Final Cleaning Fee (Mandatory): €120 (Automatically deducted from the security deposit at check-out). Weekly Cleaning Service (Optional): €50/month (This is a voluntary service the tenant can request, separate from the final cleaning fee). Check-in & Check-out Policies Standard Check-in: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Out-of-Hours Check-in: €40 surcharge. Check-out: Strictly before 12:00 PM (Midday). Late Check-out Penalties: €50 (up to 4 hours late), €120 (more than 4 hours late).
