The place looked nice, but there is no real ac in the rooms and windows are locked shut, so it was too warm at night, we couldn't sleep

The room is quite old. Open room door with physical key. No rfid card. Suddenly Power outage at 2-3am. Very bright Backup white light turned ON in the room. No air con. Toilet cannot flush as no electric. Can’t sleep until 7am. Go for breakfast. Lift not working. Go down the dark aisle and stairs like ghost movie. Very scary. When reached restaurant, there was long Queue. No light and air con. Very romantic. No coffee as machine cannot operate. Quickly check out. oh No highest floor 13. How to carry down luggages, you think you.
