Charming independent village cottage with garden

Come and unwind in our 50 m² single-storey cottage with its lovely private garden, ideally located in the heart of a pleasant winegrowing village just 5 minutes from the medieval town of Pézenas. In 10 minutes, you can swim in the Thau lagoon, while the sea, Bouzigues, Sète, and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert are all just 25 minutes away. We love our region and will be available to guide you according to your interests. The accommodation is bright and functional. Enjoy the south-facing private flower garden, equipped with tables and chairs for meals in the sun or shade. The cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required during high season. Please remember to bring your own linens (140 cm fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, towels). Cleaning is done before your arrival. We trust you to leave the cottage as you found it. The cottage is on rue de l'Hospice. Walk about 100 meters down the street, then on your left, between two house numbers, you'll find a small square. The cottage is at the back, with a wooden door. The entrance to rue de l'Hospice is narrower if accessed via rue Jean Moulin; it's best to enter from the other side (avenue du 11 novembre 1918). You can park to load and unload your car on the square in front of the cottage. There is no private parking space in front of the cottage. Free parking is available 200 meters away (either free spaces or a blue disc parking area).
