Todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy atento y amable. Nos recomendaron buenos lugares para comer y pasear. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo y en una zona caminable.

My wife and I got the "Panoramic Ocean Balcony Junior Suite" and it was definitely worth the price at $133USD/night (we stayed 2026/09/05-2026/09/11... exchange rate roughly 17MXN/1USD). Cold room, TV, Wifi, cleaned daily, working shower/toilet. Less than 20 meters to the beach. Nice little pool overlooking the beach with a restaurant/Wifi. Really friendly/attentive staff. Tons of awesome bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Staff is great and ocean front suite is amazing. However, the elevator broke and I was trapped inside, the air conditioning system leaked water in the room and there was no way to control the temperature of the ac since it was not working.

We just had a wonderful honeymoon! Everyone was soo kind and helpful! The location is directly on the beach! The rooms have an ocean view! The pool/beach staff made our days fun, especially Jose and the bartender we had this past week! Walk to all shopping, restaurants and bars! It’s a steal at $77/day!
