This detached granite cottage with a slate roof combines authenticity, comfort, and nature—perfect for holidays with family or friends. The 120 m² gite features a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a children's loft area with games and TV, plus a ground-floor WC. Outside, enjoy a 1,000 m² enclosed garden with a furnished terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, pétanque court, and open views of Lake Saint-Étienne Cantalès. There's a secure shelter for bikes, motorbikes, boats, or fishing gear. Lake access for fishing is just 300 m away: a private 3-hectare area with a beach and hiking trail awaits, ideal for nature and fishing lovers. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Optional services: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen with beds made on arrival. Towels are not provided.
