Perfect location for attending guneral at Hope and Sons less than a block away. The area is very familiar to me as I walked down Bayview Rd to Queens for 4years. The convenience of Bays Junction BP for a decent coffee,Woolworths for a snack, a brief walk for a lovely breakfast at Nicholls garden centre and easy access to bus routes.

We unfortunately had an upstairs unit, Wet night arrival,found stairs dangerous in the wet,with no lighting There had been lights at front of units but very few if any bulbs functioning ,there was no lighting directly on stairs I consider this health and safety issue in the winter
