We enjoyed a three night stay. Good location with many dining options within walking distance. Rooms were average and ours did not have a fridge or microwave but some units do offer these. Pool was clean and well maintained. Nice large gathering area inside near check in. Breakfast was average we chose Waffle House right across the street.

We stayed at this hotel 2 different times in the last week. Both times the elevator was out and the ice machine on our floor did not work. The staff was freindly enough, but they did not have great availability. The room was clean. The faucet was hard to turn off though. It was an ok visit.

The hotel was in decent shape and seemed clean. It is conveniently located not far off the interstate. The staff were nice. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door that you can easily walk to which was convenient. The pool was out of order which was disappointing because I like to swim laps for exercise. I would stay there again.

Our bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was no bathmat or hairdryer. Also there was no remote for the TV and the hotel didn’t have a spare because they were at capacity and we were told that the remotes keep getting stolen. The person in the room above was stomping back and forth across the floor until late into the night and again early in the morning. Not a good experience overall.

There was a mixup on the reservation, but the staff worked it out. The noise from the freeway was loud. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom. The tub had a film on it. The shelves were very dusty.

This hotel was a big letdown. The property is old, worn down, and had mold throughout. The staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly. Hard to get any sleep, mini fridge was making noise, and we were on the Interstate Highway side of the first floor. I heard every Semi going by in the early hours. The morning receptionist wasn't very friendly and hard to find. Best part was the Cracker Barrell next door.

Everything was great except for the lack of urgency from the staff to make sure the rooms for the next day were clean and ready for us, had to wait almost 2 hours to get a room then the gentleman who was checking us in wasn’t going to offer a us a late check out time, even though it was their fault! He was very dismissive and unenthusiastic about the problem and the Hampton inn needs to fire him.

We booked a room for 6 people. At check in the room did not sleep 6 people. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude when we simply asked for a roll away bed. They were not busy at all. She stated they didnt have any available that night (literally was 5 cars in the parking lot). Then after complaining she bangs on our door at 10pm with a roll away bed. She was very argumentative and unprofessional.

No Hampton signs off main road, Noisy, Staff was not very friendly at check in and did not offer bottled water , did not mention me being a honor member. I had to ask twice if my honor number was on the reservation. I had used Expedia due to issues with signing in to the Hilton network. I attempted to sign in to Hilton site for other reservations but kept receiving error messages. I then made my other reservations thru Wyndham hotels

I had a mostly satisfying stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was close to the highway exit, making it easy to find. Room was fine and comfortable. But breakfast…another story. There at 7:30. Ran out of coffee and no food ready to be brought out when one pan empty. About 20 guests just shaking their heads in disbelief! Would have been nice to have a list of restaurants nearby. Asked desk clerk and only mentioned some Mexican place and we had no clue where it was. Not especially helpful.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. We were greeted by a wonderful desk person. Our room was very good and we slept wonderfully on a wonderful bed. Breakfast was awesome, we had mini omlettes and smoked sausage, so very good. We love the coffee at the Hampton Inn, best coffee in the business!!!
