Hotellet ser väldigt gammalt och slitet ut. Hotellet använder fortfarande fysiska nycklar, en nyckel få hela sällskapet som ska lämnas in under dagen men ej på kvälls tid. Trots daglig städning med god hygien så var hotellet fortfarande väldigt smutsigt. Städpersonalen hade otroligt god service. Dock var servicen i receptionen ingen vidare. Beroende på vem som var på plats var avgörande om de skulle låta en ens låna hotell telefon för att ringa en taxi till flygplatsen. Vi gjorde två försök, med olika personal i receptionen innan vi fick hjälp. Nämnvärt, personer som inte bor på hotell får endast vistas i lobbyn. Om de inte betalar en avgift.
