朝食が和・洋・中から選択でき、中華を選んだのですが、中華がゆと点心の内容でとても美味しくいただきました。駅から少し歩きますが、コンビニも近く、快適に過ごせました。大浴場がロッカー16個、洗い場が5個と少なく、夜の混む時間帯は諦め部屋のバスルームを使いました。朝風呂は入りました。

大浴場が決め手でここを予約し、満足です。よくあるビジネスホテルの大浴場とはちょっと違って、脱衣所はすっきりシンプル、ドライヤーはダイソンとリファだし、お風呂はやたら広いわけではないがスペース的にゆとりがあって紫色BGMが流れていて、なんといっても虎の絵が印象的な浴槽。靴ロッカーと脱衣所のロッカーの鍵が共通、ということは貼り紙がしてあるが（日本語だけなので外国人の人に訊かれて教えてあげました）、注意書きが多すぎてあんなのみんな読まないので、鍵のところで大抵の人は戸惑います（わかれば簡単な）。部屋は、なぜか入った瞬間毎回わずかに下水の匂いがしますが、すぐ感じなくなります。部屋にガラスのコップがないので、頼んだら、すぐスタッフの方がすてきな笑顔で丁寧に持ってきてくれました。平日は大変お得。（土曜日は3倍近くになっていて泊まるのやめました。）

どのスタッフの方も親切丁寧でした。今回二回目の滞在でした。施設が古いので、防音の面やバスルームの段差など気になるところはあります。それはソフト面で余りある快適さだったと思います。大浴場は23時を過ぎると洗い場が5個しかないので、待つことになります。

部屋の排水口の詰まりがあり水害に見舞われた挙句、対応後には異臭があり、全く休めませんでした。部屋を変えるなどの対応もなく、値段相応の設備・サービスとは言えないと評価します。謝罪、QUOカードのお詫びでしたが心の憤りは薄れません。私の様な被害を受ける方がまた出現しないために今後どの様に対応、改善をし、再発防止に努めていくのか考え、実施して欲しいと思います。

2泊しました。スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。以下の点は、改善を依頼します。・ベッドへ長い髪の毛が落ちていた。（宿泊者は全員短髪なので、おそらく前の宿泊者のもの）・チェックイン時に大浴場の暗証番号が更新される旨の説明がなく、二日目に何度入力してもエラーとなり、フロントへ聞きに行くという手間が発生した。・チェックアウトはキーの返却ボックスなど設置していただけるとありがたい

ユニットバスのスペースが１７０センチの私は若干小さかったのが気になりましたが、コンビニも近いし、横浜駅も近いし、地下街にも近いし、横浜駅のコインロッカーの位置を聞いたら、とても丁寧に教えてくれて、職員も素晴らしかったです。宿泊するのはとても良かったです。

客室はとても綺麗で広くて使いやすかったです。お風呂も綺麗だったので大浴場ではなく客室で入浴剤を入れて入りました。近くにスタバがあり、テイクアウトして部屋のソファで自宅のように休暇や朝ごはんして素敵な時間でした。

Laundry and room were fine . The hotel booked two rooms for one night rather than one room for two nights and argued stubbornly refusing to change the reservation when it was their fault. Hotel halls are rather gloomy.

Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price.

Only had a short stay, 3-4 hours but the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Quick check in and the girls on front desk were very helpful and decent in understanding and speaking english. Even had a scales for last minute checking of our luggage in the lobby.

I wanted to commend the male concierge this morning. We asked if he can helped us to get a cab . We have multiple luggages and he suggested that we get a bigger cab but it will be a bit of a wait. He didn’t stop calling other cab companies not until we get a cab. He was very apologetic in the end. It’s just sad I wasn’t able to get his name

食事布団なしで予約した未満時の食事代をチェックインの際2泊で¥2600取られた。実際ポテトを数本食べていらない…となり、どう見てもメニューが未満児用に適していないのに、この値段。あげくに、チェックアウトの際も請求され、カード決済の明細をこちらが見せる始末。二重で取られる所でした。すごく嫌な気分になりました。予約時に食事代が未満児も発生する！とわかりやすく記載するべきだし、金取るならそれなりのメニューにしてほしい。もしくわ、このホテルに子連れは向いてなかったのかもしれません。失敗しました。お風呂のロッカーも鍵が古くてみなさん開け閉めに苦戦。ロッカー前がゴタゴタしてみんな裸でロッカー前で待機。すごい光景でした。

ユニットバスのスペースが１７０センチの私は若干小さかったのが気になりましたが、コンビニも近いし、横浜駅も近いし、地下街にも近いし、横浜駅のコインロッカーの位置を聞いたら、とても丁寧に教えてくれて、職員も素晴らしかったです。宿泊するのはとても良かったです。

横浜駅西口から徒歩ではちょっとだけ遠い感じがします。地下街から地上に上がるのに階段が多いです。荷物が大きいと大変です。立地を考えるとお値打ちです。

Short distance from the Yokohama Station. Walking time about 8-10 min with luggage. A lot of shops and 24h food stores around. Nice little small room. Just nice for one person. Available public bath in basement floor. Room service and cleaning only on request. Stayed only 2 days, so no need. Will hope to choose this place again in future if I return to Yokohama.

テレビでYouTubeが見れなかったのが残念でした。ただ横浜駅から地下道を通り地上を10分弱歩けば着くので便利でした！ Kアリーナでのコンサートのために宿泊しましたが会場までも徒歩2~30分程で運動がてらちょうど良かったです！ライブ前に中華街に行ったりみなとみらいに行ったりしたのですがKアリーナの最寄り駅から全て乗り換え無しの1本でいけるので最高でした！大浴場が付いていたので沢山歩いた足を労るのに良かったです！ただ、靴箱の鍵とロッカーの鍵が一緒だと言うことを理解していない人が勝手に人のロッカーを使っていて少し大変でした💦夜の12時前に行くと人がいっぱいで洗い場待ちでした！チェックアウト後も夜の10時ぐらいまで荷物を預かって頂いてすごく助かりました！冷蔵庫には水が1本ずつ用意されており、ロビーのアメニティバーにはココアやミルクティーなどもあって大満足でした！また横浜に行く機会があればぜひ利用したいです！

That was a pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel Plumm in Yokohama. We really liked the hotel’s location and how clean everything was. I would have given more stars if there were a more affordable breakfast option or at least complimentary drinks during breakfast. We also had an issue at the airport — the airline broke the wheel on our suitcase, and we asked the Plumm staff if they could dispose of it. They agreed, but we were charged 5,000 yen (around CAD 50) for disposal. We didn’t really have a choice, so we paid it. The laundry service costs 500 yen and only accepts cash, which also felt a bit pricey. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel overall — clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

The twin room is bigger than most business hotel and beds are comfortable! Main Shopping area is near around. The hotel provided all tourists need including great quality of beauty products, even included free unlimited soft-drink machines. Public bath is good. Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Yokohama for sure. The great designed hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly recommended for everyone!

Reception was friendly and helpful with forwarding our luggage with Yamato service. Very appreciative. Standard beds were comfy with the exception of the Murphy bed - very hard/stiff - not a comfortable sleep. Other than that, no complaints. A 1 minute walk away from the supermarket made access to supplies easy.
