Loved everything about this property. It is in a great location, was spotlessly clean. The room was well eqiped, the balconies a good size with fab views. There is a swimming pool, jucuzzi pool, sauna, gym & on site shop. There are lots of amenities close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay. Thank you.

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Zentral, direkt beim yumbo. Für honeymoon oder Ruhesuchende nicht unbedingt geeignet. Der kleine Shop im Hotel ist super und preiswert. Zimmer hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Es wird ein wenig Animation geboten, falls einem langweilig wird (Dart, Poolspiele, Bingo). Ich werde wieder kommen. Dachterrasse ist auch sehr relaxed zwischendurch (FKK/keine Musik/dusche).

Le personnel a été très agréable, toujours un bonjour et un sourire, les chambres sont très propres les femmes de ménage font du bon travail, l’hôtel est bien situé, un petit coup de jeune est prévu et ça ne ferait pas de mal, les chaises et canapé ne sont pas confortable mais la literie est confortable. Prévoir une isolation phonique et luminaire pour les chambres donnant sur le yumbo. J’espère aussi que les travaux ajouteront une Clim car c’est le gros point noir. Sinon le snack de la piscine est top et le maître nageur très gentil.

After staying here a few years ago, i got a good deal for a week self catering for 2 rooms and this was perfect. Rooms were big and slightly modernised, in the peak summer you would prob struggle with only the ceiling fan, but it was fine in April. Only slight disappointment was no late check out despite checking numerous times.

Our stay was fantastic, great price for value! The apartment was very clean, spacious, fully equipped and comfortable. Location was great, if you’re looking to stay near by the Yumbo Centre. Check in and check out were seamless. Also, the convenience store next to the lobby and taxi stop right outside the building were optimal.

The only negatives are the fan over the bed is very noisy, not actually over the bed and thus quite ineffective. AC in the bedroom would be amazing or just a fan that worked. The pillows were lumpy. The POSITIVES, excellent location, amazing staff and great value for money. The Pool is large and clean and was never crowded. Pool bar is friendly and great value for money. The rooms are a lovely size and pretty well appointed. Staff are very friendly. Our 2nd stay and we would stay again no doubt. Thank you for a great 8 days and also for the help regarding my left behind phone.

Las atenciones del personal del hotel muy buenas, tienen un supermercado dentro de las instalaciones que es muy conveniente aunque eche de menos una cafetería o quizás no la vi pero te enviaban fuera si querías comprar un café en la mañana o hacértelo en la habitación. Un poco de ruido del Jumbo por las noches pero eso se entiende por la cercanía y las camas súper duras e incómodas tanto que era mejor dormir en el sofá… por lo demás todo bien. Van a estar cerrados por obras un año así que supongo que lo dejarán muy bien para la reapertura.

Overall great stay apart from staff seemed unhappy and un interested in there guests and noise from maintainance or building working in holtel starting from 8am till 7 at night so no real relaxation in or around holtel pool

Espectacular, la atención de Fefi de el front desk no podía haber sido mejor. El pequeño mercadillo de el lobby es muy conveniente. El centro comercial Yumbo justo al lado da muchas opciones para comer y también si quieres comprar aunque de noche puede ser algo incómodo para dormir por la música, pero si se cierran bien las ventanas es tolerable. La para de el autobús al salir de el hotel es muy conveniente si no se ha alquilado coche.

Tout était parfait, j'ai passé un très bon séjour et je reviendrai. Le seul problème que vous pourriez résoudre est le ménage qui devrait être fait avant midi car ma chambre était faite vers 14h, impossible de faire une sieste ou de déjeuner tranquillement. La salle de sport n'a pas changé depuis longtemps et mériterait d'être rénovée. Sinon tout le personnel est parfait. Merci

La verdad que íbamos sin expectativa por lo q se ve en otros establecimientos y lugares, pero para nuestra sorpresa hemos estado alojados 10 en playa del sol, y todo nos ha encantado, las habitaciones equipadas, con servicio de limpieza casi todos los días, con cocina equipada… muy bien, por otro lado las instalaciones están muy bien para lo que se paga, gimnasio, sauna, piscina cn jacuzzi… u este último muy agradable para pasar el rato y desayunar o comer en el bar de la piscina, a demás hacen juegos y bingo que me parece muy buena idea para darle vida al reto de piscina… personal amable, agradable y te ayudan en lo q necesites…para nosotros ha sido un acierto reservar este aparta hotel… lo recomiendo, 10 de 10

Luego de una estadia de 5 dias, la relacion calidad precio es lo mas valorado de este hotel. La habitación para tres personas es grande y luminosa. La cocina es pequeña pero tiene todo los utensilios necesarios a sus efectos. La piscinas es bonita y espaciosa ademas de estar rodeada de un jardin natural lleno de palmas tipicas de la isla. El bar-restaurante alrededor de la piscina es economico, con porciones ENORMES Y muy deliciosas. Esta comida se aprecia aun mas con la calurosa y servicial atencion del señor carlos y todo el personal del hotel. Además hay mucho dinamismo ya que se realiza. rondas de juegos como el bingo. Mencion especial para al mini sauna. El hotel esta muy bien situado ya que se encuentra a 15 minutos de las espectaculares dunas de maspalomas, se encuentra además a 1 minuto a pie del centro comercial yumbo el mas grande e importante de maspalomas que cuenta con todo lo que se busque. Lo que se reprocharia al hotel es que el sofa cama para una tercera persona no es para nada comodo además de ser muy pequeño. Las camas individuales (que deberia ser una sola cama para dos) pueden mejorarse. No hay aire acondicionado ni siquiera un ventilador lo que en días calurosos y soleados cuando la habitación se calienta se apreciaría bastante ya que la noche es caliente y cuesta dormir. Las placas electricas de la cocina son un poco antiguas tomando en cuenta que hoy en dia existen mas modernas y mas rapidas. Finalmente agregaria que la isolacion sonora debe mejorarse
