Villa Cas Ferrer is a welcoming property located in the quiet residential area of Bonaire in Alcúdia, perfect for up to 5 guests looking to enjoy Mallorca in comfort and close to the sea. The house is spread over two floors and features a living room with TV and dining area, a fully equipped gas kitchen with direct access to the garden, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed upstairs with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with sun loungers, one with two single beds, and another with a single bed on the ground floor. There are two full bathrooms with bathtubs. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and a cot and high chair can be provided on request. Outside, you will find a pleasant terrace with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining. The house is at street level with nearby neighbors, so privacy is partial, but the surroundings are peaceful and perfect for relaxation. It is just 700 meters from Platja de Sant Pere and close to other coves. The historic center of Alcúdia, surrounded by medieval walls, with cobbled streets, restaurants, and a traditional market on Thursdays and Sundays, is only a few minutes away. You can also easily reach beaches like Playa de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, or Puerto de Pollença. Pets and events are not allowed. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Final cleaning, electricity, and air conditioning are available for an extra charge. In the Balearic Islands, an additional tourist tax per person and night applies depending on the season.
