The hotel was a bit of a disappointment. In the photos it looks basic - which is fine - but the hotel and the room were quite worn. The room had visible stains, dirt and crumbs. E.g. something that had splashed and dripped down the wall, grime on outside of bathroom bin etc. Obvious stuff that should have been cleaned if they had a thorough look when doing the job. Pretty quiet, even given the high number of guests. Breakfast space huge so able to cater to the many guests. Basic breakfast offering, but everything looked fresh. One of the cheaper options in Kaprun (still pricey), and that showed in the quality.

Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again.

Väldigt bra hotell som vi gärna återvänder till. Lagom stort fyrbäddsrum med fin utsikt från balkongen. Vi saknade kyl på rummet men personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam och lät oss lägga kylklampar i deras frys. Jättebra frukost med mycket att välja på. Vi valde hotellet bland annat för att Summercard ingår vilket blev en fullträff. Vi hann inte göra alla aktiviteter under tre dagar men gjorde så mycket vi hann, åkte bla linbana uppför tre olika alptoppar. Kaprun och Jufa Hotel rekommenderas varmt.

Der var mug i badeværelset. Øverste køjeseng havde ikke sengekant, så hverken os selv eller børnene skal sove så højt uden sikkerhed. Toilet og håndvask er ikke i samme rum. Hotellet mangler en opgradering.
