Maison Viktoria Augsburg

We arrived at 11.0pm and the front door was closed and no staff available. The email that showed us how to get into the hotel and locate our room did not arrive until the following morning. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not refreshed at all during our stay. Whilst I understand that hoteliers need to control costs and I fully understand it is not necessary to clean or service a room every day, making sure that the rooms have enough dry towels, tea or coffee and bins are emptied must be the very least required

Most spacious suite, had to stop myself thinking of it as an apartment. Luxurious bath was a treat. Loved having coffee machine available as well as room drinks facility. Enjoyed the quirky surroundings and even a couple of games of pool. Would love to return.
