Definitely a clean, comfortable place and worth the money. The food services are sparse. The Starbucks sign is still up but it is no longer available 😕

The hotel is neat and huge. At check in the reception didn’t give me any information. I had to ask how to get to the elevator. It’s a large property and it felt like zero attention was given to a single room patron. I wouldn’t go back or recommend unless you a 10 year old boys hockey team.

The room I had was rather small (due to the fact this used to be a student residence, they do have some larger rooms) but clean and comfortable. The pub is well appointed and pub food good, I did not try the huge buffet in the main dining area. The large main hallways in the conference / training area are open for walking inside (except for some areas that are leased out to other tenants and clearly posted), and the pool and courtyard are very nice. The outdoor grounds are very well maintained, and there if a circular drive all around for running or walking. All ehe ammenities are way above and beyond a normal hotel. I would recommend 110%.

In my opinion this is NOT a hotel but a conference centre. The young woman at reception seemed surprised that I was just a traveller not an attendee. There were a lot of armed forces people checking in for a conference or meetings. The room was very small compared to most other hotels, maybe around 12 by 12 if that. The nearby lounge had chairs stacked haphazardly and a bin with crumbly stuff in the bottom. The curtains were torn. In my opinion the place is intended for expense accounts and not tourists. The fees to stay were equal to most hotels far nicer. The next morning I ate the same breakfast all the other hotels on my journey provided for free. I was charged $24. The nicest things I could say were the wifi and the AC worked well and the view was beautiful.
