & the gas station is right next door.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms could use a little refresh but they were large. Not much of a selection for the free breakfast. Indoor pool was very small and we had to get an employee to unlock the door and go to the front desk for towels.

This hotel was certainly clean enough. However, our room had cracks in the floor tile and bathroom sink. The entertainment cabinet had obvious damage to it's wooden base. Also, upon arrival, I learned that the gym was "out of order". The property itself is safe, however, the surrounding area is a little shady. Overall, it was a good value for the money but the reviews I read before booking this room may have been a tad generous.

The only issue was the elevator. It was slow going up and down, and made a weird noise.

Property was right off the freeway and easy to find. Close to events we were attending. Only problem was the indoor pool; water was overly chlorinated and the strong smell kept us from using it.

Limited parking, furniture looked chewed up from pets

Elevator always seems to be broken. Carpets need cleaning.

The only downfall was that we weren’t notified about their indoor pool being down when that was one of the reason why we booked with them, other than that the service was good and breakfast was basic but it was good everything you needed was there, definitely will come back …

The room was clean, except couch had a large stain, carpeting was old and frayed in spots, furniture needed upgrading. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was self serve but good with lots of hot and cold options. Staff was very friendly.

I am completely flabbergasted by the number of positive reviews on this hotel! I’m convinced they don’t show the negative reviews! This was a HORRIBLE experience! One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in A LOT! Started off with a fridge that was turned off when we got to the room, so a hot fridge when I have a toddler that needs cold milk is annoying to say the least. The fridge hardly stayed cold, cold the whole time we were there. Why have the fridge off in May/June in California?!?! Then the TV wouldn’t work. I spent 45 minutes trying to get the damn thing to not say “no signal” reset the DIRECTV box, tried different hdmi inputs, scan channels etc. half the buttons on the remote didn’t seem to work either so that didn’t help. Husband tried again the next morning and still nothing. Almost a week there and NEVER got the stupid TV to work!!! The furniture in that room was a nightmare. Disgusting, broken, didn’t work properly, drawers broken or wouldn’t close especially if anything was in them, and not to mention all the sharp and missing pieces from the furniture!! Such a hazard and so dangerous for a 3 year old who wants to touch EVERYTHING!!! And the possibility of mold?!?! UNACCEPTABLE!! Then 3 days before we left we started seeing ants in the bathroom. Random ants. Ok… it’s summer… Nope. 2 days before we left we came back late that night and there were thousands literally thousands of ants in that bathroom. WHY?!?! Floors squishy. Disgusting hotel!

Staff are nice, hotel close to stores and restaurants. Hotel room has a old smell when we entered the room. Rooms need to upgrade.

Stayed there thursday night 3rd floor. Room was great. Staff was nice. After finishing an event 100 mile race i decided to book a last min room for myself and my friend. Being up since friday afternoon to sunday evening I was exhausted. 86 miles sleep deprived and legs hurting I was tosted. I go to check in. I said I have a last minute reservation. I stated my name and last name. The older lady staff asked for my name again. I repeated then she told me "open your mouth when you speak" i know she understood what i said she just didnt understand my last name or had an idea how to spell it. I spelled out my name and last name with a firm tone since her professionalism was zero to none. I then hear someone say " you okay G" i turn and its a sheriff officer. I told him. Yes i am. I just ran a 100 mile race and im extremely tired. Being told to open my mouth when i speak is something I didnt think i would be told by a staff. He then realized i wasnt being a jerk but was extremely exhausted. He went on his way. After cleaning myself from my own filth due to running for 40 hrs. I noticed a bug on the sheet. I thought i was seeing things. Happens when you are sleep deprived. Same another bug, and another bug. Yes bed bugs. I asked my friend to go speak with the lady since i felt uncomfortable speaking to her at that point. Overall professionalism 0, room could be better of course. Facility nice. But all it takes is one staff to leave a spur taste in your mouth. -JP

Cleanliness needs much improvement. Carpet was filthy, chair stained TV remote sticky.

Great staff very accommodating and the hotel was very clean.

My wife and I had bug bites. Carpet is so dirty and furnitures were broken and very old. It's been already 2 days since I checked out but still struggling with itching and swelling out of the bug bites. I saw a piece of soap on the tub and it must be from a prior customer. If owner see this review, please do something with your properties.

We had bugs in the bathroom. The property needs a lot of work. The carpet was filthy. The only good thing about this property was the very polite and friendly staff.

Temperature thermostat wasn't working it was to hot temperature in the Room was 78

The room was good however, the couch needs to be thrown out. It’s ripped/torn in several areas.

Rooms do get some highway traffic sounds since it’s next to the freeway. Beds very good, breakfast ok, small dining area. Would recommend.

Our stay was nice, quiet and relaxing. The only issue we had is that our air conditioning in the room didn’t work. But overall it was good.

Room was somewhat noisy. We didn’t like the bright automatic light that flips on in the bathroom. A bathmat had a small stain spot and so did one bedcover. Refrig was noisy. Lamps were not plugged in.

everything was good except for the TV satellite reception needs attention, unable to watch tv to much of picture breaking up into pixels very annoying 😑 but the good thong it can be fixed

Room was clean no issues with that. Disappointing was the WiFi (not secure and very slow). In this world we live in secure WiFi is a must. Also disappointing was that there was no access to purchase needed items ie: Toothpaste etc. Also nice to have atleast a small store to purchase snacks or wine/beer.

Fairly nice room but a bit worn. Walls are not well sound proofed as I could hear people talking next door.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and it seems that it was never replaced and what is the idea of getting half a pillow! Which is not a good idea.

Our stay was great, last-minute reservation due to previous hotel being horrible. The front desk associates were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our stay was very good. The only thing missing was at least one bottle of water in the room.

Called ahead when I realized I'd arrive after midnight for check in. Person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, let me know what I needed to do at check in. At arrival, knocked on the door and saw a guy get up real slow but another woman let me in instead. She was very helpful and friendly, seemed to be trying to train the guy but he wasn't showing any interest. During the check in process, he didn't say or do anything but stay in his seat while the woman did the work. Outside area was a little sketchy. Had a couple of homeless guys walking closely to the vehicles that were parked. Check out was just handing over the room keys. Decent value

Overall, because of the last conversation I had with hotel desk staff I rate this is zero I did my best to check out the hotel after my week stay I asked for the check out. I was out of the room by 11:35 in the lobby with my luggage on the cart sick with my service dog waiting for my Uber to take me back to Palm Springs. This woman approached me and told me that I cannot have my luggage in the lobby. If I don’t hurry and get out of there, I’m gonna have to move it to the sidewalk and she continued to go on about her manager does not allow carts with luggage on them in the lobby

“Kathy maliciously canceled my reservation during a citywide power outage after I asked for a discount due to losing all my groceries from a broken refrigerator. Left me without a place to stay during an emergency. Completely unprofessional.” Do NOT STAY HERE.

I requested a later check out, and girl at front desk was very rude! no reason to be rude, all she had to say was that it was unavailable

I like the location close to shopping centers , restaurants , freeway

We had a great stay, easy access to major roads and shopping.

Property is close to various food options. Close to gas stations. Close to highway for easy access. I would definitely come back for another stay.

For the price, a decent place to stay. Next to lots of food options and a mall. Also close access to the freeway. The staff was extremely friendly. Facilities are old. There was a homeless person outside coming back at 11pm at night. Other than the surrounding area being a bit sketchy the hotel itself was fine and a good deal for the price.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is nice as well. Breakfast is the standard continental and sufficient in supplies. Coffee is very good, and the in-room coffee is Wolfgang Puck. There is a heavy homeless population in the vicinity. We didn't have any issues staying there twice within one month, but it's something to know.

Very close to freeways but inside the hotel and room was quite. Gas station and convenient store are next to the hotel. Clean bed and bathroom.

The person that checked us in was really kind and friendly she answered all our questions. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. A lot of nearby restaurants and right next to the freeway. The area seemed safe and was well lit at night. They also had complimentary breakfast .

Everything good except for breakfast you need to extend service till 10am not stop serving at 9am. Lot of people including my family didn’t eat egg and bacon but waffles ……..

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very limited in small area. Front desk during day was not friendly or inviting. Night desk clerk was cery friendly.

We had a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole establishment looked very clean and well kept.The included breakfast was excellent. My son really enjoyed making his waffles in the waffle maker.

We loved the breakfast! Stayed with my husband and 3 smaller children. We were asked what floor we preferred when checking in. Staff was helpful and friendly. We stay every time we visit Moreno Valley and will continue to book here in the future.
