繁華街だけどホテルに入ると、銀座？と思うくらい静かな空間でした。ベッドもくつろげて、ゆっくり休めて良かったです。ランドリーや自動販売のフロアが工事をしているので、申し訳ないとミネラルウォーターをいただきました。また外出して帰るとと、冷たい使い捨てのおしぼりまでいただきました。フロントの方々も対応がすばらしかったです。古いんですけど、隅々まで綺麗に掃除がされていて、良かったです。アクセスも良いので、また利用したいホテルになりました。ありがとうございました！

No prior warning that construction in the hotel would be happening. Super noisy starting at like 10/11am and continued to be noisy until about midnight. Due to the construction we couldn’t use the laundry facilities which was hindering. Bed was really really firm as were the pillows. Room was spacious which was a huge plus. Bathroom was good as well.

긴자 한복판 이 위치 이 가격이라는게 별 5개짜리 장점 그자체, 다만 더블룸은 트윈룸보다 좁으니 혼여가 아니면 트윈룸잡자 EMS 발송시 호텔주소 사용하면 안된다 / 카드키 아니라 레트로한 열쇠라서 들고다니기 조금 불편하다 / 엘베가 무조건 3층에 선다 ( 들어갈때 나갈때 객실층수와 관계없이 무조건 3층에 멈춤 ) 는 사소한 세가지 단점때문에 시설에서 별한개만 뺌

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s not the most aesthetic hotel — the lobby is on the third floor, and there was construction on my floor during the day during my stay — but the room and bathroom were great. It had a comfortable square layout, unlike the other two hotels I stayed at in Japan, and was very spacious compared to many of the smaller hotel rooms you often find in Japan. I had a lot of luggage with me and was able to open everything and move around with ease. They also provide some nice toiletries in the lobby on the third floor. I appreciated the small laundry room as well, though you’ll need to run the dryer for quite a while to get your clothes dry (as is often the case with dryers in Japan). They offer daily room cleaning and provide door signs you can stick on — either for room cleaning or do not disturb. When I put up the do not disturb sign, they left a bag with fresh towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and other essentials outside the door, which was really sweet and something I haven’t seen other hotels do before. The location is super convenient — very close to the train station with plenty of convenience stores nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!

立地の関係で駐車場の確保は無理だと思いますが‥提携の駐車場ごあると　便利だと思う。三井グループの駐車場を案内してもらいました。その駐車場はリーズナブルで良かったです。部屋はリフォーム済みでとても綺麗で　とても過ごしやすかったです。

建物自体は時間の経過があるのかと思いますが、客室はとても綺麗で快適でした。ユニットバスがおそらくまるごと新しくされているのかなと思います。折りたたみの荷物置きがあり便利でした。枕元に電源コンセントがないので、スマホは机の上に置くかたちです。

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s not the most aesthetic hotel — the lobby is on the third floor, and there was construction on my floor during the day during my stay — but the room and bathroom were great. 朝のお掃除の方達が少しお元気でギリギリまで寝ていたかったので翌日フロントに少し静かにして頂けないかとお願いしたところ翌日ビックリするくらい静かにやっていだだけました。お願いがちゃんとスタッフに届く所当たり前ですけど素晴らしいです。チェックアウトの時もよく眠れましたか？と気を使って頂きいい1日のスタートでした。

Front night Manager unfriendly, acts like he's doing you a favor! Room ok- small & dated, but clean. Bed and pillow very hard, second pillow only upon request. A/C not well at all. Bathtub/Shower floor very slippery, no mat in tub, no grab bar. Poor front desk english, with no Thank You's. Best to find another hotel if in the area.

I did a lot of research about where to stay in Tokyo, and Ginza was the right decision, since it is a very nice area with lots of shopping and dinning options very close by. The hotel is perfectly located, close to two metro stations, walking distance to a bus that takes you to the airport, close to a Donky store, to Ginza 6, Uniqlo.... it was a wonderful experience, we definitively loved it. Although the room is not that big, it is very functional and the bathroom has everything necessary including those wonderful wc's they have in Japan!!! The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel also has washing machines so you can do your laundry while you are there. Highly recommendable.

Unfortunately, their breakfast was not included as the third party was undergoing some construction. If not, then this would be a perfect 5. Rooms were spacious for Tokyo. Only 200M from the Green Line, so easy access to all areas.
