Chaotischer Check-in. Sehr lange Wartezeit. Unkorrekte Informationen des Personals. Öffentliche Räumlichkeiten wegen einer BMW-Veranstaltung für andere Gäste nicht zugänglich. Positiv: schöne und moderne Zimmer. Umgebung wenig reizvoll. Man muss schon Richtung Innenstadt fahren (ca. 20 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln/Umsteigen). Umso unerfreulicher wenn dann die Bar samstags ohne Vorankündigung schon vor 23h.

Il menù colazione era ottimo, abbastanza vasto e molto buono e di qualità. Le camere sono molto belle e pulite gli interni dell’albergo sono fantastici e moderni, solo la Palestra è un po’ piccolina, me la aspettavo con più attrezzi.

Neuwertiges und sauberes Hotel. Die Lage ist eher abseits, aber mit der Tram (fast vor der Tür) ist man in ca. 20min in der Innenstadt, am Marienplatz. Parkplätze findet man im Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel. Frühstück ist international/bayrisch und komplett ausreichend. Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist üppig. Das Essen außerhalb des Frühstücks ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Entspricht aufgewärmten aus der Mikrowelle zum unverschämten Preis. Die Preise an der Bar sind leider ähnlich, deswegen war diese meist leer. Man ist hier besser bedient auswärts zu essen.

Hotel war gut, die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt und für Tiefgarage 30 €/Nacht ziemlich viel.

Hotellet ligger bra til å er lett å finne. Bra avlastingsplass fremfor hotellet. Hottelets overprising av parkering trekker kraftig ned. 30 euro/dygn når det er tilnærmet gratis på gatene rundt om. Brukte av denne grunnen ikke hotellets parkering som er den dyreste jeg har vært borti.

Es war nur für eine Nacht! Gutes Hotel mit gutem Service und hervorragendem Frühstück. Eine Vielseitigkeit und ein Genuss. Schlechte Regelung bei den Tiefgaragenplätzen. Pauschal 30€ ist zu teuer und Plätze nur zu 25-30% belegt. Wir könnten außen auf der Straße parken. Glück gehabt.

The property is environmentally friendly. They don’t provide individual shower gels which I understand. However, there was no shower gel left in our shower gel container. Perhaps the housekeeping should check it more frequently. This is only a constructive criticism otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

Im Großen und Ganzen zu empfehlen. Sauberkeit fraglich. Zimmerservice nur auf Wunsch. Handtücher wurden daher auch nicht vom Hotel aus gewechselt bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten, da es keinen Zimmerservice gab. Early-Check-in 20€ pro Zimmer extra.

Pros: - The rooms themselves are nice, with a large bathroom, adjustable beds and blackout curtains. - Staff were friendly. - Close to tram line 21. - Close to Aldi/Lidl Cons: - Location far from the centre. Though well-connected through tram line 21, it can still take >30min to get to some parts of the centre and nearly 1hr to the airport on the S-Bahn. - Wasn't cleaned properly, I found hair on furniture and nail trimmings on the floor that got stuck on my socks... It wasn't incredibly dirty, but small things like this really make you doubt about what else has not been cleaned and combined with the the issue below made me much less likely to stay again. - They clearly cut corners in service/cleanliness during your stay. Under the guise of being eco-friendly, they won't clean your room unless you specifically request it. You can do so by scanning a QR code in your room, but when I did nothing was cleaned. The rug was still dirty and the trash hadn't been emptied. They have an option for a "deep clean" but they don't explain what it means, and sweeping the floor/emptying the trash cans don't count as deep cleaning by any stretch of the imagination. Sorry to be blunt but this was disappointing. - Mini-bar was incredibly tiny, could barely fit anything in there. Other: - Breakfast was OK. - Basic gym room was a plus. Children were running amok and unsupervised in there one evening. Would suggest to parents to control their children for their own safety.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig. Einen kleinen Abzug gab es von meiner Seite. Die Seifenspender funktionierten nicht einwandfrei und beim Frühstück waren bereits eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit Zutaten alle.

Hotel is quite modern. One window was broken. Slight issue with the safety for the kids. Very clean room. For my taste the room was too hot, A/C didn’t help much. Not sure it worked. Breakfast was good.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der achten Etage, mit den großen Panoramafenstern ergab das einen tollen Blick auf die Münchner Skyline. Der kleine Kühlschrank war gut versteckt in einem Schrankfach. Im achten Stock war der Wasserdruck beim Duschen gerade noch ausreichend.

Tolles Bad, sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Reinigung nur alle 3 Tage... Richtig schlecht: kein Schrankraum, mit 2 Koffern wird der Platz zum Ablegen knapp - bei den Preisen leben aus dem Koffer? No go!

This place was amazing overall. My only complaint is the air conditioner did not cool the room and it was very hot in Munich during our stay. Leaving the windows open left it very bright in the room and people were outside chatting into late hours of the evening.

Ansprechendes, modernes und vor allem sauberes Hotel. Was uns positiv aufgefallen ist, dass es in den Zimmern (unseres lag nach hinten raus) schön leise war! Vom Hotel zur Altstadt ist man in 10 Min mit dem Auto oder in 15 Min mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter. Für unser Wochenende war es top 👍

Super venligt personale, der imødekom mine ønsker til værelsets beliggenhed. Godt indrettet værelse, med ok størrelse badeværelse, et fint lillebitte køleskab, god seng, fin udsigt og godt wi-fi. Supermarked i naboejendommen, sporvogn/tram lige ude foran hotellet. Kun 3 stop til Ostbahnhof, hvor man bl.a. kommer til fra lufthavnen med S-Bahn - sporvognen fortsætter i øvrigt til centrum. Jeg kommer gerne tilbage :o)

When I told the reception about my room being freezing with 20 degrees when the AC was on, I was told that someone would come and check it out but no one came during my visit. I had to turn out the AC and it was still only 21.6 which wasn't that nice considering that the weather outside also happened to be rainy and cold. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Personal sehr unfreundlich

The receptionist Tobias was very helpful and friendly and directed us to lovely Park and Restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed. He is one reason why we will be staying here on our next visit.

Insgesamt waren wir bis zum letzten Frühstück zufrieden. Am letzten Tag hatten wir ein unangenehmen Vorfall mit einer unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück. Das hinterliess leider einen schlechten Eindruck. Es ist wirklich traurig, wie solch ein Mitarbeiter dem Hotel schaden kann.

中央駅からトラム21番で20分ほど先の駅すぐの立地です。トラムは地上を走るので階段を使用することなく乗車できるのはすごくよかったです。 周辺は住宅街のようで静かな環境で、ホテルの隣にスーパーがあります。 3泊したのですが、2日目に外出から戻るとベッドメイキングとタオル交換はされていたのですが、新しい水が支給されておらず、使用したマグもそのままでした。 3日目の朝にレセプションにそのことを伝えて外出から戻ると、新しい水とマグカップが置いてありました。

The hotel is really nice and clean. Plenty of parking in a nice open and clean underground lot. Everything was great the hotel is just pretty far from old town. Overall really nice place.

Great service, but really not a great location. If in München for a few days only, I would advise you to locate in the city center instead, to get a feel for the city.

Super Lage direkt bei Tramstation (ca. 200m vom Hotel entfernt). Das Tram Nr 21 fährt ohne umsteigen in rund 20-25min zum Marienplatz. Toll. Diverse Restaurants fussläufig vom Hotel erreichbar. Wir würden wieder hier im Scandic Hotel übernachten. Preis-/Leistung stimmt.

Ideaal gelegen dichtbij OV. De wijk zelf is minder inspirerend…

Positive issues: Good breakfast, Gold’s Gym next to hotel if you like training, pretty silent area, Tram in front of hotel. Negative issues: Beds were quite soft, nearest S-bahn/U-bahn stop was like 1km away, if you have early flight, taxi/Uber is your best choice for quick transport and it costs 60-80€ to airport.

We did not like very limited variety of food for breakfast. The other problem was that cooked food was never warm enough. What happened? We stayed only few months ago at Scandic hotel in Frankfurt and breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Frühstücksbuffett im Eingangsbereich ist nicht so toll, immer ein Kommen und Gehen, ziemlicher Trubel.
